@Mark Gaszman Same comedic genre though. Anyone channel surfing and landing on the various BBC channels could easily spend a significant amount of time watching the show under the assumption that it's a legitimate BBC docu-series before inevitably experiencing enough "Wait...what?" moments to realize it's a big fat satirical spoof on those kinds of shows. Just as could be with _The Day Today/Brass Eye_ only there, instead of spoofing BBC docu-serieses it spoofed BBC & Channel 4 nightly news & 24-hour news programming. With _Monty Python,_ the show was in many ways one big spoof of EVERYTHING that BBC broadcast in the late 1960s & early 1970s, albeit a bit less deadpan and more overt in the comedy with the live audience and all. Madame Cunk is continuing that fine Bri'ish comedic TRADITION though.
@Alexander I think it would be most unfair to exclude the Star Wars Christmas Special. Chewbacca's whole family is in there! Or is it where you draw the line?
I love that she crossed all the voting boxes, ticked one then they hold the camera angle on her and a sign saying "put a cross in only one box. It's the small details that show the writers care.
@Paper Camera nah ya I get ya I just thought it's funny that you weren't outraged that nobody could be that hot, just that only SOME parts of Australia get that hot so the odds are against him living there
"Why would you want to turn a pig into a cow? Pigs are quite good at being pigs, and cows are relatively good at being cows." I love the experts in this series
@Pottenger's Human Nah, they would always be distinct from cows because their route to reach cow-like status will necessarily be different. They would work from a different base and get to a different place through a different process. At best they could just be similar to cows. And by the time they became cow-like, cows would already be different anyway.
Feral pig population are out of control in some places. Pigs are crazy good at being pigs. But cows are mid, if there weren’t any humans, water buffalo, yaks, and bison would be able to out compete them.
Humour is subjective. A lot of what people call British humour doesn’t travel when in different countries. Doesn’t mean it’s more or less funny, it’s just different.
Her interview subjects were absolute stars in this. Prof. Greg Dart (the first interview about the romantics) delivered the greatest straight man performance I've ever seen.
@odibex dude your so angry, all he said was that your life is so good that %99 of humans who have ever lived would kill their own mother's just to swap places, so all the nihilism about the state of the country is pretty pathetic when you take everything into account.
@Ellie #PutinsMommyNeverHuggedHim People still debate whether he said it or not. "History is nothing but a fable wrote by the victor" ~ Napoleon Bonaparte
"Workers did long thankless hours, with no breaks and low pay, in a squalid and threatening environment -- conditions unthinkable today to anyone who isn't a junior doctor." As a physician in the US, this hit way too close to home :D
She is speaking the truth- no joking at all. I am a retired RN and junior drs are treated terribly . Even when really tired they perform well and are not idiots.
Junior doctor (resident) from the Philippines here. 30+ hr shifts, 36C weather with broken AC, and tuberculosis everywhere. All for 16,000 pesos ($275) a month after taxes. Very relatable 😂
"I'll be starting sentences in one location - and finishing them in another." 😅 Classic trope. They must've watched a lot of real historical docos to nail all these clichés and it's brilliant.
@Lilith .J nope, it's not a British pass time to point out that slavery was good or that it never happened. But it is the smart persons pass time to point out that everyone on earth has both slave owning and slave ancestors and that European civilisation was the first to cause the global end of the slave trade being a mainstream legal industry.
@David MacAart what are you talking about? You could find such prominent African slaves who lived in the south better life styles than that of most white men, but it doesn't change the fact that most Atlantic slaves lived horrible lives, same applies to Roman slaves. As a slav taken by the Mongols, sure you could end up cleaning the dust out of some nobles tent and be given spare time and in some cases a form of payment, but you could also spend the rest of your life working the fields of Crimea tasting your masters boot. Same as the Atlantic slaves just different geography. This obsessive take on the uniqueness. Atlantic slave trade is so un historical it's almost nieve.
@Rifle Eyez if my white, poor, European ancestors were agriculturalists and immigrated to the New World after 1865, do I still have to be held responsible for slavery, for what someone else's ancestors did? 🤔
The fact that I just had an existential crisis when she asked about why planes don’t boil when going through clouds if they’re made of boiling water really sums up this episode for me
I actually Googled to find out why clouds don't fall down if they are made of ice and water. The answer that I found was that the particles are too small. It's kinda like dust, how that doesn't fall
@Neolexious Neolexian ye when it is still gaseous is needs to be hot. But not physicist talk about steam, when they talk about the condensed water. So that "steam" is the same as in clouds.
