I am watching this for 3rd time and I am still amazed by Lee Know. We all know his lower body strength is unmatchable even Bang Chan lost against him but his upper body strength is no joke remember how effortlessly he lift Han and Felix regularly and on Maniac stage of Music Core you can see his core strength and in recent Talker the way he was doing plank just wow.
