NOTIFICATION SQUAD: To miss the Natsuki cameo in this video would be a crime! Well folks, you can't beat a good road trip and this was easily one of the most fun videos I've produced in 9 years. A HUGE thanks to my best American friend PETE for coming along for the ride (even if his motives were questionable). You can find him over on Twitch where he streams most nights (🌟www.twitch.tv/premiertwo ) and I look forward to stopping by and doing some shows with him in a few weeks to celebrate surviving our journey.
Hi Chris, coming back to this video to remind you of the potential southern most tip of Japan you can travel to. Pete asked if you could sail, and I'm pretty sure that even though you can't, now Norm can do it
I have an American friend who is sarcastic, and I'm the naive and excitable Brit (Scot). However neither of us do anything exciting so meh. We need more of these two going places!
I think this is still one of my fave single videos to come back to and rewatch, the contrasting personalities between you and Pete are always a delight :)
This was maybe one of the best videos Chris has ever done. I don’t know if it was legit or scripted, but I laughed so hard, when Natsuki explained the mixup, that I couldn’t catch my breath.
My guess is that specific scene occurred after they found out, but the trip began before they found out. They probably figured it out halfway through and were like "we can just recreate our surprise for the one scene."
Pete: "Thanks for the present! Oh ... I've smashed it. I swear I'll replace it. Where did you get it?" Natsuki: "Narnia. Good luck." Pete: "Chris, road-trip!"
Chris is that serious friend with witty comebacks while Pete is that bubbly friend who is always excited and energetic, trying to cheer up Chris. A dynamic duo. *chef's kiss*
Pete is probably one of the most entertaining guests you've had on the show because the only thing he needs to he fun and funny is his charisma. What a joy to watch ^^
This is seriously like a short movie in itself. The plot is very well written and the plot twist with Natsuki and Pete not understanding each other was spot on. Paired it with the nice cinematography of the picturesque spots you guys visited and that bit Pete did after the twist was so good. It almost feels like you guys wrote a script and are just acting it out.
Pete's loud American optimism is a good balance with Chris' blunt British cynicism. Loved watching him join you and Connor's biking adventure in Hokkaido. That positivity he put out really shined through.
When Pete was telling the "how-we-met" story, you knew for sure he was lying, when he said "... and he pulled out his business card and..." - pfft, everyone knows Chris is the only person in Japan to never have a business card on hand
@Nick U I have no idea where Pete is from in the US but I'd guess Midwest, and grew up loving anime and star trek and lord of the rings. He just screams that type of American.
I make a pilgrimage to this video every once in a while. Chris's subtle, yet menacing gaze of absolute fury and astonishment when Natsuki says he doesn't know where he bought the mug is easily the greatest part of any Abroad in Japan video.
i seriously think this is chris's best video not only due to editing and presentation, but the hilarious chemistry between chris and peter. i've rewatched this video so many times.
22:46 you can see the understanding in Chris' face when Natsuki said "What do you mean?" and waited for the right time to absolutely rail Pete about his misunderstanding
Its basically a microcosm of the America and British relationship over the years. America: hey lets do this thing.... Britain: why do i keep letting you talk me into this shit.
This was absolutely wonderful and amazing. The floating stone with the torii gate, the Buddha statue in the dome... Please make the sequel with the most southern part of Japan too :D I would love to see it! (And I know I'm not the only one for sure!)
This is the epitome of a family trip going to a new place, that was meant to be a bonding trip. Beginning there’s excitement, happiness and end with disappointment and estranged relationship, the total opposite of expectations lol
The logistics may be hard, the headaches may be real, but SOMEHOW...... could you have a trip with American Pete, Natsuki, and Joey the Anime Man for a trip from the South of Japan to the North? Sarcasm versus Enthusiasm. Who will survive?
This is definitely the best video ever made on this channel. Pete is an incredible personality, he 10000% could have his own tv show. Very entertaining guy
@Abroad in Japan Next time teach him about Kintsugi before you let him talk you into a journey..... xD And that snow is barely on par with what we get here in Canada...Kansas boys be spoiled.... We also have the Hopewell rocks on the east coast that aren't all that dissimilar, massive standing pillars jutting out a coastal beach.....