@Jason Porter Originally they weren't. But I think the character has been around for so long that they are wise to it now. Although I suppose some of them might still be caught off guard.
Referring to history as a 'sort of rear view mirror into time' might be something written to be comical but it's actually very philosophical and a fairly intelligent term. I love it, if Dianne is writing this stuff she's an absolute genius.
" These days people pay thousands of pounds to visit the sun kissed islands of the Caribbean. In the seventeen hundreds you could go there for free. If you were black ...and didn't want to go there " XD
This is THE BEST historical programme about Great Britain I've seen in the past 5 years. Really. Although it's comedy it still has a better sense of history than most.
@lisa sommerlad yeah , me too , much like Hale and Pace had been ; until , some genius brought them to mind recently ~ I was quite annoyed , if ever anything designed to entertain didn't . Hope I haven't ruined your day .
She has the demeanor of a witless young girl her voice like a child, and yet her delivery of every punch line is phenomenal, her comedic timing is flawless , she is without doubt a genius actor, I 'm forever and ever until I die , perhaps further her no. ONE fan!!
'Babbage never foresaw the terrible consequences of his invention - a machine that would auto-correct his name to Cabbage every single time' - brilliant, classic line!
"The idea that man and ape were close relatives was considered both hilarious and shocking; a bit like Graham Norton, but with more profound consequences for humankind".
Best episode so far. I giggled the whole time, which is unheard of for me... :-) Now I know who's Ron! :-) Diane Morgan is a genius! I love her humor passionately.
- Talk me through the events that led up to the moment where Charles Darwin invented the monkey. - Darwin didn't... invent the monkey, noone invented a monkey. - Okay, well: talk me through the events that led up to the moment where Charles Darwin didn't invent the monkey.
Maybe it's one of your friends or neighbors, or maybe it's you. You'd have no way of knowing and that's terrifying. Her deadpan delivery has me splitting with laughter each time, her quotes 😂 🤣
“It was immediately obvious to anyone that slavery was wrong. Which is why it was only allowed to continue for hundreds of years.” 🤣 Phelomena is a fricken genius & why she isn’t more famous is beyond me! GIVE THIS WOMAN HER OWN SHOW!!!
13:04 - Chris Packham is always so funny... always plays it totally straight but you can tell in his eyes that he is in on the joke.. There is a good one of him with Jonathan Pie.... highly recommended..
I noticed this only a short while back. This series has almost ZERO filler. They had SO much good stuff that they wanted to get out, that they didn't have time to put in bullshit filler. It's jam packed with thoughtfully made content.
“Queen Victoria wasn’t always a grumpy, disapproving, sour lady, no. She was once a sour, disapproving beh-beh.” “…as well as looking miserable, her other hobby was fashion…even at an early age, she was dressing like a cross between a disillusioned old man and an angry hen.”
I dont know how everybody keeps a straight face; would love to see the bloopers! These writers are just the best, as is Philomena! This is even funnier to us Yanks.....
"Darwin eventually evolved himself... into a corpse."
Best way to view death.
still prefer DEVO
"And then evolved again into worms... and dust."
Christ too early....8
Isn't that true of all of us?
But not before using his techniques to evolve into a scientist.
The Victorian era produced more Victorian writers than any other period in history 😂
@Pauline Gallagher haha. This woman is just perfect.
@SALIM MWAURA lol you beat me to it
The fact I read that as she said it, is so strange 😂
Queen Elizabeth was born right in time for the Elizabethan era
This woman is a comedic genius as are all the writers. I haven’t laughed this hard since the pandemic started. Feels good, man.
@Sonya Blade's BootyNo one has ever been inspired by anyone ever.
@Joe Miller perhaps at the utter absurdity of the lies.
☺👍
They are *all* so good 😂
@Mark Gaszman Same comedic genre though. Madame Cunk is continuing that fine Bri'ish comedic TRADITION though.
It's insane how seriously she speaks when everything coming out of her mouth is a joke. She's really gifted.
I DON'T KNOW HOW SHE KEEPS A STRAIGHT FACE! No way i could say things that funny and not let on i knew what i was doing, it really is a gift
Gifted? Really?
I agree, it's almost like she's acting
‘Babbage never foresaw the terrible consequences of his invention, a machine that would autocorrect his name to cabbage, every single time.’
