“THE MASTERS: Greatest Shots and Moments" and my Tiger Woods Comeback video were both taken down from KZclip last week, and my channel got hit with two copyright strikes. Because of this, I won't be able to re-upload them here without risk of having my channel terminated. Instead, I have uploaded the videos to Vimeo so that anyone who wants to watch them can view them over there. Thanks for the support! Just to know the game enough to even know about these clips and to gather them is a good job. Trying to think if you missed anything. Hale Irwin 1990 US Open final green in regulation. Greg Norman's chip in victory at Doral in 1990. Sandy Lyle 88 Masters Bunker shot on 18. You can go on and on, but Tiger alone is a highlight film.
I've watched alot of golf on tv. It's like Arnold Palmer said. It's maddening when you think you are in the groove and the next thing you know, bunker or trees. But i still enjoy it because of moments like these. Great video.
I had the privilege to caddy for a wounded warrior during an event in Texas. Tom Watson was the guest. The entire day we talked about that chip shot at Pebble to win the US Open. On 15 my player had a chip shot and Tom Watson happen to come up and he stood right next to us while he was hitting it. Just before he hit it, I said "hit it close" the same words that Bruce Edwards said to Watson before that shot. Watson turned to me and had the biggest smile on his face I have ever seen any one person have. To this day, it is still one of my favorite golf moments in my life.
agreed. everything from the camera zoom, to ball hanging up on the lip of the cup for drama, to the call "IN YOUR LIFE, this is by far the most iconic golf clip ever.
I get chills every time I watch this video. Was never a fan of Tiger Woods real-time. It's hard to argue that he is not the best to ever do it when confronted with the sheer volume of legendary shots he made in situations of the highest pressure. All my heroes are tarnished and tested it seems. Tiger is on that list, now.
He's a human, just like the rest of us. If you were constantly under a microscope, who knows what people may see. Tigers a legend, the best to do it, and nothing will ever "tarnish' that
@Mark Hanna Jack Nicklaus in the 86 Masters basically from 9 in ran the tables. Birdies 9, 10 and 11. Bogies 12. Birdies 13, 16,17 and eagles 15. In my opinion Tiger Woods was better than Nicklaus and Ben Hogan hit the ball better than both of them.
Trully remarkable how many of these wonderful shots belonged to one man, Tiger surely is the most amazing golfer in history. Love Arnies quote at the end too, superb collection.
This has got to be one of the best sports compilation videos I have ever seen. The music is absolutely fitting and it showcases some of the greatest shots and most iconic moments in recent golf history... Absolutely loved every second.
Didn't pick up a golf club once in my life until I was 35. Feel like I missed out on a lot of good golf years but going to make the most of the years ive got left. Truly the greatest sport I have ever played.
What makes it great is that on any given shot an amateur can pull off a shot like a pro and on any given shot a pro can pull off a shot like an amateur.
Tiger Woods has been an inspiration for many, many, years... but his 2019 win of the Masters just put it over the top... You've got to take risks in life, you can't succeed if you don't try... Amazing video my friend
I’ve watched so many of these happen live on tv but 13:15 was the most epic. A sea of humanity behind Tiger watching him win again when everyone said he was done for. Amazing moment.
Not sure what's wrong with me, but I cried during this.. How can I love a game that I'm so terrible at this much? That quote by Arnie is perfect. Without question the greatest game mankind has ever created.
That moment with Payne and Phil will never not get me emotional....Phil literally broke the record for oldest player to win a major recently by years....Payne telling him he's gonna be a winner cuz he's gonna be a dad is the greatest thing ever! Rest in Peace Payne Stewart, you beautiful human being.
@Minaj FOREVER I think that would be Jack. Let's see Tiger win the Master's on his 46 birthday. Oh that's right. He can't. He is 46, and finished 47th, 23 strokes behind the leader.
J. Byrd’s hole in one was amazing. They played til dark and I recall the three competitors agreeing to continue on in the sudden death playoff. Byrd was always a class act. Very deserving of a moment.
