As a retired US Army Combat Medic I can say that we would all sit around the barracks watching "Major Payne" on repeat! We stole so many lines from him to use on our own people lol He truly cheered us up, severely underrated movie. Of course as a kid we would watch him on in living color as well but Major Payne always had a spot in our hearts. We wish you and your family well Sir and hop you enjoy life to its fullest.
It crazy how Major Payne were flops when they came out in the box office, but they are some the most iconic and memorable films here today for the black community. Were they Oscar worthy? No, but it was one those movies that made you made feel good and made you want watch over and over again.

It's not easy giving it your all when your health says otherwise. All in all, he's already made his mark.

Can anyone help me, ive given up too due to various issues, im only 30 and if im honest i know im probably taking a huge gamble in regards to what could happen to me, i havent admitted to anyone but everyone who hasnt seen me in a long time is shocked about how much weight ive lost. @filmcrit It can be maintained but it never goes away. I also know people who do everything correctly (diet, exercise, medication, rest) and it is still a struggle. I am happy for you and continued success. I lost a cousin last month who was 57 years old. Unfortunately, he didn't take care of himself even after his leg was amputated.i just think he stopped caring despite everyone being supportive.

I was diagnosed in Sept 2019 (after being prediabetic for years), and finally found an endocrinologist who gave me the right information and supported me instead of throwing medication at me. Went from A1C of 7.2 to 5.3 in 5 months and maintain 5.3-5.6 with no medication now. It can be done.
I was born with clubfoot in both feet. Its never really 'fixed'. Unless it's a mild case. Especially back in them days. I'm 30 and can barely walk most days because of the deformity, osteoporosis, arthritis, fused and misaligned bones. I never knew he had it too when I watched my wife and kids

All that's missing from this wonderful tutorial of Damon Wayans are other good movies such as The Last Boy Scout, The Great White Hype in which he portrayed his characters and held his own very well alongside other great actors such as Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson to name a few now that's astonishing to be able to run along side of those two actors!

Can anyone help me, ive given up too due to various issues, im only 30 and if im honest i know im probably taking a huge gamble in regards to what could happen to me, i havent admitted to anyone but everyone who hasnt seen me in a long time is shocked about how much weight ive lost.
I dont wana die or suffer the things diabetes can cause, but sometimes i do feel like i wana die.
@diva70smusic I am so sorry that you lost your cousin. This disease takes too many of us too young. I've lost younger family members and friends, too, and it reinforces my commitment to health. It's exercise (especially strength training), intermittent fasting, low carb eating, and sleep for me.
@filmcrit It can be maintained but it never goes away. I also know people who do everything correctly (diet, exercise, medication, rest) and it is still a struggle. I am happy for you and continued success. I lost a cousin last month who was 57 years old. Unfortunately, he didn't take care of himself even after his leg was amputated.i just think he stopped caring despite everyone being supportive.
@Love Locked That's awesome for your hubby! I was diagnosed in Sept 2019 (after being prediabetic for years), and finally found an endocrinologist who gave me the right information and supported me instead of throwing medication at me. Went from A1C of 7.2 to 5.3 in 5 months and maintain 5.3-5.6 with no medication now. It can be done.
I was born with clubfoot in both feet. Its never really 'fixed'. Unless it's a mild case. Especially back in them days. I'm 30 and can barely walk most days because of the deformity, osteoporosis, arthritis, fused and misaligned bones. I never knew he had it too when I watched my wife and kids

Regardless Damon is one of the legends in the comedian game and very underrated he’s top tier if you ask me living color and some of his roles are one of kind he’s just naturally funny never knew he went through so much health issues makes you respect his story even more wishing him the best and good health for him and his family
All that's missing from this wonderful tutorial of Damon Wayans are other good movies such as The Last Boy Scout, The Great White Hype in which he portrayed his characters and held his own very well alongside other great actors such as Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson to name a few now that's astonishing to be able to run along side of those two actors!
