@Zaid khan Peter Ebdon is a great player in his own right and has competed at the highest level for many years. Often he gets bad press from people who don't like his playing style. Well he is playing his own game to earn a living and if that style upsets some people then hard luck. There is nothing in the rules that says you have to go for every long pot just to entertain the crowd.
Ha, feel free to post a video of you executing that shot 10 times in a row and get position for the one handed black in the middle as previously declared
Alex Higgins was so entertaining back in the day. A wild player, he just seemed to throw the cue at the balls like a madman and the most outrageous shots went in. Saw him in a pub in Padiham years ago, there was only him and me in, I didn’t bother him, he was reading the Racing Post and having a pint, waiting for his driver to pick him up. I always think its tacky when people get starstruck and hassle famous people in public.
Without doubt the GOAT. Consider the quality of His opposition and the standard of the modern game. These guys are amazing and Ronnie the best of all. It’s an honour to watch.
Ronnie crying my God that record equalling 7th World Title meant a lot to him he will win an 8th if his heart is in it I think he's fallen out of love with Snooker again but if he's in top form he really is a rocket
well...Ronnie's 5min 147 is not once in a triillion...it's once in snooker history as any human can do... anything comes closest to this record will be ubolt 100m and messi and the football scores of 147 goals...👍👍👍
I love that this video is called "one in a trillion moments" and you just threw Ronnie O'Sullivan missing a straight in shot in there. Yep that's about right! :)
the fact that it goes along the cush, ok thats one thing, but then it hits the knuckle of the middle pocket and then swerves around the blue to go into the middle pocket..thats completley something else
@BlackBlock He conceeds when there is still enough points available for him to win, the ref gives him a chance to withdraw the concession, but he still conceeds, he then slaps himself in the face 4 times.
My favourite Rocket moment: He’s on for a 147. Checks what the prize amount is for a 147. It’s not the greatest. Decides NOT to finish 147!!! Ronnie is on another plane of existence.
hehe when the guy sneezed, steve was great at making comedy snooker games for a laugh with people, I like how small and hidden the indication moment was to tell the other one the time to sneeze, him and dennis were the best at these types of laughs
@Kris Barr Yea from Morcombe and wise wasn't it? I remember some bits about it but I was only a kid in the 80s, my dad chatted about bits and bobs like that to my granddad or other people, I know they were famous but actually, I wouldn't have noticed it were him if you hadn't said nor his full name was Eric Morecombe lol I remember my dad chatting about that and then getting me into other bits like only fools and horses or what have you, but my mum always said she loved Tommy Cooper. Bit of my life for you there, sorry lol Just reminded me of bits
I used a slingshot to shoot my chapstick up into the air about 100 feet, it landed standing on end on the asphalt. Unsure if it bounced or not. Had a witness. Blew both our minds.
@ODELLIN On the face of it, yeah. But that explosion tells me there was more going on at that moment. The self-hitting is just sad. I have a developmentally disabled nephew who used to do the same thing because he’d get so frustrated at not being able to communicate.
Anyone know where the footage of Eddie Charton is where he hits the ball off 3 cushions from a snooker to then slice the yellow and sink it into the top left hand pocket? I've searched for years to find it but never have
Looking forward to the world champtionship here in Sheffield next month. I keep meaning to get a ticket but forget then leave it too late, although I have been a few times in the past.
bystander. what is truly amazing is that Alex told Virgo in the middle of the break that he will pot the black one handed. you can watch the whole frame on KZclip. I did at least. That one is my favorite too.
The guy that yelled out as the kid tried to shoot....he can make any "great" shot he wants after that, it's unimpressive once you've shown you're a poor sport and a cheat.
Theres many a good player, fewer great players, even less god tier players and then theres Ronnie O'Sulivan.....he is to Snooker what Chopin is to music. A true virtuoso of the craft no doubt
What about Alex Higgins @8:00 (!) dude was a natural the equal of O'Sullivan, only severely troubled, self-handicapped. A man of the people I'd say, squandered all his earnings, but everything he purchased was someone else's income.