Thank you so much for creating this video. I almost started crying on several moments, but most so when you showed Tiger Woods winning the 2019 Masters. That is a moment that I will remember for the rest of my life
I was watching these and thinking "yeah the good old days" and that shots like these will never happen again. Then Tiger's 2019 masters comes on and I remember golf will live forever like this. Each of us all have our own moments on the course as well, that day you were the very best you could be, and it all happened just the way you dreamed.
Its insane how much I truly love golf. I'll remember the first day I ever got my clubs leaning against the van after my dad told me he had a surprise for me. Went straight to the course. He said a gentleman said I had a nice swing for my age and asked how long I'd been playing. My dad said it was my first time out. Good memory I have that I'll never forget. I know I'll never be on any tour, but that will never stop me from trying to the best I can be at this great sport.
I'm a 26 handicap but I absolutely love golf. It's become a passion. I started playing at 18 shooting 120s and at 32 now, I've come a long way and I'm always ready to play and continue to get better
Goosebumps the whole time! I dont even watch golf, but the mental effort it takes to calculate these insane shots is truly great. Well done on the video mate, as well as the tracklist!
I had the privilege to witness Shaun Micheel’s shot at the PGA tourney he won in Rochester. Was following him on and off, and when I got to the 16th or 17th hole, they didn’t even show his name on the leaderboard. Loved singing the underdog pull it off and a memory I will cherish!
It has to be the music but this is the greatest golf highlight video ever put together!! So many iconic moments. But I will never forget Tigers walk to the green flooded by fans crowding the course!! Gives me goose bumps!! Loved the video thank you!!
Jacks shot into 16 gives me goosebumps every time. Especially if you know the significance in the events and holes leading up to that shot. Not to mention the “oh Jesus !” from the back of the commentary box. You knew you were witnessing something special after hearing that reaction.
Something about Tiger's shot at 7:36. People don't realize while watching this shot that it was very dark as they were playing after dusk. You could barely see the flag. It was an incredible shot
All those amazingly incredible Tiger strokes, but the one which always is a joy to watch is the Justin Leonard put in the ‘99 Ryder Cup. To this day, it still strikes an emotion of joy due the insurmountable odds that team entered the morning of the 26th of September to over come. If anyone ever desires to watch men act like youthful boys having fun, just watch a team of men come together and achieve victory! The outcome from the “Battle of Brookline” will always be a milestone achievement for the US Ryder Cup Team which we may never witness ever again. 🍻🇺🇸⛳️🇺🇸🍻
I was amazed at how many of these shots I remember watching from the time I played competitive junior golf all the way through college... brought back a lot of great memories
This is the joy of golf - we can all occasionally hit a shot when you can genuinely think to yourself "nobody could have played that shot any better". It's what keeps us coming back😎 These guys just do it more often!!
You know what I love about these moments? How some of the become iconic pieces of commentary. They have no idea what's about to happen, but they call it to perfection to idolize the moment forever. "That's better than most.. better than most".
@Mike Williams Horse racing can be like that too. “He is moving like a tremendous machine” during a point in Secretariat’s Belmont victory stands out to me, but there are many other great horse racing calls throughout history.
@TheLocalLt yeah man, you're right. I think part of the beauty of the game is that because it's "slower" than most spots, you can see the magic happening and it dawns on you while it's happening and not once it's happened. I've been playing only 8-9 months and I'm hooked.
A lot of great shots and for the players I'm sure very emotional ones but ,those Tiger shots when he was really on his game left me absolutely gobsmacked. Every time I see them.
I've seen this 4 times since my 11 week shielding and lock down from the virus began and it hasn't failed to make me cry yet. What a magnificent game, the fact the crowds wholeheartedly want whomever has the put for the win to make it, shows how golf embodies all that is good about mankind and thats a message we need more than ever in these difficult and trying times. Simply Glorious.
What an incredible video to watch while we wait out this pandemic. Makes me love golf even more that I am forced to be away from it for a while. Thanks so much for the love and effort put into this perfect video.
They KILLED me with the last match of Tiger, the throngs of exalting fans, following him on the course; then the ending with him hugging his son!! 😭😭😭❤❤❤
I felt like I'm so lucky to be able to live at time when all the best comebacks are yet to come. To witness and be a part of. It's hard to wait for something you know might not happen. But it's even harder to give up, when you know it's everything you want.
