Here's a tip I never see anyone mention. Put your better stock on your swap to weapon for faster swaps. Don't put it on your primary because chances are your primary is going to be readyed up and firing before the enemy realizes but once you're in the middle of the fight you need that stock on your secondary so you can swap faster
having a stock on either weapon will decrease the time to swap weapons no matter which weapon is pulled out, usually I would recommend putting the stock on the heavier weapon like an lmg or an ar
If you ping the enemy distance you can use the mill dots on the scopes to adjust for bullet drop. 0-100 meters middle dot 200 meters second dot 300 meters 3rd dot.
I mean, it's also true that you spend more time waiting on teammates to rez you than if you were to just back out and reque. If you're trying to improve, it might be more beneficial to back out and reque than wait around.
It’s funny bc often times when I’m playing pubs and one of our teammates leave at the beginning of the match, I end up getting a win as a duo more often than not since you have to do third parties a ton
Tip: when using vantage. you can use the crouch method to cancel her jump mid air like he used to cancel the zip line. this will help when you want to be more accurate on your landing and allows you to access your weapons mid air
Bangalore's tip: the ult has a square shape that will drop in a zigzag pattern IN FRONT of the flare. It detonated 5s after the first missile landed in the same order that they landed. You can use it to deny a team to push you by throwing it at your feet
IIRC there’s no way to increase reload speed on pistols as all mags on the guns no longer increase reload speed. The handling on pistols however have increased by 10% for Aim down speed, holster, and raise speeds
Turn your mini map rotation on In the settings, as the mini map is kinda big and very hard to figure out how you are oriented to your teammates. As the compass directions are always at the top of the screen you don’t need your mini map to stay stationary to the compass points.
One more tip for octane if u see a team and u know that u can’t take ‘em make sure ur ult is ready and throw ur ult on one of ur enemies. With this trick u can launch away another enemy and u can take the others solo. And lastly go use the Jumpad u used on your enemy and rush the last dude trust me it’s worth a try
Random crypto tip if you are using him I recommend gold evo because using his ult will destroy most legends abilities and take away half their shields. If you’re in the blast radius you only need 3 seconds to shield back up fully and charge while they are still low or trying to heal
Heres a nice tip everyone should use imo If your legend places something down that has an hurtbox, always try to use it as cover if you are in a bad spot, something like wattsons ult, catalyst traps, caustic gas traps or even lifeline care package, they can give you a pretty good advantage whenever you want to heal up or you need that small bit of cover, especially with catalyst if the enemy pushes you, because when the spike activates and you crouch into the orb, you are almost unkillable because of how big the ball hurbox is
honestly knew a lot of these, but because you told them in a rapid fire style it was worth watching. Great appreciation for this content edit; buff mirage, sorry have to agree with that one
Another tip with octane can be when using a med kit right before finishing to pop it like about 0.9 seconds left. Pop your stim and the med kit will heal u fully while u still have speed.
for anyone that wants a 4k bagde here's some good tips: use long to medium range wepons for example the g7 scout, charge rifle and hemlock next tip is to always finish downed enemys this will give you a free 100 damage and the last tip is to have a loba on your team as she can provide a lot of ammo for the team and help a lot with the 4k.
There is a bug with the holospray that lets you ping it no matter the distance as long as you're directly looking at it. More often than not, I will accidentally "like" a holospray on the other side of the map when I was just trying to ping usual stuff.
I really appreciate that you took the time to cover even the most basic tips. even as someone who knows the ins and outs there is some things that I didn't think were that important but turned out to be very helpful
Free tip: in the firing range when you wanna do the dummy glitch you can actually have attachments, ammo, heals, and ult accels in your inventory so you save time
A quick tip for the Flyers in Kings Canyon, shoot them once, wait for 3 wings flaps and then one more shot (no matter what damage) and it’ll drop the box. (You’ll use min 2 bullets instead of a clip)
Been playing since seasons 7 on and off, I'm not great but have ranked gold 3 different seasons as a solo without ever really playing more than 2 hours a day if im lucky. A lot of these tips helped me when this video first dropped and I just came to revist since I skipped playing season 13&14 since I lived in the mountains without internet. Kinda crazy how much of this I forgot!!
For tip 43 I like to play titan fall 2 then go into training to get a little bit more of an advantage because titan fall 2 has the same weapons and for the first mission (not really a mission just kind of like the tutorial) you use momentum and shoot bots and It really helps get a good warmup in my opinion and even play some of the missions on hard (not master because you almost instantly die on master and on hard it's a little bit harder than apex legends but it just makes it a better warm up) But blood and rust is probably the best mission for movement and probably the worst for combat.
TIP 13 Edit: you don't have to drop everything just your gun, armour backpack rez shield and helmet are fine, as are thing in your inventory, i tend to get the attachments for the guns i want to train with then they auto equip when i grab the guns after activating
I disagree with tip number 80. If you're a bot, and stand in front of the door after a double kick you will definitely die immediately. However, I've been double kicking doors and just making sure to stay to one side of the door or the other. Usually what happens is my opponent will waste ammo shooting at where I was, allowing me to then rush in afterward for an easy knock (unless they have a full team inside, then I just play on the door or use grenades).