🤣🤣🤣 im dying let me catch my breath, okay okay Im good 🤣🤣
@Alexander I think it would be most unfair to exclude the Star Wars Christmas Special. Chewbacca's whole family is in there! Or is it where you draw the line?
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
yeah that made me laugh out loud
Jack the reaper was from the Royal family.
It only that family that can get away with any crime
The way he answered "Mr. Tickle" while looking terrified is just peak comedy!
I take my hat off to him. I have a Masters in literature, and look up to him as highly intellectual. Ron Byron!!😅
He never laughed once. Tremendous.
@Greg Gray Agreed. He’s gorgeous.
@lisa sommerlad he himself being athing of beauty - i want more!
It was a thing of beauty.
"The death of queen Victoria reduced the number of women in British politics by 100%" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
💀💀💀
The fact that the academic from the London university appears always just about on the verge of crying really makes this episode
They’re brains were on fire with her questions
@Dorian Jigje I read they were told two things before the interview: 1) It's for a comedy show 2) Pretend it's for a children's show
@Norm Appleton You mean to say you don’t know the Mr Men books?!!😲
@rolling wave Is that like a teletubbie or some Scottish thing?
"Animals who were dead are less likely to reproduce than live ones."
Quite a controversial sentence there.
@tolkienfan1972 🤣🤣🤣 We're not all that lame.
If they identify as dead...
I don't know why that statement from her alone made me break down and cry laughing.
At least 90% of americans watching this think it's serious. 30% believe the evolution part is actual history, and are preparing a protest.
@Life Happens Okay great.
I love that she crossed all the voting boxes, ticked one then they hold the camera angle on her and a sign saying "put a cross in only one box.
It's the small details that show the writers care.
This had me my crying, she looks so pleased with herself when she's putting the ballot in the box and it's not going to count.
"With its year-round sunshine and abundant food, Australia was seen the perfect place to send its murderers." This stuff is absolutely hilarious.
That would be "year-round sunshine".
I always made the joke the British made Australia a prison colony because they hadn't found Canada yet.
@Murph out of the frying pan, into the freezer?
@Paper Camera nah ya I get ya I just thought it's funny that you weren't outraged that nobody could be that hot, just that only SOME parts of Australia get that hot so the odds are against him living there
"must be a good book if you can overlook the fact that he slept with his sister" dead
@Edward Ashford I know it’s been 3 years but this is the response I wish she would have had 😂 Bravo mate
because "some animals are more equal than others"
Feral pig population are out of control in some places. Pigs are crazy good at being pigs. But cows are mid, if there weren’t any humans, water buffalo, yaks, and bison would be able to out compete them.
My boy knew what conversation he was having and brought a shield for the thunder
“Despite the spoiler in its title, Oliver’s Twist doesn’t have a twist at the end - which come to think of it, is a brilliant twist in itself” amazing
That’s how clever Dickings was.
I love how proud she looks into the camera when she "comes to think of it".
British humor is unbeatable.
@D Wsee, again with the Brit humor. Your killing’ me!!😅😅
So is German!
Humour is subjective. A lot of what people call British humour doesn’t travel when in different countries. Doesn’t mean it’s more or less funny, it’s just different.
Amen!
I’m French and yes i’m agree. I don't why but I love your humoristique sense. You are the best with the Belgians.
I love how angry the expert looks when she has to explain where steam comes from 😂
At that moment it was coming out of her ears.
She was not having it that day lol.
Her interview subjects were absolute stars in this. Prof. Greg Dart (the first interview about the romantics) delivered the greatest straight man performance I've ever seen.
@Ana Carolina I just saw that, my new favorite part!!!
He asked her how the poem about the man from Nantucket ended. He knew exactly what he was doing.
Go Hokies!
He was so funny
i could watch them banter all day
I shouldn't have listened to this while recovering from pneumonia. I almost coughed myself to death through laughing so much!
I hope you feel better! 😄
The most subtle joke in the intro has to be "to understand where Britain is heading, we have to look behind us"
Now I get it 😅😅
@odibex dude your so angry, all he said was that your life is so good that %99 of humans who have ever lived would kill their own mother's just to swap places, so all the nihilism about the state of the country is pretty pathetic when you take everything into account.