One shot I would have loved to have seen on here is Sandy Lyle's bunker shot on 18 in the final round of the 1988 Masters. He hit a seven iron to within 15 feet and sunk the putt to win, one of the greatest shots I have ever seen.
Nice to see Seve in there. I was at the Belfry watching the Ryder Cup and he had a go at driving the green on a par 4. He did it. Never a doubt. Golf genius. RIP.
Hail Erwin's shot on 18 at Pebble Beach was truly one of the greatest shots I have ever seen. The only one that comes close is Jack Nicholas' 2 iron shot at the Masters
As someone who's played golf for close to 50 years (a few of those years professionally) Tiger's 2nd shot on 18 to finish his 2nd round at the 2002 PGA, not considering the circumstances/impact of the shot on the outcome of the tournament, was one of the best shots I have ever seen. Given the lie (close to the left edge of the bunker, the stance he had to take, the distance he had (he hit a 3ir), the trees in from of him, the wind blowing 25mph. I was watching it live and I couldn't believe he pulled it off. Tiger said in an interview in 2017 "That was the greatest feeling shot I’ve ever hit in my life".
It's amazing how a video about watching others play a game can be so motivating and emotional. I guess it's because we all know the commitment and sacrifices each of those players have made for that moment. ps: Beautiful background music - What's the track called?
Thank you, glad you enjoyed the video! The music is 0:01 - Outro: M83 3:03 - Lower Your Eyelids to Die with the Sun: M83 6:12 - Starwaves: M83 9:19 - Outro: M83
There's some great shots in here, but Tiger's shot at 2:31 may just be the most amazing thing I've ever seen in sports. Imagine a regular guy trying to do that. You can't! Edit: Except for the shot at 2:41! Unbelievable!
6:53 - 7:33. Watched these shots by Byrd and Oosty so many times and get chills every time. Byrd.....it's over!!!! and Feherty's call on Oosty's shot was the best I have ever seen. Well done on the video.
I had tears of sadness watching Payne Stewart drop his putt. And then I had tears of happiness watching the crowd following behind Tiger Woods and then Tiger hugging his son. Great video.
The shot tiger hit at 3:03 is unreal to me. At first I thought he snapped his club. Had to watch it 4 or 5 times to realize the whippage he put on that follow through.
I was at the Travelers when Speith put that shot in from the bunker in the playoff hole. A couple guys and I were standing on a security golf cart when the ball dropped in the hole and all fell off due to everyone jumping. Unbelievable moment!
John Daly approaching the 18th at the '91 PGA might have been a good add. That was probably the biggest ripple that permeated beyond the golf world until Tiger showed up
By far the best compilation of the best golf shots in history I've ever seen and I've seen a lot of them on KZclip, very emotional and very well done Sir 👍. Kind regards.
What? You haven't seen many then, have you. It was basically a Tiger video. There a HUNDREDS of other golfers who made great shots. He had two of Tiger making 3-5 foot putts. Come on...
I think there's one memorable shot left out for me, which was Paul Azinger's hole out from the bunker on the 18th in the Ryder Cup. But of course there's a million of shots that someone else can point to as well, hard to fit all in 15 minutes. Great video.
I've only recently started playing golf in the last few years. I'm an older woman and I've followed the game for years. As bad as I am at it I absolutely love it. Now I won't be able to let it go! I so enjoyed this video and the way you put it together. The clips, editing, descriptive info with the identifying time stamp and the MUSIC......the background music was a fantastic choice. I was in tears several times. But for me (what really got me) was seeing Payne Stewart. Loved seeing him in a triumphant win; but knowing what happened and the tragedy that took him away from this world brought more than a few tears to my eyes. Having said all that I still appreciate this beautiful video. Thank you and all those who helped you with this vid.
Thank you Lisa, that’s awesome that you’ve started playing in recent years and love the game! I’m really glad you enjoyed the video and appreciate you taking the time to comment!