Yes! This wonderful chemistry between Americans and the British started about 250 years ago! There was tea, and a harbor, and a bunch of people who didn't want to pay there taxes... So it's a Love/Hate thing I guess? (This was a bad example) I'll keep thinking on it.
This was easily one of your best videos. It’s so cool to see the north in winter. I know you hated the cold, but daaaamn it’s so beautiful!!! Also the floating rock was so neat!
I lived in Wakkanai over the winter of 1968-69. We had 266 inches of snow that winter. Now I live in Minneapolis, and when people ask how I can stand the winters here where we average 54 inches of snow, I just smile.
Holy Hell Pete was amazing. You guys suddenly just multiplied each other's wittiness. It was like watching a buddy cop film with how you two kept bantering. Just phenomenal work guys.
The most southern, and western and eastern points of Japan sound like great episodes from a wonderful series, the first installment of which we had the pleasure of experiencing in this video. Please make it a series!
@J Hawkins 100% You are at the edge of Japan and an Inari Fox just happends to be there? I doubt that is just "trained fox" magic. No, that is natural blessings on what @Abroad in Japan is doing. According to the video game I've been playing. Lol. But No real life Director of Photography on any Marvel movie needs to take notes. Plus @Tokyo Lens is killing it always.
@BossJosh - was that a wild fox we saw loping by in the snow at the northernmost stop? Fabulous moments captured by chance. Kudos to quick reflexes and keen eye of the person behind the camera!
I think this might have been my favorite video on this channel so far as it shows a side of Japan that's rarely shown. I would have loved to have seen more of the towns. The fancy drumstick rock and the one with the torii gate looked extremely scenic.
Thank you for your channel, since childhood I have always dreamed of going to Japan and your videos have reinforced my love for this country. Thank you for positivity, great sense of humor, they are helping me get through this pandemic!
😂 I’m dying - the wakkanai 稚内 🆚 wakannai 分かんない - I thought it could be possible from the beginning and it was!! Awesome drone footage Chris! The ice floes and Hokkaido snow… beautiful! Drumstick island!
There's a german style beer hall in one of the red brick houses along the river that is simply named "小樽ビール(Otaru beer)" that offers just incredibly tasty beer which is no wonder since an experienced german meister does the brewing there. They don't ship their products to any location that is 100 km or further from the hall to ensure its freshness. If you are in Otaru or even in Sapporo, I highly recommend checking it out.
I absolutely love this Road Trip! It's definitely one of those episodes where I absolutely love re-watching. 🥰 Such great chemistry between the both of you
@Prajwal Krishna Bhat according to the description, Pete has a twitch channel, which is probably why he's overreacting to every single thing. Definitely not my cup of tea.
@oneng kusumah I'm certain that he's not exaggerating or putting on a show here because I have an friend that acts exactly like this, a little over the top and full of energy.
Your personalities really makes me smile and be happy. Both humor and intelligence. This video has made me decide to watch more of your videos. I really hope there are more of him in the videos. Quality content! I wish you guys best of ramen! :) Hearty greetings from a pole in Sweden :)
This is my favorite video by far, Pete is so funny i love the banter you guys have. Pete was so fun to watch i hope to see more of him on your channel!
Just got done watching this video and when Pete was talking to Chris about getting a sailor for their next adventure together, I thought that it would be interesting for them to team up with Norm from Tokyo Lens for just such an adventure. I watch Norm's channels and he has gotten his boat captain's license and it would be a very interesting adventure with these three. While typing this, I just realized that this could be another Journey Across Japan type of video series where it's Chris, Pete and Norm, but maybe would could throw Natsuki and/or Connor into the mix as well. Just a thought.
I gotta say, Pete was both the greatest and worst thing to happen to Chris hehe. Love the silliness, stayed for the fun of adventure and making adventure buddies!
