I honestly adore this.. I get the whole blue taking over thing but I don't mind it. I feel like the super colorful ripple rainbow bits give it such an interesting beauty and it balances all out having it all like that
This is so interesting and very beautiful! I love the peek-a-boo colors. Im wondering if when you blew it , it caused the over saturation of blue and the muted effects . I think its pretty sweet how it turned out! Thanks for what you do.❤
Looks like a peacock tail. Beautiful!! You make me want to run out and get supplies and try to make this beautiful artwork you make. And I love listening to you. Your voice and accent are so soothing to me. Thank you for your videos. ❤️
Acrylic pours does take a lot of paint and if you've never done any kind of poor buy the cheapest paint and whatever kind you do don't forget some kind of pouring medium even if its water all the acrylic paints are really thick. Also Idk how many times I've tried doing some of these and mine never look as good. My best was the chain or string pulls the painting looks like calla lilies. Best of luck
I absolutely love it. It has inspired me with ideas for my own work. I do have a suggestion though. Before all the paint has fully gone from the very top of the colander where you poured the paint, have you considered you considered using the paint from the outside of the colander to create another piece of art? I can see at least two ways. Others may see more. Remove the colander to another clean area to work to avoid ruining what you have already made. If you have a second person to help you, if you got a large plain sheet of paper or a canvas as well a cling film. Tear off some clingfilm, now take each corner & carefully place it over the paint on the colander & down the side carefully. Now lift the cling film & lightly lay of the top of your paper, canvas etc. do not press down as you will ruin the pattern & apply too much paint to the paper. You maybe able to apply to more than sheet if you do not put down too much paint on each item. Let it dry out completely & you have created paper that could be used in craft work, or to wrap gifts or put in a photo frame. The second option. If you have small items you wish to decorate like mini canvases, tiles, plain wooden boxes etc. Again, removed the colander from your canvas so you do not ruin your canvas you are currently working on. Take each of your small items & carefully apply the side of your item you wish to decorate into the paint on the colander, remembering not to press down too hard. You only want to press down enough to cover your item otherwise you will have to much paint or you will muddy the colours out of their beautiful patterns & colours & instead create grey/green/brown muddy colours. Repeat this process until you run out of beautiful patterned paint or items you wish to apply the paint to. I hope this can help inspire anyone reading this to find ways to use their excess leftovers that would normally just be disposed of. Happy crafting everyone
I REALLY enjoyed watching the process of what to use, how to create as well as how to make alterations, if desired. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the end product, which I think is mesmerizingly beautiful. As I'm new to your channel, I have a few questions that maybe were answered in other videos.. so I appreciate your patience and generosity in helping me with my questions. I noticed you'd mentioned your shaking, but that it wouldn't stop you from creating art. Firstly.. kudos to you! 🙌🏼How inspirational! We need more of this in life! 💯 I realize it's personal information and completely respect your decision not to share the reason(s) why you were shaking. I suppose I'm trying to find a connection to those who also have disabilities and are determined to not allow those disabilities to prohibit them from participating in the things that bring them joy. I have tremors without a medical diagnosis (as no one at the VA is either taking me seriously or knows what to diagnose me with (very common in the VA system). I'm currently seeking out things which I can enjoy with workarounds that others in similar situations have already discovered, thus saving me time & resources by not having to go through the entire searching and modification process myself. You can privately message me to share if that's something you'd prefer. Comment here if that's what you'd prefer and I'll try to find a way to contact you to give you my info. I also noticed a few sounds in the background that I'd be happy to know more about.. I heard what sounded like a rooster 🐓 and wanted to know if what I heard was in fact a rooster. I also heard what sounded like a metronome, but it could just be a clock ⏰ that was ticking. It was likely a clock, but I'd be happy to know what it was nevertheless. I'm aware my questions might seem odd, especially if you're not also neurodiverse. My brain works differently than other people's brains, which I suppose is the simplest way to describe it. I appreciate your time as well as your perceived good nature, grace, and patience in helping me with these questions. 💯🙏🏻
I’m an artist and I think it’s beautiful I like the contrast of the different colors and that it’s not the same all the way around it’s absolutely gorgeous I like the yellow in the middle bit after you messed with it it still looks good because when the yellow was in the middle of you lifted yet and then went out to the corners beautiful work nice job
Mixing colors sometimes can be complicated, it will make your art look dull, but your artistry its always on point, thank you for the tutorial, an excellent learning experience, it happens to awesome artists, always try on a small canvas, specially all those color's that u mixed, I try doing your tutorials, and never been successful at it , I'm a naturalist artist, landscapes and all kinds of art,but pouring, it's just we don't hit it off ,lol zzzzz
Honestly Fiona, you paint the prettiest paintings. I've loved watching you come "out of that box" and just paint that most inspiring painting. You've truly created a masterpiece this time as well.
Wow! This is different and absolutely gorgeous! I love the rippley effect and the fine spikey white lines. They really give the petals a 3D quality - makes them look concave. 😍💖
Never seen this done before. All I could keep thinking was “that’s an awful lot of paint she’s pouring in that cup”. It’s very interesting. I actually like the yellow in the center because it offsets the blue. For me, the blue is too much and too dark. Art is in the eye of the beholder. 😊
Thank you for bringing this up close… I am from California… The desert actually in California… And your picture looks like a flowering cactus! It’s simply beautiful
Those ripples are so neat with the yellow. I like how you changed the center from so much yellow. I think its beautiful. Thanks for sharing all your experiments with us.
So I found that puppy pee pads or even human pee pads work wonderful for paint pouring to keep the mess down. Inexpensive and they work well. I'm not sure what ur using but wanted to suggest these. I was using the plastic sheeting but I found these to be cheaper. And I absolutely LOVE your work. Thank you so much
Very pretty. On the closeup you can see a really nice design. The blue really took over. Try it again with different colors. I would like to see this with black, gold and copper. And maybe silver.
The yellow ribs are really interesting. They create perspective and depth for the colours next to them. Love the experimentation. It reminds me of Venus fly trap, calendula and lavendar!!
The painting is lovely. Yes the blue overtook a bit but the yellow "fringe" on the petals is gorgeous. You are a fine talent. Thank you so much for sharing with your many followers. And the chorus supplied by one joyous rooster was a background of beautiful sound. I'm envious because I dearly want chickens but live in a snooty neighborhood that doesn't allow them. So I guess that means no goats either right?
That's so beautiful, I like that, I'll be trying to do that myself one day of course: I got the acrylic paint, I got that to have to get me another colander from the Dollar Tree but you did a good job on that.
Very interesting result. The yellow lines provide some definition. I love the ripple affect. The blue definitely took over but on the whole the painting is quite nice. Some of the other bright colors got covered by blue. ❤️❤️🌸🌸
So beautiful! @Fiona Art do you have an online shop where your art can be purchased? I LOVE watching you create them and would love if I could purchase one, if possible! 💕
Oh that's fun! Thank you for doing creative stuff - I agree it's very blue - but the colorful parts are so glorious - I will look at more of your videos ... thank you
I enjoy watching your videous and since i like blue i find this particular piece mouth watering and beautiful.the effects are perfect to give a leaf edge I think you acomplish a wonderful piece here.
Very beautiful 🥰 i love it .. i love all your works and experimenting.. keep it up.. you are a great inspiration 🥰 I understand why you didnt seem too convinced, its a little dark and has too much blue.. but my personal impression about colander pours, is that more bright colors should be used and less dark ones.. and the darkest should go at the bottom of the canvas, which means they should be placed last in your cup.. if you understand what i mean.. maybe you could give that a try.. but don’t get me wrong, i still loovee how this one turned out ♥️
Hi , I always love everything that you do. And some of the things you do with all the cells I wondered what is it you use for a medium to do your cells ? Thanks 😁
Beautiful and very fun to watch. My daughter enjoyed watching with me too. You peaked her interest. I would have liked it with a little less blue I think but that’s just me. Either way, still very beautiful.
Very beautiful love ❤️ thx 😊it’s gorgeous
OK love X ❤ 😍 💖 ❣
Слишком много синего. Это не мой цвет и он испортил всю гениальную задумку...
The rooster out back approves !
@Fiona Art ok

