Good video. I don't add any spices, cashews, or lemon juice. I just sautee onions (without sugar) with crushed black pepper corn and butter and add cooked rice with salt. I am sure your rice is more flavorful because of the spices you add in. If I did anything exotic, it would be adding 5 or 6 fresh mint leaves to the boiling water for the rice, to give it flavor. Thank you for sharing.
