@Jason Juza thanks man. I've actually been clean for 3 weeks now, and every day is still a daily struggle particularly because as of my last comment I've developed chronic pain and im hurting 24/7. But for some reason, im able to pull my soul up by its bootstraps every day. Really, it amazes me that im some how able to continue every day in an unbelievable amount of pain and still manage to find the beauty through the darkness. I've been trying to spend these past few weeks encouraging others who suffer some of my dead self's sickness and offer them a hand up, and i feel being the light i wish i had for others is the only thing thats kept me sane.

That was my favorite part as well. He is a hell of a guy. I never had a father in my life and so I'm thankful that there are men in the world like Jordan Paterson for young men like myself to look up to and to seek guidance. I believe its every Man's responsibility to share their wisdom and knowledge with anyone who will listen and benefit from it, especially our youth.
Right, not to mention how eloquent he is, and how he utilizes it to sound reasonable, which he very much is. He finds this "zone" if you will that he gets into where he doesn't miss a beat in his own unique rhythym. Listening to him for a couple hours feels like you've just absorbed an excellently written novel.
Everyone should give this great man a listen and then another and then all of it . He gives the world a gift by taking a life worth of grappling with meaning and good and evil and so many of the questions we all ask at some point except this man has done the work and and educated himself and found profound answers in every life experience and is able to organize thought and formulated answers and give us a path to to benefit from the wisdom of a sharp , searching minds prolific body of work . It is a philosophy for living . Something so many of us don’t have and fail to impart to our own children. And what he advocates isn’t easy . But It is good . It feels good . It feels right . And I have recommended to my three sons in their 20’s to start listening .
You have said everything I wanted to say and express in my own reaction to this. I’ve been listening to JBP now for 3 months, maybe more. I’ve listened to well over 100 hours of his YT videos. It’s just so insightful to here his perspective on so many different topics. It’s incredible that he allows us to here so much of his work for free. I know that on some sense this will likely expand his online presence and business but…. I mean come on - if you were to willingly transact business with someone (pay for a service let’s say) - without hesitation I will go with JBP. Next time I have a little more money on the side - I’m getting daily wire plus. Traversing such torments and suffering in his own life - he has questioned and labored his mind in coming up with what he believes to be the truth, a way forward, AND then brings it forth to the masses (to some degree) for free here on KZclip.. everyday when I wake up and remember what I did the day before - JBP is more and more in my life in every way. Car rides, working out, being patient with my children, making dinner, self sacrificing acts to better my family - sorry to ramble on and on in response to your comment but I had to type this out. One curious idea just came to me just now when I thought “god what a wonderful man this is (referring to JBP)” - but isn’t it tragic, no, necessary to remain steadfast and principled through the storms (sail true north) and adversity while consequently others may regard this as something to look up to. If we are made in the image of god - then isn’t everyone’s ultimate goal of understanding, truly, do we become god? Does the little blip of god that is said to lie within shine more brightly when we act upon righteous paths and better our selves (more often through struggle, hardships, sacrifice?) well here I go again lol - thanks for letting me say my peace. I still suffer daily from my past issues, but I can say sometimes I can see the light. He brings me closer each video. All I can say is THANK YOU!
Dr. Peterson the way you deliver your message was able to penetrate my congested mind and set myself straight. To be honest the first thing I did was I cleaned my room and kept it in order. Things started to fall in place surely after that

I believe he captures the masses due to his refined ability to speak a common language while bringing life to our darkness with poetic words. I'm reasonable sure he underestimates himself. He is undoubtedly a great mind in this modern world. Which is quite impressive. My spirit tells me he's a God send. It's moving the world. His dedication has tentacles that reach out as far to me, an isolated rebel hungry for words with meaning. What a powerhouse mind.
I don't know why but these really do help, when I sleep at times I can feel myself asking my subconscious questions, learning how to fix my situation and fix my issues and make my life better
JP is a treasure for our age . Suffering and my obsession with existential philosophy had left me in deep nihilism . He has scooped me up . I have never been this motivated and hopeful. I am grateful.

Thank you for this video. This is exactly what I need to hear and watch at this moment of my life. I am a mother and a PhD in Pharmacy graduate working as a postdoctoral scientist here in South Korea. It took me 7 years and 6 months in my PhD studies but its all worth it. I thought of giving up several times but Im glad I never gave up. I embrace the power of timing. Now it's a new beginning for a new long term goal. I look forward to transform more challenges into opportunities scientifically, mindfully and strategically. Wish I started listening to jp few years ago. And started strive to better myself before the separation of my wife and me as things would probably be different now. I'm trying to make things better in my life working on myself and trying to repair things with my ex but I feel I have waited to long to do so and any effort I put in will just be null in void as to much time has passed between us. This realization does hurt but I believe it's also a learning experience I needed to go through.. Some days are way better than others and some days the pain is unbearable to think I had in life what I always wanted...a family of my own and let it slip away without fighting for it till it's too late. I don't know why as people we can be so blind to what's in front of us and let the very things we love slip away.
Don't give up hope. Strive for your best life anyway- because your relationships with others will be better for it- whichever way it works out. It will be better.
Don’t let the work and awakening be null or void. Fight for who you love , but if she can’t, she can’t and you though continue to be as excellent as you can be . Be a winner even when you feel like being lazy, prepare instead of resting, and I guarantee you will end up proud, happy, and a better father because of it , and you will attract someone amazing , who will be lucky to have met you. Like JP said, two years, can make incredible changes and gains in two years of working on you
So not give up hope, simply continue to pursue your becoming the best of You that you can be and watch what difference that makes in all your relationships and endeavors. I'll be praying for the reconciliation of your family, but what you are about through your efforts and application of JP's concepts is reconciling Actual You with a the possibilities of Potential You. What ever your relationship, work, endeavor or adventure, there is nothing that will make a bigger difference in all those things.

