This is so important because they can decimate a family’s entire herd in no time at all. Sometimes a few calves can make or break a small farm or ranch
Wow this is the best night hunting footage Ive ever seen! Anyone who has calved a season or 2 knows what happens when coyote populations go up and a cold snap comes in.
This is some of the most dialed in shooting I have ever seen. From the shot placement to the synchronization to the instant drops, that's some seriously fine work y'all did there.
@Donavan I don’t think they meant positive impact in the way you’re thinking. I believe they meant positive impact on the problem. Like cockroaches for example, if you just spray it’s not enough. You have to bait and actually kill the nest. So maybe the person was asking if this has a positive impact or is it not significant enough due to the fact you aren’t killing enough of the coyotes. Maybe maybe not but when I read the comment that’s what I felt they were saying. All In all any kills are positive impact because that single coyote may have killed a cow or bull.
I want one. Too bad the scopes they are using cost 6k or more. The clarity is amazing the higher end thermals you purchase compared to the cheaper variants. A thermal scope and pvs-14 NVG’s would be perfect combo for night hunting.
They are part of nature's clean up crew. They just doing what they were suppose to do. I use to hunt yotes for a cattleman about 10 years ago and I hunted this black coyote that lived by itself. He use to come out the woods and sit guard over the heard of cattle like a watchdog and lay there all day.
I raised cattle in a western state for decades. We had coyotes. We didn't have any predation on our cattle or calves. I wonder what cattle producers actually have such predation.
@ONEILLOPS So very well stated. As I said earlier, 50+years ago they used cyanide for this job along with bait. That would kill bear and any other scavenger. Shear NUMBERS of coyote makes it a problem in many areas where there usually is no problem. Driving for miles in TX with coyotes on every fence post. Even as a kid I understood why they had to be taken out.
These Night scopes are getting amazing I remember being a kid and my mom boyfriend had a old night vision scopes in the 90s the thing was huge, heavy and you couldn't see that well. These new ones are amazing.
These are not night vision scopes, they are thermal scopes. There is a big difference between them. While night scopes are trying to capture light, the thermal scopes capturing the heat and visuals it so thermals are more expensive and effective as you can see. And there is one thing or hint, you cant see through the glass with thermal because glass has a temprature it will block the thermal scope's vision but you can see through the glass with night vision because night vision capturing the light and glass is transparent. And there is another thing that may you want to know, you can use thermals day and night it will works same but night vision will make you blind when you try to use at day time.
That's the point. It is very stressful to be the one to handle this chore anyway. Poor placement of shots and the unnecessary suffering resulting from such weigh on an ethical man's soul. Armed with the confidence brought by a good kit, those that bear the burden remain resolute in doing what must be done.
@blackarrow5449 D o you have Black bear or Grizzly's bears can take down a Horse with no problem cattle easy. ya these Dogs have memory in a 50 mile radius and come back day and night for months to years snatching live stock out from you 1 by 1 adding up till none. better to gather them and get it over with temporaraly but that was some shooting i never saw on you tube be for.
I would imagine that so many predators in one area would have the capacity to decimate a herd of cattle with calves in particular being easy prey. A necessary job well carried out.
@thomas Well.....the fact is......I help the Coyotes out ...... I provide them with ample supple. Take out a deer every two weeks. They have no reason to bother anything else.
Same.. I like dogs, but I'm aware that coyotes are a major nuisance(and also not really "dogs"). At least they're being killed quickly and in the most humane way possible.
The guy who's shooting has pretty damn good sniping skills tbh... I know he's using infrared/thermal cams to detect the targets but still...achieving so many direct kills by night... that's really impressive ! :O
@Yassin NadifStll a good, ethical shot. A bad shot could take minutes, hours, days, or leave permanent crippling injury. A short, brief sprint is still acceptable. Trotting/limping not so much.
@Yassin Nadif Yes, it is. He missed the opportunity to do a headshot of something for the predator not to suffer like that. But he didn't last more than 20 seconds
It’s a bummer that they need to be hunted, but I’ve been attacked by coyotes while jogging during PT at Ft. Huachuca AZ. Predators are dangerous and there has to be a balance.
@John Kim I have NEVER ventured into a wilder area that was gun free. It is NOT worth it at all. Lots of years packing and hiking and hunting. I never even stay at any "park" only wilderness areas.
Obrigado. Deus sempre louvado!
@SDfrASvXC At that point in time we were predators. Due to modern technology, this is no longer the case. Words have definitions for a reason. We may still kill our food, but not in a manner that fits the definition of 'predator'.
