After the retracking it underwent, I gotta say that this has gotten so much more insane and amazing! Can't go wrong with a coaster designed by The Gravity Group.
Glad y’all finally visit the Bullet. Loved operating that coaster. I operated from 2014-2019. The person at the Panel is one of my good friends. Glad he got his chance to be on this review and be in the video. The coaster has improved since the retracking was done. I have to ride it one more time before it’s Rehab period starts starting next month before the open it up for the 2023 Spring Break season. I usual ride it at the beginning of the year and at the end of the year. Been a big thing for me since I left in 2019.
I love the Boardwalk Bullet. Goes to show what you can do in such a tight piece of real estate. I remember seeing it under construction and couldn't believe that it was going to be more than a "kiddie" coaster, but Landry's (the parent company that owns Kemah Boardwalk and a number of restaurant brands) really did it right - goes to show that when a company focuses on creating an attraction that draws guests and keeps them coming back will do wonders compared to parks that know the guests will come even if they don't maintain it - they keep that ride running in tip-top shape. In the times I rode it before I moved out of Houston (10 years ago), I was never disappointed, and based on your reactions Rob, I wouldn't be disappointed if I rode it today.
I am SO glad this ride has started getting the recognition it deserves. Nobody knew of this thing for the longest time, and then thoosies here on KZclip put it in the spotlight big time. It deserves every ride! Good job Gravity Group!
We rode a few years ago and man it was butter smooth for a wooden coaster! I was expecting the worst and come off thinking it might be the best wooden coaster in the state! Texas Stingray is pretty good over at San Antonio but a night ride on the Bullet is hard to beat!!
It is truly amazing how much track they were able to fit into that limited amount of space. That Coaster looks aggressive and exciting. Thank you for another cool video of a coaster I will likely never ride but, have always wondered about. You're The Best!
I love wooden rollercoasters like this where it keeps collapsing in on itself and going further and deeper within the structure getting more and more claustrophobic. Looks like amazing fun!
I never heard of this beautiful coaster before. Where is it located? Thank you for introducing it to us folks who never heard of it before. That coaster looks FANTASTIC 👌. IT LOOKS AND SOUNDS VERY SMOOTH. How fast does it go? It looks like its very fast. I agree with the comments, and i agree w the person who gave credit to the builders for building a monster coaster like that in a small area. One mite think with the lack of space, the curves would be to tight, and could cause the train to run slow and be to rough to cause aches and pains. But, they built it the right way, and the curves are awesome, With lots of straights and excellent twists and turns. It looks like a real fun time.
@phoenixshade3 hello sir, thank you for that great info. I did read it was in texas and that it was retracked. But your info is much more informative, thanks. Im 55 w low back pains too, and i would still ride coasters if i went to the parks. I love woodies better than the new coaters. I did notice how nice the track looks. It looks very smooth. I cant believe its only 51 mph, except i hade a feeling that it couldnt be that fast in that small, tight area. But, wow, you are right about the twists and turns making it look fast and it wouldnt matter because of the excitement we will have when riding it. Thank you, i hope that you feel better. Merry Christmas Glen
It's at Kemah Boardwalk, near Houston/League City, TX. Top speed isn't super-fast at 51 mph, but winding through the support structure definitely adds to the sense of speed, and the pacing (intervals between elements), more important than speed IMO, is impeccable. It has been retracked more than once, and each time has smoothed it out quite a bit. I think that the POV from the back really shows how smooth it is now. Obviously not glass-smooth but that's kind of the point of woodies. I'm in my 50s and have had a lower back injury, but I could still marathon this all day without issues. Definitely in my top 10 for wood coasters and probably top 25 overall.
Theme Park Review! Blippi's trying to be you in this video! *By the way, skip to the point where he's actually ON the coaster...* kzclip.org/video/dMV8hL_RH2k/бейне.html&ab_channel=BlippiWonders-EducationalCartoonsforKids
One of my favorite wood coasters, not only to ride, but to look at. It's insane how Gravity Group was able to stuff so much ride into so little space.

Right??? I couldn’t believe how well it was running!

It’s riding great!!!
It had been about ten years since we last rode it and these were by far the best rides we’ve ever had on it!

It's looks like it is running much better than it has in the past
Man, the length and amount of air time they squished into that small surface; really impressive
Wow this truly looks like a must ride!
Wow, what a great layout! This thing looks like it realls hauls ass!!! Great video, guys! :)

This looks right up my alley. Just the thing to make the long winter ahead look even longer here in the northeast. Can’t wait to get back on track.

This coaster looks great (reminds me of the Woody at Knott's Berry Farm!) ☺️

Now this looks like great fun.

Love Kemah. A very beautiful Texas coast city
Gravity Group was able to cram a wooden shuttle coaster among buildings in a tiny amusement park in Texas
I still play the dvd/blu ray you use to sell 💕
I wish I was as happy as Robb.
You should do Texas Stingray at SeaWorld San Antonio next!🎢🎢🤠🤠
Bro, I just scream so loud that I found out that you went to Kemah
LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!
Much chuckle. I was getting on a cruise ship in Galveston while you were filming this lol.
How old is it? I reckon it's 50 or 40 years old, but still looks awesome. You CAN ride The Error for the next video.
I was born in 2012
O wow I wasn't born since then
It's not that old--opened in 2007.
これは楽しそう!
Nice speed 👌👌🔥
Realy great Coaster🥰
I feel like if this ride was RMC'd it would be worth the trip to the boardwalk alone
How fun is was!
Can you tell me how your povs aren’t like shaky lime other peoples povs are?
Favorite wooden coaster.