Love the quote at the end. I played baseball all my life but now have moved on to golf. My favorite quote is “Don’t forget to swing hard, in case you hit the ball.” I also apply this to golf lol
Damn the feels though... nice editing. Excellent video. I love when tiger yells out right as the crowd roars. Makes it like a real tiger roar comes out of his mouth when he wins.
I have to concur with Josh Y... I was absolutely MESMERIZED for the entirety of this video, and it is one of the greatest I have ever watched. I could watch this a GAZILLION times and never grow tired!!!
4:07. Maybe the greatest shot ever hit. Standing just inside the bunker, ball way below his feet, 3 iron over trees with a howling wind. The difficulty level is insane. I believe Tiger even said it was his best shot
I have to say this these golf announcers have a way of making these big moments even bigger. They let the moment play out with maybe a comment or two. A win for the ages. shot of his life. They make these moments bigger
great video with great moments and shots in golf. I would have included Rory's final shot to win the US open 2 months after his incredible collapse in the 4th round of the Masters. Also Davis Love III win at the PGA championship on the 18th with the rainbow spectrum colors in the background.

Oh my god

Your work is fabulous
I still can't believe Happy Gilmore's shot to win the tournament over Shooter McGavin isn't on here. Ridiculous.
Lmao 😂

It makes me happy that this is the top comment. Literally what I was thinking as I was watching this

😄🙏🏿 great story
What a great story Ryan.
Mate ,that's a great story ✌👍
The zoom in on Tigers shot makes that the most iconic shot Ive ever seen in golf.. good job camera guy
@Mr Sirone of the best Nike ads of all time
agreed. everything from the camera zoom, to ball hanging up on the lip of the cup for drama, to the call "IN YOUR LIFE, this is by far the most iconic golf clip ever.
this motivates me to break 100 on the front 9
This inspires me to hit a green in regulation and keep a drive in the fairway in a semi-regular basis.
good luck with that
This motivates me to break -24 in one 18hole round (at sawgrass) on tiger 🐯 woods 🌲 ea sports ⛳ 2003 😁
🤡
It never fails to find a comment that just makes me laugh out loud 😂

@Josh Ferraro Im not built like that. he is a legend. The real question is what are you up to that Tiger is giving you a pass on?
He's a human, just like the rest of us. If you were constantly under a microscope, who knows what people may see. Tigers a legend, the best to do it, and nothing will ever "tarnish' that
No one is perfect. Expectations of such will always lead to disappointment.

Thank you Christian!
Goosebumps are an understatement! The Tiger ending will forever be embedded into my heart!
It's embedded in another part of my anatomy about halfway to my knees.
Didn't pick up a golf club once in my life until I was 35. Feel like I missed out on a lot of good golf years but going to make the most of the years ive got left. Truly the greatest sport I have ever played.
@Mike Williams and a beginner can hit the ball sometimes
What makes it great is that on any given shot an amateur can pull off a shot like a pro and on any given shot a pro can pull off a shot like an amateur.
Tiger Woods has been an inspiration for many, many, years... but his 2019 win of the Masters just put it over the top... You've got to take risks in life, you can't succeed if you don't try... Amazing video my friend
I don’t think anyone had a better swing than Jack. So simple and repeatable. Straight back and straight thru. What a legend.
Had goosebumps for all 15 minutes and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Thankyou for one of the best videos I have ever watched, period.
Apart from Leonard and the US Team running on the green when Olazabal still had a put to half it.
@Erik Silva Everytime I see that clip of Payne Stewart taking Phil Mickelson's face in his hands at the U.S. Open, I tear up.
Absolutely! Great video! Needs more Payne tho!
You can thank the music being played...M83
A thinly disguised tribute to Woods! Sadly so many truly great shots left out because of that!
Great vid. No inappropriate, distracting music. Well thought out selections. Just pure golf greatness, to remind us that what Arnie said is right.
Peter D thank you for including Arnold Palmer!
I’ve watched so many of these happen live on tv but 13:15 was the most epic. A sea of humanity behind Tiger watching him win again when everyone said he was done for. Amazing moment.