@Ellie #PutinsMommyNeverHuggedHim People still debate whether he said it or not. "History is nothing but a fable wrote by the victor" ~ Napoleon Bonaparte
@B mcGoo how was Churchill fascist?
"Workers did long thankless hours, with no breaks and low pay, in a squalid and threatening environment -- conditions unthinkable today to anyone who isn't a junior doctor."
As a physician in the US, this hit way too close to home :D
Also for nurses etc though
She is speaking the truth- no joking at all. I am a retired RN and junior drs are treated terribly . Even when really tired they perform well and are not idiots.
Neurosurgery junior doctor from Germany here - this is SO on point it made my stomach twist...
Unfirtunately, it is very similar, and i find it morally wrong. Patients need sane doctors, not sleep deprived idiots.
Junior doctor (resident) from the Philippines here. 30+ hr shifts, 36C weather with broken AC, and tuberculosis everywhere. All for 16,000 pesos ($275) a month after taxes. Very relatable 😂
Watched her on BBC last night, best quote of that ep was 'He wanted Parliament to be dissolved but nobody could find a big enough glass of water.'
Why?
😂😂😂😂
shouldnt you be in the hague war crimes tribunal? LOL
(line from stewart less, comdedeien)
“He came up with a theory, that said that animals who were dead, were far less likely to reproduce than those that were alive” 😂😂😂😂 LOL’ing
Pretty accurate description of the theory tho
More intuitive than „survival of the fittest“.
It’s so funny and also it’s actually not the worst summary of evolution by natural selection 😂
"I'll be starting sentences in one location - and finishing them in another." 😅 Classic trope. They must've watched a lot of real historical docos to nail all these clichés and it's brilliant.
19:21 "so why was that considered entertaining" had me on my knees this woman is a miracle
I loved her ‘acid house’ joke.
"It was immediately obvious to anyone that slavery was wrong, that's why it was only allowed to continue for hundreds of years."

Same as the Atlantic slaves just different geography.
This obsessive take on the uniqueness. Atlantic slave trade is so un historical it's almost nieve.
let me guess, there’s a bunch of replies here that consider the quote controversial. smh
@Rifle Eyez if my white, poor, European ancestors were agriculturalists and immigrated to the New World after 1865, do I still have to be held responsible for slavery, for what someone else's ancestors did? 🤔
So cleverly made - intelligent humour with sharp comments.
Philomena is perfect for this.
Perfect? She is Philomenal!
Had a smile on my face from start to finish.
She’s hilarious.
Asking stupid questions to experts... My favorite genre of comedy
The fact that I just had an existential crisis when she asked about why planes don’t boil when going through clouds if they’re made of boiling water really sums up this episode for me
The response was that she'd better ask a meteorologist. Touche! :-D
@Mr Black y
@Fred I mean, no, it doesn't need to be hot to be gaseous. There's water in the air around you and I hope you're not boiling
Let's not ignore the writers of this and other episodes. Their wit and play on words and satire are to be hailed as true and great British humour.
i spat out my tea at 'by ron' this is a fucking masterpiece
Language
Twas bloody brilliant!
@my view historian: *pure confusion*
But who is Ron
16:11 "It was immediately obvious to anyone that slavery was wrong, which was why it was only allowed to continue for hundreds of years" I died XD
@J Shepard you have a predictable pfp
Thought that was a very predictable joke. Just me?
"Who's your favourite Mr. Man?"
"Mr Tickle."
Props for the poise on that counter-attack, sir. She tested you and you passed.
Reminiscent of Ali G interviewing Noam Chomsky.
@Jason Porter Originally they weren't. But I think the character has been around for so long that they are wise to it now. Although I suppose some of them might still be caught off guard.
I still haven't figured out if the interviewees are in on the joke but I like to imagine they are not.
And the BAFTA for "most uncomfortable interviewee in a musical or comedy goes to ....."
- "He was your favorite?"
- "YEAH!".
- "The one who slept with his sister?".
„Must’ve been a pretty good book, if you can overlook that he slept with his sister“
Referring to history as a 'sort of rear view mirror into time' might be something written to be comical but it's actually very philosophical and a fairly intelligent term. I love it, if Dianne is writing this stuff she's an absolute genius.
The end credits say who writes it, feel free to congratulate them as well
“Even though, at the time, half the men in Britain were women.” Sides still hurting from the laughter.