And another tip When playing as crypto, if you need to help your team with an EMP and your low on health, hold the drone button and heal immediately after, this will let you heal yourself while being in the drone, letting you EMP and still be useful to the fight while healing up
4:40 I did this but neon green because I'm mildly colorblind. The bright color means I can see it while focusing on it, but while not paying attention, it just kinda fades away.
My mans a real Legend, 100 tips and still replying and liking out comments. Honestly man, I dont' usually leave comments. But I just wannt truthfully say thanks and hope you to continue growing on Yt, I know u want it and I believe u can too! Your love, passion and care for others will eventually payoff. Don't ever stop replying and communicating with your audience, it really makes them feel like u are a close friend and like u :D Like and subbed, wish I could help more :D
the headshot ranges is actually the reason why the r301 is the best gun in the game it has sniper rang barely any bullet drop minimum recoil control needed and has a high fire rate.
If your teammate is in a 1v1 situation and you are low prioritize downing the opponent rather than healing because you leave the other squad with a downed teammate and a potential 3v2 or 2v1 if ur in duos also finish ur downs when u kill an opponent because a lifeline or Newcastle or mirage would just revive when u are trying to heal
For blocking doors wraiths portal works as well. When they walk inside the portal they will be teleported to the other side which could be a second door in that building
Hey I got a question about tip #90, say that my teammates are going into battle when we hot dropped, and I I have a R301 and a mastiff but I don’t have too much ammo or heals. What do I do in that situation? 15:45
When activating the dummy’s in the firing range you only need to drop your weapons. This allows you to prepare attachments, ammo, and heals before activating them.
I like to keep track of teams left and players alive in the top right to get an idea if teams are short. Quick math to see how many. Helps to know if a solo is hiding somewhere.
Hey, I actually really liked the tips. But I gotta complain on one of them. If you throw your holospray it won't reveal anyones location. They can literally ping it from the other side of the map. But that's all, keep up the good work friend!
Beware of revs stupidity high climb distance which lets him get into cheesy spots and escape situations if the enemy plus rev is a good counter to seers ult be cause his crouch speed is a little faster then a walk.
another tip that will help you spacially with the tip 100 is to learn the time granades take to explode... trust me it sounds meh but ive won a discustring amount of high rank games bc i knew how to time and play around granades
Tip 13: you don't need to drop everything from your inventory, just the weapons, you can keep you shield, your backpack and everything in it And if you get stuck below the platform and changing legends does't work, change to loba and use her q to get out
Now you see with tip number 8 you always stim before you use a bounce pad especially when attempting to escape beacause it allows you an instant head start once you hit the ground so there for if the person chasing u follows you can put more distance between u and them if u stim as u hit the bounce pad
Esidi, my normal amount of heals I carry every game is 2-4 shield batteries, 2 medkits, 8 syringes, and 12 shield cells, what do u think abt it, should I continue having that amount of heals per game? Idk let me know what u think, and if you think I should change the amount of heals I have per game and what to!
thx for the tips prob one of the best vids i have seen about tips and tricks cuz its so detailed and not as boring and actually shows some things that the game prob doesnt even want you to know also, buff mirage
I've only been playing for a year and my friends has been telling me how to play and also some good thing to do in the game but this just brings my gameplay to a new level
1.) land hot to improve gun fight ability and game sense 2.) use cover in all fights and never be ab easy target to hit (move alot) 3.) try to watch for 3rd parties and adjust position if needed
Absolutely enjoyed it and it made me feel like an ahole cus I won so many games by baiting and I always hide good stuff from toxic teammates or enemies lol
@user-ek8dj5oy5c I've been launched and sent people flying but didn't know it was because of crouching. Bullet drop yes because playing on pc I've done a fair bit of sniping. My longest knock was single fire flatline for like 535m
You would think if you know about the headshot range for different guns or gold shield using one cell to charge the sentinel then you would know that you slide after being punched. You've probably done it on accident and had people do it to you if you know all the rest of these.
So I may not agree with a some of this advice (mostly the aggressive part but I understand the logic and think it'll be helpful) but this stuff really helped me in my games. Thanks. And to respawn: BUFF MIRAGE
Ok for starters your amazing. Second these tips and tricks are going to be tremendously useful for when I get on today. In like a couple minutes. Also buff mirage
The hollow spray tip in unreliable if you have played in firing range you have probably seen random hollow sprays you didn’t placed. I noticed that i get likes but no one is there. I believe it’s some sort of match making if other lobbies/games. How I think of it is that there are 2 or 3 games in a lobby as to firing range there are probably also 2 or more people in the range/lobby. I also think that maybe that’s why apex has random lag spikes every so often.(hopefully that made a bit of sense)
You are inside a firing range match with 60 players but they are basically invisible, its like 60 individual firing range sessions in a single instance
90 and 97 I think a lot of players need to know about, and also landing around the outside of the map is generally high tier loots, stay away from sweaty middle map insta-death.
Thanks for all the tips!
@Esidi 101 Trick off your Controller