Thank you Nolan! Glad you liked the video!
Payne Stewart’s final US Open win before his tragic death... that hit me hard.😢
He was a true gentleman, too. Great role model. He was my favorite golfer as well. Not much to not like about him. Even his fashion was on point.
Yeah, even if you weren’t a fan of him, fans of the sport who watched during his career will say that one hits hard.
I can't believe that was 21 years ago.
Was one of my favorite golfers when I first got into the game as a teen.
Golf is a special sport unlike any other. It touches your heart and changes your life forever.
@Entropy0 sounds like you’re jealous
WTH i am watching golf for the second time. Whats so fun about it? seems boring. Just bunch of guys trying to get the hole.
Yeah because no other sport does that lmao what a joke btw golf is not even top 5 best sport
You can literally say that for at least 2 other sports, maybe more.
Sounds about white
Tiger Woods.... A prodigy of our time ❤️
@jon rudd what has older age got to do with winning in golf it's more or less equal footing for any age
@Minaj FOREVER I think that would be Jack. Let's see Tiger win the Master's on his 46 birthday. Oh that's right. He can't. He is 46, and finished 47th, 23 strokes behind the leader.
THE GREATEST
Stewart and a young Mickelson always brings tears to my eyes.
It had to happen the way it did.
Such a special moment. Rip stewart 🙏
Each of us all have our own moments on the course as well, that day you were the very best you could be, and it all happened just the way you dreamed.
...and now you can add Michelson at last year's PGA Championship. It will never stop, thank goodness.
@Jeff Thank you brother.
@Ish-n-Jude Sanford and to you as well
Yeah man!!! Do your thing!! God speed to you !!
I always come back to this and it makes me cry tears of joy because I feel their emotion so heavily. I love it so much. Great video!
That last clip has given me goosebumps every time since I saw it live. What a legend.
That shot in the dark by Tiger was just unreal
I had the privilege to witness Shaun Micheel’s shot at the PGA tourney he won in Rochester. Was following him on and off, and when I got to the 16th or 17th hole, they didn’t even show his name on the leaderboard. Loved singing the underdog pull it off and a memory I will cherish!
There was about an 18 month period where Spieth looked like he would go on to absolutely dominate golf. Would love to see him get back to that form.
Payne Stewartwas one of my all time favs. Played on the gold course in Springfield missouri that holds his name. Great memories watching him play
It has to be the music but this is the greatest golf highlight video ever put together!! So many iconic moments. But I will never forget Tigers walk to the green flooded by fans crowding the course!! Gives me goose bumps!! Loved the video thank you!!
The way Jason day got excited then broke down so quickly got me. Shows true love for the game gotta admire it.❤️
Butch Jones Plagued by injuries is his biggest issue I think. I know his back has been great for awhile.
I’m glad you saved the last few minutes for Tigers incredible comeback with Tour championship and the Masters what a moment that was!!!
It's what keeps us coming back😎
These guys just do it more often!!
This should say “PGA” somewhere in the title because Matt Scharff still has one of the greatest golf shots of all time with the Par 4 hole-in-one 🤷♂️
@Morgan Lee Facts
Happy Gilmore accomplished that feat no more than an hour ago.
Kartik Mathur golf has a disproportionate number of the best announcer calls in sports history. The sport lends itself to stuff like that
Golf commentary is often the best in professional sports because of this.
One of the best videos in any sport ever made
Speith’s chip in was like a walk-off homer. What a way to finish the tournament
What an incredible video to watch while we wait out this pandemic. Makes me love golf even more that I am forced to be away from it for a while. Thanks so much for the love and effort put into this perfect video.
1:12 no one ever talks about this shot. One of the greatest shot of all time against the goat. Incredible
But it's even harder to give up, when you know it's everything you want.
i would watch tiger play for a whole day and still would not get enough of his pure genious
RIP.
For some reason I found the Y.E. Yang clip really thrilling. He hit those shots with so much authority and confidence.
11 years later, I still have no goddamn clue how he did it XD. Props to him though
What a beautiful game! Thanks for putting this together for us!