" These days people pay thousands of pounds to visit the sun kissed islands of the Caribbean. In the seventeen hundreds you could go there for free. If you were black ...and didn't want to go there "
XD
That one had got me. 🤣
I literally yelped out loud
This is THE BEST historical programme about Great Britain I've seen in the past 5 years. Really. Although it's comedy it still has a better sense of history than most.
I had no idea the 1980s sitcom Brush Strokes was such a prominent cultural phenomenon throughout every period of British history.
@Montserrat Rivera I remember turning the tv off as quick I as could whenever it came on, for fear that jam would be directly pumped in my home.
That and the dance hit Pump up the jam by Technotronic
@lisa sommerlad yeah , me too , much like Hale and Pace had been ; until , some genius brought them to mind recently ~ I was quite annoyed , if ever anything designed to entertain didn't . Hope I haven't ruined your day .
@Adz Dahlman i had forgotten that i had forgotten it.
I know she says it all the time but I still laugh when she says
“Hello, who are you?”
Four years ago?? She's been around for this long and y'all just now shared her with the rest of the world on Netflix? 😭 She's brilliant lol
I absolutely lost it when she referred to cumberbatch as alien 😂
"a face like Alfred Hitchcock watching a dog drown" Man I love this woman.
At 7:33 "Their untrammelled sexual passion is evident in every photograph of them" is even better 😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Her timing and fluid movement from one idiotic statement to another is perfect.
She is a genius, I haven’t laughed this hard in a long time. I’ve been binge watching all her videos since I discovered her
This is comedy gold, the presenter, the writers. Everyone's just nailing it.
It cracks me up how serious the experts seem to address her questions, lol.
@Stiffd1 cringe
@Jagar Tharn Agree! Wit of Brits.
@Stiffd1 That doesn't make it less funny. Realistic reactions to her would be 99% boring as hell, confusion, refusal to engage further, leaving.
@Stiffd1 wooooshh
@Stiffd1 thank you captain obvious
She has the demeanor of a witless young girl her voice like a child, and yet her delivery
of every punch line is phenomenal, her comedic timing is flawless , she is without doubt
a genius actor, I 'm forever and ever until I die , perhaps further her no. ONE fan!!
"conditions unthinkable for anyone who isn't a junior doctor" savage
@Chris Needham humor and laughter is a social activity that’s why :)
True
My sister is a GP: try to stay awake while you're being treated by a junior doc on rotation.
@Terry Platt ....... I get as much laughter reading the comments (things people pick out) as I do watching the video
'Babbage never foresaw the terrible consequences of his invention - a machine that would auto-correct his name to Cabbage every single time' - brilliant, classic line!
I love that 100 yards stare she has when she gets answers to her silly questions
"The idea that man and ape were close relatives was considered both hilarious and shocking; a bit like Graham Norton, but with more profound consequences for humankind".
😂😂
Diane Morgan is so funny! Don't know how she keeps a straight face sometimes. A big shout out to Charlie Brooker too for co-writing this series!
Best episode so far. I giggled the whole time, which is unheard of for me... :-) Now I know who's Ron! :-) Diane Morgan is a genius! I love her humor passionately.
"You could go there for free...if you were Black and didn't want to go there "
That took me out 😂😬
- Talk me through the events that led up to the moment where Charles Darwin invented the monkey.
- Darwin didn't... invent the monkey, noone invented a monkey.
- Okay, well: talk me through the events that led up to the moment where Charles Darwin didn't invent the monkey.
Solid Belly Laugh Material
This is British comedy at it’s best 😂
26:21 killed me when she tried to open the door 🤣🤣🤣
tbh it was kinda funny cute
lilly Tayer I watched it 10 times and it only got funnier😂
“We don’t even know if he died… he could be.. you, and thats terrifying cause you’d have no way of knowing” THIS SHIT IS JUST SO
GOLD 😹😹
Absolutely love that she keeps calling Dickens "Dickings"
In the previous episode she refers to Middle Evil years. !
Was it before or after the industrial revelation?
And he died....forever
I can't imagine the planning and editing put into these shows. They are meticulous.
This is very funny even for this American. Now and again I've missed some references but it's almost non-stop funny. Good show.
Watch Ep.1 & 2. Far more funnies. Pretty much every sentence has a treat in it 😀
alg11297 You have excellent taste!
