I think Gane held back his skills against Francis, because of their friendship. I think they had a conversation before the fight, that they were not going to go hard against each other, because Francis didn't feel they were not going to kill one another for a little bit of money. Francis can probably make more money in one boxing match than he he would have made in his whole MMA career; whether he wins or lose.
All Cyril needs to focus on on his wrestling and takedown defense and he can beat Jon as I predict actually Cyril to be faster and more light on his feet compared to a bulky rusty Jon jones the first 2 rounds is Key

Gane is very skilled but also he takes his time I feel too much, compared to a Sergi spivac or pavlovich, they just ran right through derrick in the first round, I feel like the more the fight goes on Gane becomes more dangerous but it also becomes more dangerous for Gane if he's not careful,

The whole fight Gane was doing a great job of hitting him in the side of his head/face, but at the end of the fight he was hitting him relentlessly in the back of the head. Lewis was trying to cover up, but by that point he was battered and worn out so a few of them did hit him in the back of the noggin. If they don’t stop that crap, or at least fine a fighter heavily if they do to discourage it because a lot of fighters will be either brain dead or dealing with Alzheimer’s and serious memory loss…

He's gotta work on checking with his Shin instead of constantly eating leg kicks, Get his cardio up so he doesn't have to worry about gassing out if he starts fighting more technical. & He needs to11 Work on his striking technique and footwork so he can stop depending on his fight ending hooks all the time, especially against a guy like Gane who moves like a middleweight