@Nickname if you had a somewhat knowledge of that education you learned in school you would have known before civilization aka farming was invented we homo sapiens were indeed predators and still are, we hunted our own prey with bows, spears or any sharp tools and used our endurance to tire them, catch and eat them, we are hunter-gatherers by nature and now the apex predator on the planet
Very cool content.... For myself I need more of a primitive hunt, up close and personal doesn't seem like a fair advantage..but I know why it's done this way.. live free and survive my friends 💯💯🙏🙏
Reminds me of the fireworks show I went to as a kid. At the end you are just turning out lights one after the other. High velocity splatter! Yahoo. It looked like something was on the other side of the bale at 6:45. I would enjoy spending an evening with you.
I find it hard to believe that there were so many coyotes, that it was such a large herd, and even a cougar marched! I don't know ?! Very good cattle were seen, those steers were already at their weight!
@JustBenInLA P/s The way These ranchers are dealing with the predator situation is Sort of new .But not really we used Thermo imaging technology in Korea and Vietnam .Night vision but it was new technology then and very few of us were issued night vision goggles 🥽 ..I suppose because it was very expensive ? And could only be afforded by the military .I suppose it got cheaper over the years ..And has become accessable to the general public ..I use to use a head lantern and a square ⬛ BA - 200 -9 bolt ⚡ battery and a 22 long rifle hollow point round in a savage 22 automatic rifle to hunt coyotes at 🌃 night .Coyote normal don't come out in the day time they dig elaborate turnnals under thick vegitation 🍀 and lay up deep in side them as soon as the sun comes up and they most always stay in those holes until dusk 🌇 At least that is the situation down here in central FLORIDA .. We have palmetto scrubs that they dig under, Down as far as 6 feet under the root system ..And you would never know their three ! Then when the sun goes down they come out in huge packs to Hunt down pry of any type . They eat everything They can find rabbit 🐇 armadillo , squirrel 🐿️, wild pig, Field mouse 🐁 and Even snake 🐍 Bird 🐦 🥚 eggs and after birth from cattle having calves at 🌃 night .Yong 🦌 Deer anything they can over power .. they are ruthless ravenss killer's .They would even eat a human being if they had the chance .. ! They are like the African wild dog 🐕 and the Australian Dingo .. Happy hunting...👍
Thermal optics are ridiculously expensive, I've seen them be had for around 6K for a reliable field grade level of use..The tech will definitely become cheaper as advancements are made, much like traditional night vision equipment has become more accessible. How can you fell good killing Animals with an gun ? That’s so unfair ! Buy a better fence
just shot 6 hogs last night, one of them squirmed and bled out, took about 2 mins since i hit it in a bad spot. suffered the entire time.
So why accuse Donald Trump of trying to put up a fence ?
That hunter is aiming for the vital points to avoid the more pain as possible for the predators.
Big respect for that ! 👍🏻
Yes true, and for a definite killing so he doesn't waste his bullets.
Claro y las cadenas tróficas? Después se quejan del hantavirus
Highly effective allowing for precise placement and ethical kills. Certainly makes for less stress.
we need you guys here in Boston to take care of the rat problems for us!
Then send em over here to deal with our coyote problem. They are destroying our flock of birds.
This is so important because they can decimate a family’s entire herd in no time at all. Sometimes a few calves can make or break a small farm or ranch
@S Mullins What is "not important?"
@S Mullins Who is this "they".. taxpayers?
This is not important, it is appaling. Not sure about the Dekotas but out west they pay the cattle rancher for every animal killed by wolfs.
That's is what I call, a good hunt
I haven’t known it is too difficult to be a farmer.
Try checking your bred heifers twice a day and end up pulling a calf, not pretty but usually the calf lives.
A lot of farmers will have difficulties as well...however, these are ranchers that are having issues with major predation.
Wow this is the best night hunting footage Ive ever seen! Anyone who has calved a season or 2 knows what happens when coyote populations go up and a cold snap comes in.
@CTAPu4OK Russian Brainlet
@Gabriel23que te calles
@testando jogos e eu tô falando disso?
Clean shots, well done.
Would love to find a description of the equipment…rifles and caliber, scopes, and the night vision on the cameras apart from the guns.
O'Neil uses 22-250 caliber rifles. Their YT channel (ONEILLOPS) has more info.
Yes, good idea.
Excellent marksmanship! Curious to know - What caliber are you using? .17 HMR? I certainly wish you continued success!
CONTINUED SUCCESS? SHUT IT, NODDY!
This is some of the most dialed in shooting I have ever seen. From the shot placement to the synchronization to the instant drops, that's some seriously fine work y'all did there.
Thinking the same thing. But I have to wonder if there is a blooper reel.
Congratulations contact for something special 💯✅
Would love to know if a hunt like this has a positive impact, or if continuous hunts are necessary.
(Erziehung)