Dare I say this video is: Like a MAGIC! Undoubtedly one of your Best. The combination of taking a most negative, grumpy, 'rather be home eating fried chicken' protagonist and dropping him into a very uncomfortable, challenging, but amazingly beautiful environment, together with a hyper fun-loving, humorous, spirited, upbeat, happy-go-lucky, adventurous soul is undeniably a recipe for guaranteed success! Like Pete said, it's the JOURNEY that's the most Fun! Hence the unquestionable fame of the JOURNEY across Japan series. Very Fun to watch again and again! Would've liked to see more exploration of the northernmost town and culture (I suppose the snow says it all). Very much looking forward to Journeys to the Southern, Eastern and Western points! Imagine: Chris, Pete, Rissottaro, Joey and Natsuki as the "Pirates of the Yaeyama" (with cameo by Johnny Depp)... 😃 Ironically, you do realize you were ONLY about 500km away from Cape Nosappu 😉☺ Wakannai 🤷♂️😅
I must say, the chemistry of a goofy optimistic american guy and a cranky cynical british guy really goes well together like the odd couple. Definitely entertaining dynamic especially the whole wakkanai situation
This was great! Throughly enjoyed it, I hope you do more vids with Pete, you guys are hilarious and fun together! These vids remind me of the old Top Gear trips with Jeremy, James and Richard. Looking forward to a lot more!
Ahahahaha! Oh my God! I am actually laughing out loud 🤣 I love the comedy movie-esque of this episode. Well put and well edited. And the ending bit, really sealed in the deal. Sands, Sailing, a journey South. I love it 💖
I really enjoy how different pete and chris are personality wise but also! those little moments where chris said something and managed to make pete laugh and give a more genuine kind of reaction are my absolute favourite bc it does sound a bit like pete was nervous or prehaps preparing all his words before he said them which sounds a little scripty. also, the times pete matched chris' pessimism (like with the beds in the master bedrooms).
Americans: Trained from birth to smile, even in annoying circumstances because it reflects in what people see in you. English: Don't really give a toss about what others think about them.
Loved this episode Chris. Your buddy is great! Don’t underestimate Kansas City barbecue however. It’s the best in the world. The look on your face when you found out that Wakanai wasn’t the same as Wakannai was priceless. I laughed my ass off! Hysterical. Great to see the northernmost point in Japan. Looking forward to more episodes. Sincerely David “Ken” Sato
I came here hoping to see more of Hakodate as I used to live there, but it was great seeing Hokkaido beyond Otaru and Sapporo, as I never managed to get there myself and it has been a regret which I am hoping to, but not sure if I will be able to correct :)
the voiceover banter at the end really was the cherry on top to what I think is my favorite video Chris has made. Seriously impressive cinematography, videography, and editing on this one!
I love how Chris has lived in Northern Japan for years but in every winter video he’s made, he still dresses like he’s expecting a drizzly winter in Kent.
@Heavenly Creature honestly we don't get it that cold here, it's just always a *little* cold all year round (except a few days/weeks in the middle of summer). Even on the Northeast coast of England where I'm from you don't get snow this bad very often, maybe once every few years.
"Yes, a drumstick, because all you think about is chicken!" "How Dare you!" Holy shit, the BANTER of these two, why is Pete not a more regular guest on this channel, i love it.
I think out of all the road-trip videos so far (Dec 2021,) this is probably my favorite one out of the bunch, with the dynamic between you and Pete, the way you've layered out the music, it's very nostalgic for me in the scenic tone, I guess. Thank you.
Pete was really great actually, he fit in nicely and added another piece of comedy. really great at presenting stuff and real funny to watch (y) great job on this one! :)
Chris, hear me out: We all know Mt Fuji is the highest point in Japan, but what about the LOWEST point in Japan? Hachirogata in Akita (natural lowest point) and / or Hachinohe mine in Aomori (man-made lowest point)!! Bet that would be an awesome adventure!
My father was in the UK Merchant Navy before WW2 and visited Otaru several times and used to regale us kids on his adventures. Nice to see the Port he always rambled on about.
My hometown is Wakkanai, so I'm glad to see Wakkanai featured! WAKKANAI and WAKANNAI are so similar that even the locals often make puns about them (lol).
Love the videos Chris. Got to say a lot of your vids Should be on legit television. Well thought out, great information, and the shots in these videos are stunning.
NOTIFICATION SQUAD: To miss the Natsuki cameo in this video would be a crime! Well folks, you can't beat a good road trip and this was easily one of the most fun videos I've produced in 9 years. Hi Chris, coming back to this video to remind you of the potential southern most tip of Japan you can travel to. Pete asked if you could sail, and I'm pretty sure that even though you can't, now Norm can do it
IT WOULD BE AWESOME IF YOU TWO DID MORE VIDEOS TOGETHER!!