Here's a tip I never see anyone mention. Put your better stock on your swap to weapon for faster swaps. Don't put it on your primary because chances are your primary is going to be readyed up and firing before the enemy realizes but once you're in the middle of the fight you need that stock on your secondary so you can swap faster
It also reduces reload time so it may be more viable on your primary if you run assault or lmg
@Brennick Vitale Since it effects the holster time as well as the equip time, it speeds up switching either way
@Esidi I didn't know it affected weapons it wasn't attached to 🤔
having a stock on either weapon will decrease the time to swap weapons no matter which weapon is pulled out, usually I would recommend putting the stock on the heavier weapon like an lmg or an ar
If you ping the enemy distance you can use the mill dots on the scopes to adjust for bullet drop. 0-100 meters middle dot 200 meters second dot 300 meters 3rd dot.
@Farabi Islam Rishad i was kidding... i know how distance in games works lol
@Comfy boy In games, everything is usually in one unit so you may consider 1m as 1 unit to have some ease.
@TTV Delirium343 I think it is in most scopes(not red dot or holo!).
@cyberbug_2077 lmao
Or play vantage
Ive been playing since Launch and you literally got me with the first tip. I had no idea headshot ranges had a max. Liked, Subscribed.
BUFF MIRAGE
@Esidi buff mirage
Can you do some vids on apex mobile
Probably cause long fights don't ever occur that often with smgs and AR or lmgs
Don't leave the game after death as your teammates can still revive you
I don't think I will
I mean, it's also true that you spend more time waiting on teammates to rez you than if you were to just back out and reque. If you're trying to improve, it might be more beneficial to back out and reque than wait around.
wraith mains are losing their mind looking at this
It’s funny bc often times when I’m playing pubs and one of our teammates leave at the beginning of the match, I end up getting a win as a duo more often than not since you have to do third parties a ton
@5m4llk1ng That's a weird way to spell Octane 🤔
Tip: when using vantage. you can use the crouch method to cancel her jump mid air like he used to cancel the zip line. this will help when you want to be more accurate on your landing and allows you to access your weapons mid air
good tip!!!!
Bangalore's tip: the ult has a square shape that will drop in a zigzag pattern IN FRONT of the flare. It detonated 5s after the first missile landed in the same order that they landed. You can use it to deny a team to push you by throwing it at your feet
Extended magazines don’t decrease reload speed anymore, it’s now based on your stock
@rosepawn I must have been thinking of an earlier season since a few have kinda just flown by like Vallarta and Vantage.
IIRC there’s no way to increase reload speed on pistols as all mags on the guns no longer increase reload speed. The handling on pistols however have increased by 10% for Aim down speed, holster, and raise speeds
Except for pistols it is the mag rather than a stock since you can’t equip a stock on a pistol
I was looking for this, that mechanic is only on Apex Mobile.
Turn your mini map rotation on In the settings, as the mini map is kinda big and very hard to figure out how you are oriented to your teammates. As the compass directions are always at the top of the screen you don’t need your mini map to stay stationary to the compass points.
i think this depdens on every person, i find this very confusing to be honest
One more tip for octane if u see a team and u know that u can’t take ‘em make sure ur ult is ready and throw ur ult on one of ur enemies. With this trick u can launch away another enemy and u can take the others solo. And lastly go use the Jumpad u used on your enemy and rush the last dude trust me it’s worth a try
good tip!!!
Random crypto tip if you are using him I recommend gold evo because using his ult will destroy most legends abilities and take away half their shields. If you’re in the blast radius you only need 3 seconds to shield back up fully and charge while they are still low or trying to heal
good tip!!!
Heres a nice tip everyone should use imo
If your legend places something down that has an hurtbox, always try to use it as cover if you are in a bad spot, something like wattsons ult, catalyst traps, caustic gas traps or even lifeline care package, they can give you a pretty good advantage whenever you want to heal up or you need that small bit of cover, especially with catalyst if the enemy pushes you, because when the spike activates and you crouch into the orb, you are almost unkillable because of how big the ball hurbox is
honestly knew a lot of these, but because you told them in a rapid fire style it was worth watching. Great appreciation for this content edit; buff mirage, sorry have to agree with that one