If I would have known these simple truths at 14 or 16 years of age I would have had a life worth a steaming to instead I just allowed life to happen took the easy way out the way of least resistance and of course ended up with remorse drugs and alcohol issues at 66th and even now at 66 years old had decided to pick up the pieces of my life and live the most forthright and strongest version of myself better late than never

Slinging 2000 80mg OXYs a month at $40 a piece switching over to Fentanyl patches 12 yrs ago. I’m broke and trying to serve Jesus now and Changing into the man GOD would want me to be.

I’m obsessed with JP, he has the best logic of how to heal, move forward, and plan a good life! I really would love it if he could address my issues. I’ve been disabled with. chronic pain and I haven’t been able to work for 12 years. I’m 61 years old and I desperately want to work but as an RN I don’t see it as a possibility with my limitations and I don’t have any other valuable skills or abilities that could land me worthwhile employment. I believe he captures the masses due to his refined ability to speak a common language while bringing life to our darkness with poetic words. I'm reasonable sure he underestimates himself. He is undoubtedly a great mind in this modern world. Which is quite impressive. My spirit tells me he's a God send. It's moving the world. His dedication has tentacles that reach out as far to me, an isolated rebel hungry for words with meaning. What a powerhouse mind.
I don't know why but these really do help, when I sleep at times I can feel myself asking my subconscious questions, learning how to fix my situation and fix my issues and make my life better

I am a mother and a PhD in Pharmacy graduate working as a postdoctoral scientist here in South Korea. It took me 7 years and 6 months in my PhD studies but its all worth it. I thought of giving up several times but Im glad I never gave up. I embrace the power of timing. Now it's a new beginning for a new long term goal. I look forward to transform more challenges into opportunities scientifically, mindfully and strategically. Wish I started listening to jp few years ago. And started strive to better myself before the separation of my wife and me as things would probably be different now. I'm trying to make things better in my life working on myself and trying to repair things with my ex but I feel I have waited to long to do so and any effort I put in will just be null in void as to much time has passed between us. This realization does hurt but I believe it's also a learning experience I needed to go through.. Some days are way better than others and some days the pain is unbearable to think I had in life what I always wanted...a family of my own and let it slip away without fighting for it till it's too late. I don't know why as people we can be so blind to what's in front of us and let the very things we love slip away.

Don’t let the work and awakening be null or void. Fight for who you love , but if she can’t, she can’t and you though continue to be as excellent as you can be . Be a winner even when you feel like being lazy, prepare instead of resting, and I guarantee you will end up proud, happy, and a better father because of it , and you will attract someone amazing , who will be lucky to have met you. Like JP said, two years, can make incredible changes and gains in two years of working on you
So not give up hope, simply continue to pursue your becoming the best of You that you can be and watch what difference that makes in all your relationships and endeavors. I'll be praying for the reconciliation of your family, but what you are about through your efforts and application of JP's concepts is reconciling Actual You with a the possibilities of Potential You. What ever your relationship, work, endeavor or adventure, there is nothing that will make a bigger difference in all those things.

If I would have known these simple truths at 14 or 16 years of age I would have had a life worth a steaming to instead I just allowed life to happen took the easy way out the way of least resistance and of course ended up with remorse drugs and alcohol issues at 66th and even now at 66 years old had decided to pick up the pieces of my life and live the most forthright and strongest version of myself better late than never

I’m Jordan’s age. Love this man. I’ve lead a COLOURFUL WILD OUTLAW LIFE. I’m ready to put this to use at 58 in a wheelchair chair at 455lbs no longer 6’6”. 18 yrs ago I was 700 lbs. Slinging 2000 80mg OXYs a month at $40 a piece switching over to Fentanyl patches 12 yrs ago. I’m broke and trying to serve Jesus now and Changing into the man GOD would want me to be.
Keep striving hope you on a greater path now. I've been in a terrible place for 2 years now making changes today for the better.

I really would love it if he could address my issues. I’ve been disabled with. chronic pain and I haven’t been able to work for 12 years. I’m 61 years old and I desperately want to work but as an RN I don’t see it as a possibility with my limitations and I don’t have any other valuable skills or abilities that could land me worthwhile employment.
