If they're simply bean counters or hired to support only the bean counters, then yes, they usually mean trouble. But, there are others that can be very productive and helpful.
@Kaptain Krampus are you sayin because he plays those roles in all movies it doesnt matter how crappy the rest of this movie can be? 😆 …. Inglorious bastards was and is still the bar here. Its pretty unfortunate to see him do something like this.
@SKIMMY He played psychos in pretty much every role so far, loveable psychos sometimes, but nevertheless ... so this is seems only a continuation of this previous work ...
He was prrrretty disappointing during the ... C-thingy. Called everyone from the control group (which you absolutely need in an experiment like this) ... so he called us: "anti-social complete morons" ... not amused!
@FMD Inc I agree with you! That first scene where he drinks the milk is brilliant. In my top 5 scenes of all time. We know all the other actors in all the other Tarantino movies, and we're reveling in this unfamiliar face turning on the charm and the chills. Regardless of any scene he did in Django or ever after, that is a timeless classic. Also, the scene where he negotiates his surrendur, "That's a bingo!" is awesome, too.
I used to watch a tv show (German) with him in it, met him a few times in Berlin, saw a play with him and another movie... he did some English speaking roles, like in film based on Ian Fleming, played a spy... the guy from Game of thrones (the evil dad) played Fleming... which is cool because they were both in legit Bond films... but about 40 years apart....
I loved this. Christoph Waltz is great with that wonderful projection of divisive malice. I used to be a Consultant.... brought back many malevolent memories.
It would be a awesome twist at the end that turns out that Waltz character was protagonist all along, though of an anti-heroic sort, who uses amoral if not illegal methods to uncover nefarious things going on at the company. The job given to him by the shareholders is to make the problems go away quietly with little inconvenience, and perpetrators suffer an horrible fate you feel sorry for but do to their actions had it coming.
@PLANTBASEDMINISTRIES he wasnt the boss at that time mr.sang was...plus he was just there talking to him and Mr.sang was bi-sexual. He voluntarily agreed to it. What's there to report? Regus didn't force him to do anything
Really? I'm on episode 2 and about to turn it off because in reality, anyone who saw there Boss sexually assaulting someone on camera and suspected them of killing an old lady would have reported it, quit, and sued the company, but they do none of that, how do we get past that?
Hesitant. But, hey, Waltz is there and doing what you'd expect of him: Keep you interested and willing to ride along. (Update: Now 6 episodes in and I'm hooked).
Waltz was a scene stealer in this series. An amazing screen presence that radiates through the production. Only he could have effectively played this character.
@Asim Qazi was the movie made “way before?” adaptations constantly bend to the times. Elon may not source inspiration, but clearly influenced the final product
@Marcus Keeler Well, in every movie I watched, he conveys the character in the fullest way, especially those mysterious and deep characters that only talented actors like him can do, on other hand Look at actor Tom Cruise. He also has one color in acting and he is great at it. Sometimes choosing characters far from his field may bring the opposite result.
My sister got assessed by a consultant at her former job in a multinational. Suffice to say she felt like a worthless piss of shit for months nearly broke her mentally. This show is depicts exactly what a Consultant is.
I worked for an amazon slavehouse- I mean warehouse and for an entire month they had this dude come in and just all day long observe everyone and go thru everything. He was on his laptop all shift long, would randomly call for meetings with the managers, we weren’t told who he was or what he was doing, we weren’t allowed to ask anyone or talk to him. Anyways, after he left, all the shitty/horrible managers who treated us like dogs disappeared within a few weeks and working for amazon no longer made me want to off myself. I guess he was a “consultant” and boy do I love him.
CW is not really multifaceted as far as the roles he plays go, he basically always plays the same one, but god damn he perfected this kind of character, and thats great.