We played one-pocket on snooker table......these shots come up on a snooker table.....these rounded pockets lend themselves to these shots....harder off the tits of regular pool tables
2:00 how is this losing the frame with 3 points behind, is it because there's a foul on black and that being the last ball? Compare 4:14 and 4:15 and see that the cueball was NOT placed back correctly... also the black ball is in a slightly different position.
@Garrett1974 yes... There is only one more scenario If opponent is 7 points ahead on the last black then the black will goes back to the spot either you pot the black or your opponent even fouls...because this way the points of both players will be equal and there will be a final black for the results
Yes the black was the last and whoever pots it, takes the frame. @4:15 Ronnie escapes on attempt three or four.... The referee asks the players to confirm balls position if they agree then it doesn't matter there can be a slite difference in position
Someone needs to go back and retake remedial math. In the thumbnail it shows the number 0.0001% which is ten one thousandths, but the title says 1 in a trillion.....which would be 0.000000000001%.
Ronnies fastest 147, 25 years and no one ever came close...... Well I know that Peter Ebdon once came very close to potting a red in the same time
@Sven Red6eard You joke but this is actually true. Ronnie actually did make a 147 in less time than it took Ebdon to make one shot.
Hahaha
@Zaid khan Peter Ebdon is a great player in his own right and has competed at the highest level for many years. Often he gets bad press from people who don't like his playing style. Peter ebdon was not hurt in this comment 😂
@BlackSeaRC it isn't a 147 break until the final black goes down .that is a moment isn't it .
I know it was an exhibition but that pink+ black combo by Alex Higgins is the most magical thing ever happened on a snooker table. Pure art
I know we all know about the booze and can guess at his other demons but it’s still immensely sad.
One handed !!!!!!!
@Thomas Goetz 100%, Higgins brought an excitement to the game that wasn't there previously.
@TDL39 Дмитрий Нет дорогой, есть такой уже ветеран или на пенсию Алекс Хиггинс. Про его идет реч и он на ролике тоже.
Ha, feel free to post a video of you executing that shot 10 times in a row and get position for the one handed black in the middle as previously declared

This is good...bringing the best of the game...Even telling whats really happening in the clips...Thank you to the Creator.
It's so wholesome how supportive they are, even in important competitions!
That guy O’Sullivan seems to be in a lot of these clips, he’s got a bright future ahead of him for sure.
@Cyrille Yong
Don't be a dick
He said he has not followed snooker for many years
Back in his time it was probably people like Eddie Carlton
@HELL YEAH judging by most of Selby's faces in the sidelines he's haunted by a bad smell
Dude he's being sarcastic
@DSP it's just that he is not sarcasm-bothered
if he keeps up the good work he could be as good as The Rocket someday;)
Without doubt the GOAT. Consider the quality of His opposition and the standard of the modern game. These guys are amazing and Ronnie the best of all. It’s an honour to watch.
Eric was a great player…loved all his work
I love snooker. Great entertainment in the way of laughs with great potting and superb flukes.
People get all excited by Ronnie's 147 in a tad over five minutes, ignoring that Peter Edbon once sank a red in less than three minutes.
Liang is perhaps the dorkiest professional snooker player ever 😂
Ronnie crying my God that record equalling 7th World Title meant a lot to him he will win an 8th if his heart is in it I think he's fallen out of love with Snooker again but if he's in top form he really is a rocket
So wonderful to see a pro crash the balls with the rest...and the Steve Davis celebrity game was priceless
I love how Ronnie looks up after some of these shots like “there’s really no way **I** keep getting away with this” 😂
I still remember the days when everyone was saying "when will Ronnie win the world championship" It always seemed to elude him.
well...Ronnie's 5min 147 is not once in a triillion...it's once in snooker history as any human can do... anything comes closest to this record will be ubolt 100m and messi and the football scores of 147 goals...👍👍👍
Good to see Liang being a bit embarrassed, even if he did win that match eventually. :)
147 Ronny in 5.08
Nobody can break it!!! Never ever
😁😅😂😂😂...один я по три раза перематывал эти шикарнейшие момент'с??!!!