Don't have to keep saying he is american lol
The happy enthusiastic american and the non excited sarcastic complaining Brit, best combo ever
They're giving me the Pinky and the Brain vibe
I have an American friend who is sarcastic, and I'm the naive and excitable Brit (Scot). However neither of us do anything exciting so meh. We need more of these two going places!
Brit "oh this is nice!"
American " stop fucking with my mind"
@Sam I am reserved for seriously bad times.
Now you just need Joey to add some Aussie banter
Pete needs to be on more often. Dude is a fucking riot.
pete has been appearing everywhere lately, he's premiertwo if that name brings u any bells in a lot of chris's more recent streams and videos
I think this is still one of my fave single videos to come back to and rewatch, the contrasting personalities between you and Pete are always a delight :)
Stop making accounts to comment on your own video Pete. 😂
But I agree this is one of the best videos on this channel for me.
@Premier Two
We need more Pete
I totally agreed ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Easily a personal highlight of 2021 so far! Pete’s hilarious fun
I mean honestly even otherwise, I loved the video, it showed some of the most beautiful places in Japan
@mabi mabi Lmaooo
Erozpl01 01 They wrote the script in the Kansan Cabin
Their reaction to the "floating rock" just shows the difference between an American and a British
I'm a Brit rock climber. I loved those rocks in the sea.
@The Longest Channel Name I Could Possibly Think Of innit
Briton
Pete: "Thanks for the present! Oh ... I've smashed it. I swear I'll replace it. Where did you get it?"
Natsuki: "Narnia. Good luck."
Pete: "Chris, road-trip!"
Chris is that serious friend with witty comebacks while Pete is that bubbly friend who is always excited and energetic, trying to cheer up Chris. A dynamic duo. *chef's kiss*
pete is the boke and chris is the tsukkomi
Pete is basically Chris' American Ryotaro. XD
Justice delicious duo
Justice delicious
The sitcom we all desperately need 😊
Pete is probably one of the most entertaining guests you've had on the show because the only thing he needs to he fun and funny is his charisma. What a joy to watch ^^

this guy is a gem to be around, i'll love to see him again in future episodes
I think we all need a American friend like that to make us look more British lol
@Aaron Downing exactly. He was much cooler and positive than any of his other friends.
A little bit of personality on Abroad in Japan was a nice change of pace indeed.
@AJ Kious haha yeah I got to that part of the video and was proud. It's funny how some Americans are very good representations of their region.
HouseMDaddict He said he was from Kansas. :)
@Nick U I have no idea where Pete is from in the US but I'd guess Midwest, and grew up loving anime and star trek and lord of the rings. He just screams that type of American.
That ending scene from 27:28 though - I'd love to see an animated series of this duo and their (mis)adventures!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE how animated Pete is! Soooo awesome and refreshing. More videos with you two! PLEASE! Sincerely - A Texan :>
The drastic difference in their personalities is just a joy to witness haha
Lmao didn’t expect to see you here RR
Fancy’s seeing you here rowlit
Its basically a microcosm of the America and British relationship over the years.
America: hey lets do this thing....
Britain: why do i keep letting you talk me into this shit.
One shitty asshole and one enjoyable good friend :'D
This was absolutely wonderful and amazing. The floating stone with the torii gate, the Buddha statue in the dome... Please make the sequel with the most southern part of Japan too :D I would love to see it! (And I know I'm not the only one for sure!)

Sarcasm versus Enthusiasm.
Who will survive?
add connor and see chaos
Ah yes the "annoy chris gang" vs chris in one trip.... amazing. I second this
This is definitely the best video ever made on this channel. Pete is an incredible personality, he 10000% could have his own tv show. Very entertaining guy
I absolutely LOVE Pete's enthusiasm with the room tours, and the fact that its brutally aggravating Chris!
The chemistry between you two is amazing, this is one of my favourite episodes of Abroad in Japan.
Pete is the Anti Connor
@Abroad in Japan Next time teach him about Kintsugi before you let him talk you into a journey..... xD
And that snow is barely on par with what we get here in Canada...Kansas boys be spoiled....

Hope to see more Ryotaro on the show too. Its been a while, Chris!
A bromanic formed in ice

I keep comming back to this every few months :D we need more Pete videos on this channel!
Cinematography truly was on point with this one, mate~
Absolutely loved it
@Abroad in Japan I'm also interested in how you get those amazing shots!