@AndreVD I think we're going to have to let that slide and I think that will make some so great it's because he has the same mannerisms if he is a good or bad guy
He used the word streamline, he really is into character. If the dialogues include other bullshit corporate words such as let's circle back, deep dive and synergies, this is really about consulting :D
I want to say a big thank you for your love and support I am really very pleased that all of you have been around all these years of my career. I appreciate your support and warm comments I want to say thank you very much I humbly appreciate you all God bless you all
Chris is the only reason that can make me suspend my disbelief with this villain. Because the premise alone makes me laugh the more I think about it! 🤣
Finally, a show that accurately portrays what we consultants do 👍
@Eyland Aviation As a consultant, I completely agree with you.
Yup, this is definitely a McKinsey guy. Same bloodthirst.
If they're simply bean counters or hired to support only the bean counters, then yes, they usually mean trouble. But, there are others that can be very productive and helpful.
@Connor Wintermote Wow! What a surprise that the ending was absolutely horrible, after watching this absolutely horrible trailer.
Well you like to con people as you insult them.
Christoph Waltz is such an amazing actor!
Definitely going to watch this show because of him!
@Makta972 how old are you 9 ?
me too
definitely one of my favorite villain character actors!
Finally, Christoph Waltz has come to save the game industry from lootboxes.
Loot boxes make them tons of money
Nah he would crank that shite to 100!!!
@Jeff -66 Actually... i don't think those boxes have any loot in them...
Yes please
more likely come to create more effective lootboxes
I just love how brilliant Cristoph is. he never disappoints
He was prrrretty disappointing during the ... C-thingy. Called everyone from the control group (which you absolutely need in an experiment like this) ... so he called us: "anti-social complete morons" ... not amused!
He was so good in the show. Shame the show itself is just a series of cliffhangers with no content
Walz is one of those great actors who can stand silently and convey everything about the scene.
I'm telling you.
First heard and saw Christoph Waltz on Inglorious Bastards and he killed that role. Love his acting.
@The Chatterer that's the guy
@Stephen Kershaw you mean Charles Dance?
@FMD Inc I agree with you!
That first scene where he drinks the milk is brilliant.
In my top 5 scenes of all time.
We know all the other actors in all the other Tarantino movies, and we're reveling in this unfamiliar face turning on the charm and the chills. Regardless of any scene he did in Django or ever after,

He was sublime in that but then he's awesome in whatever role he plays!
I’ll watch anything if Christoph Waltz is in it. Such an awesome actor.. Love his timing and delivery.
Christoph is in a different league in terms of acting and screen presence compared to all the other actors on the show
@Sidney Monteiro everyone else’s acting was so bad. Especially the other two main protagonists.
@David 777 That means it is his show. Of course his role and screen presence outsize all the others.
@Sidney Monteiro and?
He is an executive producer on it.
Christoph waltz is one of the best actors out there... Hard to believe he is 66. I will definitely be looking forward to this new series on prime!!!!!
@Miguel Osterroht because bros majestic
Why is it hard to believe he’s 66?
@christoph waltz That's a Bingo!
Was Bill Maher's guest last night.
I enjoyed this so much! A new season is needed!
I ejnoyed the season ..but I still didnt get much of it.
This guy never let you down. He knows how to entertain his viewers 👍
Waltz is one of the greatest actors of all time. Definitely going to watch
The most beautiful, best quality series I've ever watched. Please release season 2 ASAP! 👍😍 Christoph Waltz is great!👍👍👍
It’s cool seeing Nat Wolff still being in the industry after his Nickelodeon show as a kid
Anything Christoph Waltz is in, I automatically give it a chance.
Usually I can predict what will happen in a movie or TV show. Not in this one! Every moment is a surprise. Can't wait to see the next episode.
Finally. So many are way too predictable.
Christoph Waltz is back!!!!! This is the Christoph I've missed, I can't wait to see this
I loved this. Christoph Waltz is great with that wonderful projection of divisive malice. I used to be a Consultant.... brought back many malevolent memories.
Christoph is insanely perfect for this character. I have been watching his movies ever since I saw inglorious basterds.
That's a long time ago for this new world we live in. It's almost like we were alive when Jesus walked on earth. 😄
It's simple: I see Christoph Waltz I click like 🤷🏽♂️
@Byron Fretz simple things...