Another tip with octane can be when using a med kit right before finishing to pop it like about 0.9 seconds left. Pop your stim and the med kit will heal u fully while u still have speed.
trueee!!!
for anyone that wants a 4k bagde here's some good tips: use long to medium range wepons for example the g7 scout, charge rifle and hemlock next tip is to always finish downed enemys this will give you a free 100 damage and the last tip is to have a loba on your team as she can provide a lot of ammo for the team and help a lot with the 4k.

I’m level 160 and I’ve been trying to improve and this really helped thanks so much! You might as well be a buffed mirage.
BUFF MIRAGE!
A quick tip for the Flyers in Kings Canyon, shoot them once, wait for 3 wings flaps and then one more shot (no matter what damage) and it’ll drop the box. (You’ll use min 2 bullets instead of a clip)
@amazed _101 or just get gud and shoot the box in the first place
@Esidi waste of ammo imo i usually wait for the 3rd flap
true, but then you don't get the extra damage towards your evo
Been playing since seasons 7 on and off, I'm not great but have ranked gold 3 different seasons as a solo without ever really playing more than 2 hours a day if im lucky. And another tip
When playing as crypto, if you need to help your team with an EMP and your low on health, hold the drone button and heal immediately after, this will let you heal yourself while being in the drone, letting you EMP and still be useful to the fight while healing up

I think this is very helpful to amateur players like me whose only been playing for a year thank you I liked and subscribed
the headshot ranges is actually the reason why the r301 is the best gun in the game it has sniper rang barely any bullet drop minimum recoil control needed and has a high fire rate.
Thank you. I love apex but as a 1.05 KD player, I have lots of room for improvement.
keep grinding! 💪❤
Gold shields are really good for Wattson too. Pop one cell next to her pylon and you've pretty much got a full shield in 3 seconds.
The hipfire tip was useful, it made me clutch on a 1v3 in ending game.
Tip: If you're not sure you are in zone look at the mini map and if the circle is flashing you're not in zone if it is not flashing youre in zone.
For the bots to move in the range u just need to drop any weapons u have. It doesn’t matter if u have stuff in ur inventory
Appreciate the tips my guy, currently trying to help mates reach a goal of theirs and this should help nicely - thanks again
Awesome tips! I've been playing for awhile and I definitely learned a good amount, thanks!
Glad to hear it!
Hey, just wanted to say that this video was very informational and helpful. Keep up the content. P.S. buff mirage
Glad you enjoyed!
For blocking doors wraiths portal works as well. When they walk inside the portal they will be teleported to the other side which could be a second door in that building

Thank you for this , I’m a noob on apex but I wanna be good enough to play with my friends. This video helped me learn
Glad I could help
Buff Mirage 😁. Thank you so much for you time on this video. I knew some of these but the rest were really useful to find out! 🤙🏾

CANT LIE..... I stumbled upon this video randomly ...and I started to pay attention... and it was helpful especially the thermite while reZZ

