I used to have my left foot tilted when I was doing a foul shot and they were going in but my coach told me to have my feet facing forward and half of my foul shots never went in.

10:20 the spalding neverflat balled isn't supposed to "never be flat" you still have to pump it but the "neverflat" term is bc it barely gets flat/air escapes really slowly

Put water on your ball and if there is any bubbles coming out of the seams because of the air pressure than your ball is no good. ( I figured this out because of a Nike ball I had that would fully deflate in just a day.)