@Byron Fretz thanks mate 🍻
This comment is underrated. You should definitely have a couple million likes. 😆
I know right!? Christoph Waltz and Nat Wolffe!!! What could possible go wrong? 🙆♀️😉
Simple AF
I will watch anything with Christoph Waltz in it.
I watched the entire thing all night. Such a unique concept. Christopher Waltz is so talented.
Not sure what more there is to say about Christoph. I'd watch the guy tile a bathroom. Unbelievable!
Each tile would be scared to disappoint him in any way.
Intriguing. Definitely on my watch list, at least for the first 2 episodes.
I’ll be the first one to watch this can’t wait. Christoph waltz is so good.
Christoph Waltz is a living legend!
Giving this series a shot 100% because of Christoph...do not care about opinions of others or reviews (I usually do :) )
It would be a awesome twist at the end that turns out that Waltz character was protagonist all along, though of an anti-heroic sort, who uses amoral if not illegal methods to uncover nefarious things going on at the company. The job given to him by the shareholders is to make the problems go away quietly with little inconvenience, and perpetrators suffer an horrible fate you feel sorry for but do to their actions had it coming.
This is adapted from a Bentley Little novel.
I can assure you, with all confidence; that is not the case.
Praise Ralph.
Christoph was born to play the villain we all worship.
Waltz is next level.
Excited for this
Christoph Waltz is a special man. He is perfect for this role.
I loved this show I hope it runs for another 10 seasons
This show is absolutely amazing and kept me guessing the whole time...loved it.. cant wait for season 2.
@PLANTBASEDMINISTRIES also Mrs.sang the mom was only suspected of being dead. They needed proof.
My excitement for this is off the charts
You will be disappointed unfortunately
GIVE US A SEASON 2 OF WAYNE!!! 🖤
YESSSS
Why Are You Fearful Ye of Little Faith by Sensus Fidelium.
I loved wayne
Omg yes!!! I was really hoping that would happen when Wayne ended up on prime.
is better?? I didn't watch it
This is the kind of movie that will literally make me start my 30-day free trial
This is going to be awesome. ❤ Christoph
If Christoph Waltz makes a cooking show about "How to open a tuna can?" ... I will still watcgh it! 🙌
He has
Hesitant. But, hey, Waltz is there and doing what you'd expect of him: Keep you interested and willing to ride along. (Update: Now 6 episodes in and I'm hooked).
I had such high hopes
Seeing that Christoph Waltz was in this, I already knew I was going to watch this. Watched the trailer anyways just to get a taste. Now I'm Hungry 🤤
Finally Christof Waltz has been given a worthy project he deserves.
"Christof"
Such a brilliant actor.
Waltz was a scene stealer in this series. An amazing screen presence that radiates through the production. Only he could have effectively played this character.
A disgruntled Twitter worker uses chat gpt to write a show. The prompt: Elon Musk fired me. Write a show about that.
@TimyoMAMA_FAT ?
@Asim Qazi was the movie made “way before?” adaptations constantly bend to the times. Elon may not source inspiration, but clearly influenced the final product
@Ditzygypsy Jay adapted in modern times and directly referencing his remote employee ultimatum
🤣🤣🤣 Storyline must suck because CGPT doesn't write very well. Bezos and Elon don't get along so he would've jumped at the plot.
Wherever the Christoph Waltz is , there is creativity
😀
@Marcus Keeler Well, in every movie I watched, he conveys the character in the fullest way, especially those mysterious and deep characters that only talented actors like him can do, on other hand Look at actor Tom Cruise. He also has one color in acting and he is great at it. Sometimes choosing characters far from his field may bring the opposite result.
Well, you say that but, has he ever played a different character to this one? He's like Roger Moore was, One single, narrow character actor.
Saw the adverts on Amazon, and the reviews weren't great. But, started watching, and so far, it's pretty cool. Hope it keeps it up.
My sister got assessed by a consultant at her former job in a multinational. Suffice to say she felt like a worthless piss of shit for months nearly broke her mentally. This show is depicts exactly what a Consultant is.