Hey I got a question about tip #90, say that my teammates are going into battle when we hot dropped, and I I have a R301 and a mastiff but I don’t have too much ammo or heals. What do I do in that situation? 15:45
You don't have to drop everything in the invetory to activate the bots, just weapons
When activating the dummy’s in the firing range you only need to drop your weapons. This allows you to prepare attachments, ammo, and heals before activating them.
okay, thanks for the advice!!!
Amazing video. Great info, always taking something away from ur stuff
appreciate it!
idk if he said this but: practice with every gun incase you get into a fight off spawn and you need to use the only gun you got
I like to keep track of teams left and players alive in the top right to get an idea if teams are short. Quick math to see how many. Helps to know if a solo is hiding somewhere.
very useful tip!!
I use 29 tips, if the enemy is so close to me, I use melee and try to push him further away
Hey, I actually really liked the tips. But I gotta complain on one of them. If you throw your holospray it won't reveal anyones location. They can literally ping it from the other side of the map. But that's all, keep up the good work friend!
Good point!
Beware of revs stupidity high climb distance which lets him get into cheesy spots and escape situations if the enemy plus rev is a good counter to seers ult be cause his crouch speed is a little faster then a walk.
“Use legend abilities to block doors” Me: Casually shooting the abilities blocking the door
another tip that will help you spacially with the tip 100 is to learn the time granades take to explode... trust me it sounds meh but ive won a discustring amount of high rank games bc i knew how to time and play around granades

3:23 you don't actually have to drop everything. You can have a full inventory and equipment, but you can't have a weapon in either slot
Tip 13: you don't need to drop everything from your inventory, just the weapons, you can keep you shield, your backpack and everything in it
And if you get stuck below the platform and changing legends does't work, change to loba and use her q to get out
thanks for the advice!
i've been playing since season 5 and i 've seen many videos like this since then, this is low key the best

respawn entertainment, I would most appreciate if you gave mirage an increase of viability via buff to his ability kit

Now you see with tip number 8 you always stim before you use a bounce pad especially when attempting to escape beacause it allows you an instant head start once you hit the ground so there for if the person chasing u follows you can put more distance between u and them if u stim as u hit the bounce pad
My average octane teammates:
or using it in mid air
Tip: grenades can float off of horizons tactical, so you can make grenades go farther if you are using a grenade from far away.
great tip!
To make the bots active in firing range you only need to drop both weapons, can keep armour and all that
Esidi, my normal amount of heals I carry every game is 2-4 shield batteries, 2 medkits, 8 syringes, and 12 shield cells, what do u think abt it, should I continue having that amount of heals per game? tip 54: remeber switching to your secondary is always faster then reloading -Gaz
I learned if you and the enemy have the same gun and health, but you land more hits then they do… that you’ll more than likely win that battle…
is kind of obvious honestly
I've only been playing for a year and my friends has been telling me how to play and also some good thing to do in the game but this just brings my gameplay to a new level

this was very very valuable and helpful
ive been playing for a while and this just opened my eyes
1.) land hot to improve gun fight ability and game sense 2.) use cover in all fights and never be ab easy target to hit (move alot) 3.) try to watch for 3rd parties and adjust position if needed
good tips!!
For number 13 to make the bots come alive in the firing range, you only have to drop your weapons you don’t have to drop your shields or anything
thanks for the advice!
3:18 you only need to drop your weapons not everything in your inventory
hope you all enjoy this video, it took me a really long time to make
Thanks bro these helped a lot

@Snow phoenix LOL
3:25 you dont need to drop all your items.. drop only guns
That’s like what they say “ switching to your sidearm is faster then reloading “
Considering Bangalores ult can only throw like 20 feet I think using octanes jump pad for that would be hugely helpful lol😂
Good video. I've been playing since the first month and know all but 1. The crouch while being punched out on drop. That's a good one.
You've probably done it on accident and had people do it to you if you know all the rest of these.
super helpful, especially if you use a pred or masters trail!
This video was honestly so helpful Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Great tips! 😂Ive been playing apex for a bit and a found several tips that I didn't even know! Thanks
appreciate it ❤
I know one crucial tip and it is if you get an arc star stuck to you get as close to the enemy as possible😂
You dont need to drop everything to turn on the bots just make sure you have no weapons
So I may not agree with a some of this advice (mostly the aggressive part but I understand the logic and think it'll be helpful) but this stuff really helped me in my games. Thanks.
And to respawn: BUFF MIRAGE

But he said don’t play ranked to get better
God loves you ❤
Same I am the only pred revenant now
if you're deep in zone and low on heals (and one of your team has gold armor), drop it for the others to get the most value out of the siringes