1:00 he really knows how to win
I love that this video is called "one in a trillion moments" and you just threw Ronnie O'Sullivan missing a straight in shot in there. Yep that's about right! :)
I don't play snooker but I play other billiard games to know enough that some of these were miraculous 👍
Micheal Jordan is the Ronnie O'Sullivan of Basketball...
Dott's shot at 6:05sec is really the only one in a Trillion shots in this video
Donaldson
the fact that it goes along the cush, ok thats one thing, but then it hits the knuckle of the middle pocket and then swerves around the blue to go into the middle pocket..thats completley something else
Ronnie O'sullivan G.O.A.T.
I laugh my butt off every time I see that clip of Drago slapping himself silly.
@BlackBlock He conceeds when there is still enough points available for him to win, the ref gives him a chance to withdraw the concession, but he still conceeds, he then slaps himself in the face 4 times.
Explain the mistake dude,I dont get it
Ronnies a monster
Great to watch 😂😂😂👍
To be fair, every shot played in snooker, whether it goes in or not has never been played before!
That yellow from Heathcote was unbelievable
My favourite Rocket moment: He’s on for a 147. Checks what the prize amount is for a 147. It’s not the greatest. Decides NOT to finish 147!!!
Ronnie is on another plane of existence.
@Jeff T Don’t know 100% but I doubt it. But I doubt even more that there’s another DELIBERATE 146 like Ronnie’s.
Has there ever been another 146 break in snooker history?
@Charles 😂😂😂
Yeah that £10k for a 147 was bad but he got the highest break in that tournament with a 146 😂😂😂
Ronnie one of the best millions player
Make fun😄 speed🚗🚓 power 💪
Mark King looks remarkably like Ronnie O'Sullivan in those clips.
hehe when the guy sneezed, steve was great at making comedy snooker games for a laugh with people, I like how small and hidden the indication moment was to tell the other one the time to sneeze, him and dennis were the best at these types of laughs
@Jesse Bella Yes, Morcambe and Wise. I was only a kid as well during the 80s. Remember Tommy Cooper in his fez as well haha
That was Eric Morecambe, a famous comedian in the UK from the 40s to the 80s.
1:30 esses caras são os caras
I used a slingshot to shoot my chapstick up into the air about 100 feet, it landed standing on end on the asphalt. Unsure if it bounced or not.
Had a witness. Blew both our minds.
Great video 👍 missing Steve Davis missing the black😆 definitely 1 in a 1000000000000
Oh yes
9:10
And no one can beat him
Never drink alcohol especially when you are going to compete 😂
Drago clearly miscounted. McManus shouldn't have taken the concession
Ronnie can see dotted lines on the table . . . . he Neo !
3:00 That Drago moment is just sad and disturbing.
@ODELLIN On the face of it, yeah. But that explosion tells me there was more going on at that moment. The self-hitting is just sad. I have a developmentally disabled nephew who used to do the same thing because he’d get so frustrated at not being able to communicate.
Ive never understood what happened? Did he concede the match not realising there were enough points left for him to win?
2:38 is utterly hallarious 🤣😂
@M0jibake thanks for explaining :)
@Tarun Mittal Tony Drago conceded by mistake as he had misread the scores. He was only 13 points behind with 18 on the table!
Can you explain what happened?
Anyone know where the footage of Eddie Charton is where he hits the ball off 3 cushions from a snooker to then slice the yellow and sink it into the top left hand pocket?
I've searched for years to find it but never have
Much less rare than one in a trillion.
Looking forward to the world champtionship here in Sheffield next month. I keep meaning to get a ticket but forget then leave it too late, although I have been a few times in the past.
1:31
Who knows the name of the commentator, the best commentator I have ever heard, gives you a wonderful feeling
John virgo
Alex Higgins pink and one handed black to the centre pocket unmatched
bystander. what is truly amazing is that Alex told Virgo in the middle of the break that he will pot the black one handed. you can watch the whole frame on KZclip. I did at least. That one is my favorite too.
It would be nice if the video included references to the matches in question.
Even nicer IF he NORMALISED the VOLUME levels.
6:45 It's O'Sullivan playing one-handed.