the question is how do they dispose of the bodies? I mean they won't despawn on itself, right?
These shots were insane, keep up the good work.
great shots, awesome aims

@JP13 it was about 100+ acres of cattle pasture
In a farm ?

@Solomon you could use the coyote hide to make shoes instead. Be warmer for winter.
Esse cara são nota mil 💚💙
Even if we don't want to kill, we will have to kill to save our pet's life. I sympathize with you guys.
Great job!
Some nice long range shots there! Steady aim, steady grip.
Some of those arterial spurts were amazing. Also the resolution of latest gen commercial thermals is really impressive.
@izKuzbassa Civilian thermals.
this is military thermals
Me too 👍
Awesome video! 👍🏽 great footage overall
Nice shooting, that thermal makes it look awesome !!
The fight against wolves continues even after 10,000 years
They are sure confident to walk in that close to one's property at night.

@Filiberto Ramirez yeah but it gives you a huge advantage
@Bret F yup $6k for either the RH25 or the RH50 MK1
Nice clean shots. Glad to see they were dispatched humanely.
@типиди ??????????
Man the recording and the cinematography. It feels like I'm watching a movie 😭😭
This is phenomenal shooting!!
6:05 Man, gotta feel for this one. It's reaction was like it was attacked by something, tried to panically run away until it just couldn't any more.
That's the point. It is very stressful to be the one to handle this chore anyway. Poor placement of shots and the unnecessary suffering resulting from such weigh on an ethical man's soul.
Armed with the confidence brought by a good kit, those that bear the burden remain resolute in doing what must be done.
@Gegu What gun are they using?
4:26, eye shot
Lol
These are damn good thermals.
Well done and good work.
Love your videos.
Sigan así y muy buena puntería 10/10
I didn't know modern night vision was so detailed! Great shots. Are their carcasses used to feed anything or just trashed?
@Роман Чичкин ?
@Southern Trendkiller Your not joking what a difference temperature makes.