This video had me in tears of joy!!!! And you DEFINITELY picked the right clip to end on!!
For me, the greatest victory in golf history was Payne Stewart. Thanks for posting.
Say what you want about Tiger, but he brought an excitement to the game that few before or after have done.
It's amazing how a video about watching others play a game can be so motivating and emotional. I guess it's because we all know the commitment and sacrifices each of those players have made for that moment. ps: Beautiful background music - What's the track called?
Thank you, glad you enjoyed the video! The music is
0:01 - Outro: M83
3:03 - Lower Your Eyelids to Die with the Sun: M83
6:12 - Starwaves: M83
9:19 - Outro: M83
Goes to show, how great Tiger was, is and will forever be.
I love this game, and those incredible athletes that struggle to discipline themselves to succeed at it.
I have cried 2 different times watching Tiger at the end hug his kid, truly the greatest scene in golf forever.
props to the creator of this video. you could feel the emotion through the screen. well done sir. well freaking done/
The shot tiger hit at 3:03 is unreal to me. At first I thought he snapped his club. Had to watch it 4 or 5 times to realize the whippage he put on that follow through.
The drama of that first putt by Tiger - how the ball even hesitated just to play to the crowd. Amazing.
I was at the Travelers when Speith put that shot in from the bunker in the playoff hole. A couple guys and I were standing on a security golf cart when the ball dropped in the hole and all fell off due to everyone jumping. Unbelievable moment!
I'm glad I lived to watch Jack and Tiger's era.. Truly amazing 😊
John Daly approaching the 18th at the '91 PGA might have been a good add. That was probably the biggest ripple that permeated beyond the golf world until Tiger showed up
Remembering most of these shots live sends chills
Phil’s shot out of the trees at Augusta is still one of the best ever.
Yea, watched it live and will never forget it.
Tiger Woods chip-in on 16 at Augusta is the most amazing golf shot of my life.
Everytime i see a video with payne stewart in it i get teared up. Such a great person and golfer.
I can't be the only one to tear up seeing Payne Stewart win at Pinehurst No. 2.
crazy how most of it are by Tiger Woods, what a legend.
Damn the feels though... nice editing. Excellent video. I love when tiger yells out right as the crowd roars. Makes it like a real tiger roar comes out of his mouth when he wins.
3:03...this shot from Tiger is still the most amazing I've ever seen. Around a tree and out of a bunker, WHAT?!
I have to concur with Josh Y...
I was absolutely MESMERIZED for the entirety of this video, and it is one of the greatest I have ever watched. I could watch this a GAZILLION times and never grow tired!!!
Bubba's shot still gives me goosebumps
Same, it always will
It's amazing seeing the unreal golf shots not just of the present day of golf, but the past.
Payne Stewart’s reaction as the putt went in….and his moment with Phil is really poignant….
4:07. Maybe the greatest shot ever hit. Standing just inside the bunker, ball way below his feet, 3 iron over trees with a howling wind. The difficulty level is insane. I believe Tiger even said it was his best shot
I don't know much about golf but 6:13 looked the best shot for me
Payne Stewart RIP
My grandparents lived in Pinehurst, NC at the time and I’ll always remember that tournament and that man.
I have to say this these golf announcers have a way of making these big moments even bigger. They let the moment play out with maybe a comment or two. A win for the ages. shot of his life. They make these moments bigger
Tiger Woods perfections and greatness still live and its still incomparable!!!!
great video with great moments and shots in golf. I would have included Rory's final shot to win the US open 2 months after his incredible collapse in the 4th round of the Masters. Also Davis Love III win at the PGA championship on the 18th with the rainbow spectrum colors in the background.
How these players hit these shots is truly magical... Great video 👍😍
I've watched alot of golf videos and compilations and this one is up there. Well balanced old and new, good music well done sir
yeppers2372 this is probably the best one I’ve seen and it made me cry
Woods Masters win 2019 for me at 17 years old will forever be the greatest thing ive seen
I’ve watched this video so many times. It’s just absolutely incredible! One of my favorite videos of all time!
7:10 Loui had the best shot in this video , par 5 double eagle!! Such an awesome shot !!
