This game makes me wonder if we'll see anything in it make its way into a future Minecraft Proper update. Maybe whenever archaeology gets added in, since the time of this game would most definitely become legend by the time it starts.

@Devastaar Illigers have been a thing in Java Edition since 1.1 snapshot 16w39a. Which came out in 2016, way before Dungeons was even released. Dungeons was Announced in 2018 at EarthCon, and released May of 2020. So as I said the Illigers have been around in Java since before Dungeons was even announced.
@Oug Java is mostly better. Graphically and mechanically (although bedrock does beat it in some features) the swimming/water mechanics in bedrock are a broken mess.
I'd love to know when all the gear featured in the other Minecraft games like this one will make it into the actual game would be sooooo cool and would also add accuracy to the other games

I’m so excited for this game. I loved Minecraft Dungeons and I love RTS games so this will be amazing. You should add the Wither Storm, it would make the hype for this even bigger
I love how much time and funding they put into this then halve the amount of content in a Regular Minecraft update and take 1.5 years for the new updates.

Wow, I was not expecting to see a minecraft game that I was interested in, but if this is really like a mixture of Age of Empire and Mount and Blade, I'm going to buy it and push all my friends to do so aswell, cautiously hyped.
This looks great, fun, and looks very high quality and I am sure this took a lot of work, but I have a feeling that Minecraft is becoming less and less unique.
it looks fairly similar to portal knights, which isn't their fault, just so happens that there aren't many unique combinations of cartoony looking block games to choose from.

All I want is those lupine/foxglove type flowers in the main game they look so nice and it’s long overdue that we got some new better flowers in my opinion.
I'm so glad you're releasing the PC port through Steam, and I really hope that it'll be Steam Deck verified, including / especially the multiplayer game modes.
Minecraft dungeons was already peak and the fact that we're getting a game in the same artstyle but with a more open world is unbelievably awesome to me! Keep it up Mojang, the Spin-Offs are looking great!

Surely we'll get a multiplayer mode where we can defend against another player or have full on wars with eachother. Maybe make a domination mode or strategy battle mode. Would be cool to also have a mode where you delve into the nether to see what the next wave of enemies might have and be able to stop the invasions by completing the nether and getting to a final boss. Expectations won't be met but I am Hella excited
Guess you haven't been paying attention too the announcements cause they said at Minecraft Live when the game was first announced that there would be multiplayer and PVP modes
@BlueShades minecraft on Xbox one and ps4 were suppose to get the update for new consoles, they release a whole new console and they still haven't done anything ab the rtx or ppl losing all their saves, shaders etc
Wish we had adventure stuff like legends & dungeons in the base game but seems like the goals & the adventure of Minecraft got sold off to side games..... fantastic can't wait for Caves & Cliffs Part 4.