"The oranges of the peaches" omg, I almost dieded
@Luis Fernando Astorga Don't feel bad, I just got it now too😂
As an English as a second language speaker, I thank you for helping me finally get that joke
5:04 "Austin wrote novels ... filled with words it's almost impossible to care about"
- GCSE English Literature in a nutshell
FasCinating! :)
This is simply hilarious, but equally informative and fascinating. Genius.
I love the perplexed and irritated faces of expert whenever she posts a daunting question. Such a genius 😂
"...which is four more than Fast & Furious." She is casually spitting out some hilarious lines! 😆
“She looked like Alfred Hitchcock watching a dog drown” best line in the episode and maybe the series lmaooo
agreed, this one was my favorite
Too many great lines to count imho
I can’t believe that I haven’t caught wind of this woman before now. Where the hell have I been anyway? She’s utterly hilarious.
She interviews the most patient people in Britain 😂
Maybe it's one of your friends or neighbors, or maybe it's you. You'd have no way of knowing and that's terrifying.
Her deadpan delivery has me splitting with laughter each time, her quotes 😂 🤣
“It was immediately obvious to anyone that slavery was wrong. Which is why it was only allowed to continue for hundreds of years.” 🤣 Phelomena is a fricken genius & why she isn’t more famous is beyond me! GIVE THIS WOMAN HER OWN SHOW!!!
I love the Brush Strokes intro expertly crafted into each episode. 👌😂
It's like the Pump Up the Jam references
The Literary expert was awesome. He just went along with the farce.
Always get faintly disappointed when the academics clock they're in a satire and play along tbf
I love that he turned the tables on her and asked how the Nantucket limerick ended.
Who's your favourite Mr Man?
Mr Tickle probably.
I died.
I wonder how many people died of a heart attack while laughing at this hilarious woman!
She really brings history to life (like a 2nd grade British street child might)
Who knew that a series narrated by a child stuck in a woman's body could be so hilarious. 🤣
13:33 - How does she say these things with a straight face? Her sense of humor is so oddly wonderful.
The best part is how all the experts try so hard to give polite and somehow sensible answers to all her bullshit questions. Very British 😂
the "wrong/ron" part took me a few seconds until i bursted out laughing
by ron . lmao.
This girl is great, she's asking all the questions regular people ask experts.
13:04 - Chris Packham is always so funny... always plays it totally straight but you can tell in his eyes that he is in on the joke..
There is a good one of him with Jonathan Pie.... highly recommended..
Actually he has aspergers so may be lacking the understanding of sarcastic humour (sincerely someone else with aspergers)
I actually couldn’t watch this series because I was cringing so hard. It’s absolute class
This is how history should be taught.
With humourous relevancy.
When Greg dart said "so how did it end" I had lost it 😭😂😂😂..idk why it was so funny to me.
"Eventually Darwin evolved... into a corpse."
Favourite line of the episode..
@193Delfin no one mentioned race until you came along ranting and raving.
@193Delfin gotdamn 💀
@193Delfin Pretty cringe topic tho.
This series is all killer, no filler, and this episode should come with a warning! 🤣
I noticed this only a short while back. This series has almost ZERO filler. They had SO much good stuff that they wanted to get out, that they didn't have time to put in bullshit filler. It's jam packed with thoughtfully made content.
She is so hilarious when she asks this crazy stuff with the straight face and tone like she is dead serious about her questions and comments. 😂😂😂
To have absurdism done this well is a rare treat. Its perfect!
"Jack the Ripper was one of the most antisocial murderers Britain has ever seen." I'm dying.
I love it when you see the expert slowly realise that they are being set up and play along "Mr Tickle"
I just love how casually she mispronounces words every now and then
The junior doctor line killed me. So true, and not just in Britain....
14:56 the way she grabs the statue's foot gets me everytime 😂
I can't remember when I last laughed out loud at an entire episode of anything.
This is utter comedy genius. 😂
I almost spit out my drink when she pronounced the C in 'fascinated'. It's the details with this show.
"Why would you want turn a pig into a cow?"
"To see what it's like."
💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
20:45 He became a writer, and began to create some of the most time consuming stories in history
“Queen Victoria wasn’t always a grumpy, disapproving, sour lady, no. She was once a sour, disapproving beh-beh.”
“…as well as looking miserable, her other hobby was fashion…even at an early age, she was dressing like a cross between a disillusioned old man and an angry hen.”
I dont know how everybody keeps a straight face; would love to see the bloopers! These writers are just the best, as is Philomena! This is even funnier to us Yanks.....