The guy that yelled out as the kid tried to shoot....he can make any "great" shot he wants after that, it's unimpressive once you've shown you're a poor sport and a cheat.
Best of luck recreating them BreakfromLife.
at 1:13 that Morecambe and Wise, a comedy duo
Can anybody tell me the rules of when you hit the cue ball, red ball or a coloured ball off the table in snooker? Can't seem to find it anywhere
It's a foul.
Ronnie = GOAT
Did anyone notice that Ronnie's cue touching the brown ball after he potted red vs Selby@ 4:20
yeah mark is right its like a glitch.
Just a video compression artefact.
Played snooker for an hour and made two balls, probably not even a pro table. They are big balls and holes are small.
Sulivan no1
Not sure a Morecombe and Wise sketch counts :)
No joke for Selby' face in comments? 🤣
Theres many a good player, fewer great players, even less god tier players and then theres Ronnie O'Sulivan.....he is to Snooker what Chopin is to music. A true virtuoso of the craft no doubt
@7:49 -- Best of the best! The hurricane
4:24 love his face at that moment
Title should be "1 in a trillion in SPORTS" 💀
Best pink ever potted.
2:27
Lol
Brilliant.
No these are 1 in a billion moments. I think 1 in a million is the correct use.
6:55 I know its more luck, but why is no one talking about this? too bad that there was no crowd..
Video title : one in a trillion moments!
Me every 5 minutes of playing snooker : 5:26
Excellent
What about Alex Higgins @8:00 (!) dude was a natural the equal of O'Sullivan, only severely troubled, self-handicapped. A man of the people I'd say, squandered all his earnings, but everything he purchased was someone else's income.
He's great is O'Sullivan ,liked him in the makado ,,😳
What happened at 2:30? Can someone please explain.
All i wanna know, where is that chalk nowadays? 9:17
6:19 and it swerved around the blue.
6:04 black magic :D but seriously...
Got me puzzled too, shot along the rail to middle pocket ,then in opposite pocket? Wooo
Did he drop the cue on the ref’s foot at 1:27?
It's a Morecambe and Wise comedy sketch, he's not a real player. (not sure who this 'Moore' person is in the description)
4:21 fault! he moved the ball with his stick!
2:28 the buzzer had sounded before the pink went in.
Possible but gary appreciated his effort and handed over the victory🎉
We played one-pocket on snooker table......these shots come up on a snooker table.....these rounded pockets lend themselves to these shots....harder off the tits of regular pool tables
Damn Tony
Higgins missed the black then didn't he
Yes he did bro
Err....these are one in a quadrillion shots
3:39 is one in a trillion? Lol, Efren Bata is doing this regularly.
This is snooker not pool
Where are the drinks? The Reggae soundtrack?
Not sure you know what a trillion is
The Drago one was 😂😂😂😂
2:38 não entendi, o que aconteceu??
8:50 actual speed that it happened
What's the story with the one spectator that was blurred out twice?
The footage you could afford🤣
n aguentam 5 rounds com o baianinho
Da ra ra ra da ra ra... draago draago
Damn drago. Why u do that
First clip I was do that sometime.
Darkviperau moment
Please guys what happens at 2:36 ?
0.0001% isn't 1 in a Trillion...
2:00 how is this losing the frame with 3 points behind, is it because there's a foul on black and that being the last ball?
Compare 4:14 and 4:15 and see that the cueball was NOT placed back correctly... also the black ball is in a slightly different position.

There is only one more scenario If opponent is 7 points ahead on the last black then the black will goes back to the spot either you pot the black or your opponent even fouls...because this way the points of both players will be equal and there will be a final black for the results
@Snooker hq so basically points on the last black are awarded only ONCE, be it a foul or a pot?
Yes the black was the last and whoever pots it, takes the frame.
@4:15 Ronnie escapes on attempt three or four.... The referee asks the players to confirm balls position if they agree then it doesn't matter there can be a slite difference in position
Thumbs up
Someone needs to go back and retake remedial math. In the thumbnail it shows the number 0.0001% which is ten one thousandths, but the title says 1 in a trillion.....which would be 0.000000000001%.