Plus @Tokyo Lens is killing it always.

you're right, did he finally hire a editor?
@Abroad in Japan how did you get the upper span shots for your videos ? Do you use a drone?
Holy cow, that Hokkaido is beautiful in winter.
That scene with sea pillars was breathtaking.
I think this might have been my favorite video on this channel so far as it shows a side of Japan that's rarely shown. I would have loved to have seen more of the towns. The fancy drumstick rock and the one with the torii gate looked extremely scenic.
Pete introducing Stonehenge of Hokkaido is hilarious! Please bring Pete back for more videos!
“Hey, do you know what Japan’s northernmost town is?”
“Wakkanai.”
“Ok, I’ll ask someone else.”
@Rein wakkanai and wakannai are a Japanese pun
@Iconic i don't understand
ayyyyyyy
this was my first thought too, kind of a weird name for a town
lol
@Scott Raynor
稚内(Wakkanai)
I have no idea.=わかんない(Wakannai)
Honestly I'm looking forward to the journey South. Hopefully you guys can make it happen
I wish Chris made more videos with Pete, their personalities really compliment one another.
Best part is 22:54 where you can see the moment from Pete's facial expression where he realizes the fail.
Was planning to live in Hokkaido, and this just gave me more inspiration and motivation! Thank you Chris Broad and fun American guy!!
I legit was shocked when even the PASSING BY BULLDOZER DRIVER POLITELY BOWED HIS HEAD ON CAMERA, Japan really takes politeness to the next level
I love Pete's attempt at an English accent, probably better than any attempt I could make at doing and American accent!
There's a german style beer hall in one of the red brick houses along the river that is simply named "小樽ビール(Otaru beer)" that offers just incredibly tasty beer which is no wonder since an experienced german meister does the brewing there. I absolutely love this Road Trip! It's definitely one of those episodes where I absolutely love re-watching. 🥰 Such great chemistry between the both of you
To think they'd both once again be back in Hokkaido except with Chris on a bike and Pete giving us that behind the scenes look 🥳
That was awesome guys. You two have a great dynamic. Also I love seeing other people be freezing cold whilst I'm snug as a bug in a rug.
I love the contrast between the two , with Pete's all American enthusiasm and Chris's dry British humour. 😂
the Yank is so fake
Dog and cat.
@Prajwal Krishna Bhat according to the description, Pete has a twitch channel, which is probably why he's overreacting to every single thing. Definitely not my cup of tea.
@oneng kusumahNo. it's called being energetic and i see nothing wrong with that.
I'm shocked at how clean the streets are. We get a LOT of snow up here in Canada and the roads rarely ever look this good!
I loved Japan when I visited, spent over a year there between Japan & Okinawa.
Beautiful scenery & wonderful people.
god i rly just thank chris for introducing us to pete this man is a hidden gem
This is my favorite video by far, Pete is so funny i love the banter you guys have. Pete was so fun to watch i hope to see more of him on your channel!
Pete : 😁🙂😀🤣💣💥
Chris : 🗿
Pete: 🤪😀😂🤣😅😆😁
Chris: 😐😑😐😑😐😑😐
He's british, that's his default face
Yo Angelo!
@w花b pretty sure this video proved it
Hahahaha, Pete was cool and refreshing, nice dude.
The ending gave me the satisfaction, it was a hell of a ride, I couldn't be more happy, this has to be one of the best videos from abroad in japan ❤️
Just got done watching this video and when Pete was talking to Chris about getting a sailor for their next adventure together, I thought that it would be interesting for them to team up with Norm from Tokyo Lens for just such an adventure. 😃
Ironically, you do realize you were ONLY about 500km away from Cape Nosappu 😉☺ Wakannai 🤷♂️😅
Hahaha pete is hilarious! Going on a trip with him will never be boring.
I must say, the chemistry of a goofy optimistic american guy and a cranky cynical british guy really goes well together like the odd couple. Definitely entertaining dynamic especially the whole wakkanai situation
Same. I love watching Chris and all of his friends, but nothing beats the sheer chaotic energy of putting a Brit and an American together.
I was just thinking that.
This was great! Throughly enjoyed it, I hope you do more vids with Pete, you guys are hilarious and fun together! These vids remind me of the old Top Gear trips with Jeremy, James and Richard. Looking forward to a lot more!