No one can scare you with a look better than Christoph Waltz . i feel like im in trouble whenever he gives that stare, lol
After The Accountant, we have the Consultant. I am waiting for The CEO!
oh, there is nobody like THE accountant.
Portfolio Manager
Corporate Liquidator.
@ShyGamers Thanks! Have a great Sunday Evening!
dont forget The Intern :D
Brilliant we want more ❤
This is an adaptation of the Bentley Little book. Interested to see what they do with it.
I walked into a Chipotle and announced that I was the new consultant. I gave a motivational speech, made two carnitas bowls to go, then left.
Waltz is one of my absolute favorite actors
Love it. Better than " You " season 4 Netflix. 😍
Absolutely incredible
Watching this right now. 1st ep and loving Christoph..
I like how he gives one hour to those remote workers..haha.
I worked for an amazon slavehouse- I mean warehouse and for an entire month they had this dude come in and just all day long observe everyone and go thru everything. @AndreVD I think we're going to have to let that slide and I think that will make some so great it's because he has the same mannerisms if he is a good or bad guy
@Byron Fretz of course it was awesome, my point was to say that the type of acting and the tone is very similar between his characters.
He doesn't always play the antagonist, his django unchained character was fucking awesome.
Just finished it. Fantastic
Kinda excited this is actually a series
Finally, consultants get their due
He used the word streamline, he really is into character. If the dialogues include other bullshit corporate words such as let's circle back, deep dive and synergies, this is really about consulting :D
More Christoph Waltz yeeees.
Finally something I am excited to watch.
Very disappointing ending
Love Christoph 🙌🏼
christoph waltz is unique.
Christoph Waltz going full Cristoph. I'm there for it.
I don't know what on earth is going on here, but damn I've got Hanz Landa vibes, so yes I'm all in, definitely watching the heck out of this.
I want to say a big thank you for your love and support I am really very pleased that all of you have been around all these years of my career. I appreciate your support and warm comments I want to say thank you very much I humbly appreciate you all God bless you all
This looks pretty interesting. Great actor!
Such a great actor!! ❤
This is what happens when an Industrial Engineer becomes peak form. I like it.
I met Christophe Waltz when I was working as background for The Green Hornet he was very cool he’s a very alented Actor 😀
"You must expect great things of yourself before you can do them." *Michael Jordan
how is he doing it...? it was 2 minutes.. and i really feel stressed by his great performance..100% will watch
The ending was absolutely HORRIBLE
Denzel Washington, Morgan Freeman, Christoph Waltz, that's my top 3 actors since 1990, in that order.
This Christoph Waltz! Finally.
Christoph Waltz is mesmerizing...
Only a german can play this role so convincing.
We had a consultant like him in our office, 1800EUR per day, he used to make colourful Excel sheets 😉
This is what consultants dream of being lol
He is such a good villain.
I see Waltz, I watch.
Indeed Christoph does the Waltz.
I haven't watched something this unpredictable in a long time
I hear Christoph Waltz; Im in!!!
Walt again coming up with his best
Everything good about the show is in the trailer. Not even Waltz can save this disaster.
It's a lot funnier than the trailer makes it look
I've got to say that I am consultant and this show describes my typical Monday to a "T".
Hans Lander done survived his scalping, then went to Havard to study consultancy!. Im all for it!! 👌
If I had a penny every time a trailer used the classical EA sound effect plus narrative combination I'd be rich by now.
I see Christoph Waltz, I click.
Definitely see some similarities with his role in Spectre as Blofeld
I'm still waiting for another Han Landa performance from Christoph Waltz.
You got it
“Here’s Christopher Waltz to fire you in a weird accent: you’re fyrrrrrd!”
They really made another movie from this family guy line
Chris is the only reason that can make me suspend my disbelief with this villain. Because the premise alone makes me laugh the more I think about it! 🤣
Christoph waltz best actor alive
Finally, a docuseries about Bezos himself. Nice!