Those cows are giving you two hooves up for being such good shots. Many Thanks!!!
A lot of hog food there! Great shooting. Hope you can keep your animals/investment safe.
I wanted to see a shot on a moving target those are always cool.
Good shots! Just found it funny how a helmet is worn to hunt animals lol.
He's the most dangerous farmer who I saw
I would imagine that so many predators in one area would have the capacity to decimate a herd of cattle with calves in particular being easy prey. A necessary job well carried out.
@Jimmy Johnson You do this year round?
@thomas Well.....the fact is......I help the Coyotes out ...... I provide them with ample supple. Take out a deer every two weeks. They have no reason to bother anything else.
@jerry lansbury maybe you had enough mice that they didn’t need to attack calves. Your situation doesn’t speak for all situations.
@TheSpecter🇷🇺 *coyotes
The only one that made me a little sad was the one at 4:17. But honestly, good job. Coyotes are HUGE issues and good greif there was alot
@José Luis Orive Martínez
That one was so much explicit
3:45 same with this one
4:27 daang that blood.
he didnt feel a thing i promise you
I know it’s life but I can’t help but feel sorry for them
How you feel when you lose all your money by dogs?
Same.. I like dogs, but I'm aware that coyotes are a major nuisance(and also not really "dogs"). At least they're being killed quickly and in the most humane way possible.
Awesome videos brothers! What do you guys do with the coyote pelts?
Nice skill and equipment! Respect for going for vital organs for quick and clean hunt.
By chance could you do a review of your night setup, going through your gear and giving links to the gear? I love the content btw!
Llegó el sabiondo del grupo
Muito bom ! Preservar sempre o que é nosso. Cuidar é importante.
Sensacional 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Amazing head shots! Well done guys!

The guy who's shooting has pretty damn good sniping skills tbh... I know he's using infrared/thermal cams to detect the targets but still...achieving so many direct kills by night... that's really impressive ! :O
@Richard Ramero Protecting your livestock is not a cowardly act. You are acting like a child.
Congratulations contact for something special ✅
The missed shots he left out the vid.
Superb shooting skill.
Awesome job so how many did you get in one night ? please do tell and what calibers are your rifles

Idk how I came upon this, but I'm damn sure glad I did lol 😂 these farmers are savages they win the award for MVP
this is so awesome what for head set do you guys have?
Fair play for these abilities. This is when there's too many predators in the area, they are being hunt down.
@Yassin NadifStll a good, ethical shot. A bad shot could take minutes, hours, days, or leave permanent crippling injury. A short, brief sprint is still acceptable. Trotting/limping not so much.

6:02 this Is a bit horror
@Ludmila Lapshina Abramina однозначно!
@greater is god.
man yall got some really good shots in this video so far
Nice. what gear are you guys using? Looks way more high tech than my Henry.
Nice shooting! You should be selling a weekend hunting package.
"Tourists" can't shut their mouths long enough to take good shots and get the job done without scaring offthe problem.
Wow!! That's the most coyotes I've ever seen at one time! Let a lone in a couple of nights! They area must be over populated with them!!
It’s a bummer that they need to be hunted, but I’ve been attacked by coyotes while jogging during PT at Ft. Huachuca AZ. Predators are dangerous and there has to be a balance.

@John Kim true but even then I'm more likely to be killed by a random killer clown 😄
@tonyatthebeach not when you are alone and running in a weapon free zone lol

Thanks for taking the time to make a clean shot and not let them suffer.
shooting by killing animals i'm stuck with the hunters because they are thugs
after a few videos like this , there will be no more farmers but millionaire KZcliprs =)

What is the average weight of an adult male Coyote?
your targets are very nice, well done.
Best hunting. I support you to do that.
wish that we here in canada could hunt at night for coyotes and have that great equipment. great video and shots. what rifle are you using.
Technically you can hunt at night just dont get caught buy 1 or 2 GSCI PVS-14C MONOCULAR
and go outside there quite cheap for gen 2/3s
Those thermal optic fountain of blood shots!!! Nasty!!!! 🤪
Wow! I want to be able to invest into night vision like these guys!

Bellissimo giustissimo grandissimo…. Speriamo presto si faccia anche in Italia 🇮🇹
Long range drops are awesome!
thankyou for trying to make the best possible shot to avoid suffering.
I always thought thermal was so unclear and you couldn't make out much but, guess I was wrong cause you can see a whole lot more than I'd have guessed.
early models were pretty bad in comparison
I never watch something more fun☺
I wonder what type pcp and night vision he's using?