Ahahahaha! Oh my God! I am actually laughing out loud 🤣
I love the comedy movie-esque of this episode. Well put and well edited.
And the ending bit, really sealed in the deal. Sands, Sailing, a journey South. I love it 💖
The combination of your classic tv road trip style narration and the interaction between the two of you makes this a delight to watch!
Holy crap Pete is hilarious. You guys make the perfect comedy duo.

IKR XD
Americans: Trained from birth to smile, even in annoying circumstances because it reflects in what people see in you.

While the really seem to have differemt personalities, I still think they're playing to the stereotypes of Brits and Americans as well 😀
Loved this episode Chris. Congrats on getting featured on Tom Scott newsletter! You deserve it, great videos
This really was a 20 minute set up for a pun and I love it. I'm glad I started watching this channel. Keep up the fantastic work!
I love how Chris has lived in Northern Japan for years but in every winter video he’s made, he still dresses like he’s expecting a drizzly winter in Kent.
@Varda And even if it did get that cold, you frosty and darling Brits probably wouldn't even notice it 😉😋
@Heavenly Creature honestly we don't get it that cold here, it's just always a *little* cold all year round (except a few days/weeks in the middle of summer). Even on the Northeast coast of England where I'm from you don't get snow this bad very often, maybe once every few years.
The difference is the SCARF. Chris only wears that when it's relatively cold. Bare in mind he is British, so quite cold by nature 😏
Awesome video! Pete is a cool guy more videos with him would be awesome!
Dude i love Pete, it's great that he's getting more recognition
Make more videos together, the personality combo is perfect in this I see why you’re close friends.
That Buddha is absolutely stunning. Hokkaido now on my list!
"Yes, a drumstick, because all you think about is chicken!"
"How Dare you!"
Holy shit, the BANTER of these two, why is Pete not a more regular guest on this channel, i love it.
🤣😂 that was a funny part
They did a podcast episode together!
I know right XD I'd love to see him on here more
@Minna Nonihongo Chris eats too much fried chicken
@Minna Nonihongo chicken drumstick basically 😂
Guyz, amazing content! The whole experience is quite an adventure with both of you hosting.
Good cinematic shots + good sense of humour= great content
I think out of all the road-trip videos so far (Dec 2021,) this is probably my favorite one out of the bunch, with the dynamic between you and Pete, the way you've layered out the music, it's very nostalgic for me in the scenic tone, I guess.
Thank you.
Pete's great! Bring him with you more often. Excellent video and amazing scenery.
Pete was really great actually, he fit in nicely and added another piece of comedy. really great at presenting stuff and real funny to watch (y) great job on this one! :)
Pete’s chaotic enthusiasm is a great foil for Chris’s stoic sarcasm. I hope he shows up more often in the future!
@Shiroar those two would be the best road trip to the nearest Coolish stop and then to a pub.
@greebster I vote BOTH Petes.
Yeah Pete was pretty great ngl. I also vote more Pete :)
They are a GREAT duo, Pete is awesome :D
And I hope when he does, I hope they do more of that "moving away from the camera buddy banter." Love those kind of endings.
I hope we get to see more of Pete in future videos. He's so contagiously upbeat.
Pete's really good as an actor! Please bring him on more! He seems like a really nice guy!
You two have incredible chemistry lol you two should definitely be transcribed as video game characters.
Great camera work on this ep 👍 really captured how bitterly cold it is!
It's like a British Shorthair cat travel with a golden retriever. I love this episode specifically!
I know
.....but it would still be awesome!
An awesome adventure that would give them, several buckets of sweat, the smell of the diarrhea of a skunk and despair.......
cant imagine the effort you put in all of your videos. just amazing
Pete and Chris are great together haha. Enjoyed this.
Japanese food always looks mouth-watering I wish I could go there
having a cup noodle in the snow is actually so underrated. it's so satisfying lol
I know right, it's such good play on words
I didn't stop smiling for a second while watching this video, but man am i jealous of japan this is awesome
I just adore Pete's tours/commentary.
28.29 minutes of full entertainment. I love the sarcasm you use every time along with the British accent . definitely one of my favorite videos.
Love the videos Chris. Got to say a lot of your vids Should be on legit television. Well thought out, great information, and the shots in these videos are stunning.
