Casey! I can fix your faulty boosted boards! It is probably a firmware issue which might require some minor modifications to the circuit board to solve. I got into boosted board repair to keep my own board alive after the company went under and have collected a lot of crucial info about the inner workings of the controller and battery. Not sure if you'll ever see this but if you need repair services, I got you.
Actually....you probably can't fix some of them. Batteries degrade over time when they are not being used. So some of those would need a new battery...

The blinking light means it can't charge the battery. But if you spin the rear wheels quick enough for a little bit ( with some tape and a drill), it'll re-charge the battery for a small amount, and then it should charge like normal. It worked for my booster board v1, but I'm not sure if that trick still works.
I've done several video editing projects for the Folds of Honor. It's an amazing organization. They do incredible work and I'm beyond humbled to have been a part of spreading their message.

XR General took care of my Boosted Stealth with 1400 miles. It didn't have a battery or charge issue, but I had them update my firmware so I could use Boosted Beams, and install an amnesia chip, so I can see my battery progress and reset it if necessary. I highly recommend them for your boosted needs!
I got to know Boosted Board because of your videos and I was immediately sold when I first saw them.. Every time I hear those things in your videos my heart skips a beat. After many years I was able to buy one for myself right before they went out of business and I haven’t regretted it for a second! Thank you for introducing me to these boards years ago! ❤
There are other brands than boosted you know, with actual parts and service. Meepo makes excellent boards at a fraction of the cost of boosted and is better
Honest question here with all the e skate makers out now that are still operating why boosted? Are they that much better than everything else that you would risk a decent amount of money for something that may be dead out of the box and you can't get parts service or may die a year or two in and same situation with no parts service?

He talked about it one of the longer interviews which is on KZclip. He played a small role of a 'difficult guy', but wasn't really comfortable as he didn't feel it was his place to be there between all the other important actors if I remember correctly something along those lines.

Casey biggest fan of you and work. I have followed you for years. I on daily basis in some sort of way have implemented Neistat-isms in my life. Whether if it is just opening a package, taking something new and making it my own style right out of the box. To how I organize or create things for functionality but in your style and blended with my style. I get attention which can sometimes be too quickly judged before some see the functionality and or the reasoning behind my madness/method of doing certain things different. I have wanted a boosted board since the video of "the best moment of my life" OG video / when you got your boosted board and all the videos after. I have used a method with LIPO batteries to bring them back to life by tricking the battery to take a small charge using or changing the charge setting to Li-FE. I've done this with my batteries for my drones RC planes and such. If a LIPO battery gets too far depleted they will do that error and not charge. However if you have a li-Fe battery charger setting you can turn it to a low voltage and amp setting and give your LIPO battery a "jump start" and trick it to getting enough charge to where your LIPO battery charger will recognize it and charge it without the error light. be careful and watch it when you do the Li-Fe charge though. I know that is not your style, but it could cause a fire and burn your studio down. Good luck. If you don't have the patience or want bother. I can truly tell you that you would make me the happiest guy to receive a boosted board. I too would be able to say "this was one of the happiest days of my life" by far. Your a mentor to me and have one of the most iconic realistic personalities of our generation. Thank you for your passion and living life to the fullest it is truly inspiring. Chad
My first ride on my Boosted counts as one of my greatest experiences too. I still feel that way. Gotta thank Casey and Sara for their honest reviews. It kills me that the company is gone.
they dug their own grave, their boards were complete overpriced for what they were offering, competitors like meepo ( and even the one casey showed off in his older videos ) would only cost 1/3 of a boosted but have 98% of the same capability

Casey biggest fan of you and work. I have followed you for years. I on daily basis in some sort of way have implemented Neistat-isms in my life. Whether if it is just opening a package, taking something new and making it my own style right out of the box. To how I organize or create things for functionality but in your style and blended with my style. I get attention which can sometimes be too quickly judged before some see the functionality and or the reasoning behind my madness/method of doing certain things different. I have wanted a boosted board since the video of "the best moment of my life" OG video / when you got your boosted board and all the videos after. I have used a method with LIPO batteries to bring them back to life by tricking the battery to take a small charge using or changing the charge setting to Li-FE. I've done this with my batteries for my drones RC planes and such. If a LIPO battery gets too far depleted they will do that error and not charge. However if you have a li-Fe battery charger setting you can turn it to a low voltage and amp setting and give your LIPO battery a "jump start" and trick it to getting enough charge to where your LIPO battery charger will recognize it and charge it without the error light. be careful and watch it when you do the Li-Fe charge though. I know that is not your style, but it could cause a fire and burn your studio down. Good luck.
If you don't have the patience or want bother. I can truly tell you that you would make me the happiest guy to receive a boosted board. I too would be able to say "this was one of the happiest days of my life" by far. Your a mentor to me and have one of the most iconic realistic personalities of our generation.

My first ride on my Boosted counts as one of my greatest experiences too. I still feel that way. Gotta thank Casey and Sara for their honest reviews. It kills me that the company is gone.
they dug their own grave, their boards were complete overpriced for what they were offering, competitors like meepo ( and even the one casey showed off in his older videos ) would only cost 1/3 of a boosted but have 98% of the same capability