@Kerry Topel she can’t!
She didn’t really “paint” anything.
@Time Foolery they all are. This is day camp art.
It’s kinda like a psychedelic tie-dye!
I love the peacock fireworks vibe and blended colours. It's kind of like a toned down hologram. Thanks
I never knew blue was that dominate,I would love to see the other colors but it's beautiful just like peacock feathers
Looks like a peacock tail. Beautiful!! You make me want to run out and get supplies and try to make this beautiful artwork you make. And I love listening to you. Your voice and accent are so soothing to me. Thank you for your videos. ❤️
I did, lol doing this today

But they take a whole lot of paint to make these pictures.
Idk if I could afford to buy all of that. I guess You Can. 😀💕

I love the blue and purple. Really unique.

I saw the peacock vibes at first and then the close up made me think of a shiny beetle carapace. Beautiful!
Your creativity with all the objects you use in your pours is amazing. I love watching your videos. Gives me more confidence.
Honestly Fiona, you paint the prettiest paintings. I've loved watching you come "out of that box" and just paint that most inspiring painting. You've truly created a masterpiece this time as well.

Oh wow! I adore your work! Keep producing talented one!! You’ve got this. Just what I wanted to see today. Lots of love from ML in the UK xxx
I'm mesmerized by the pouring...I love it!
I just love watching the paint as it slowly cascades down the collider! So lovely a final outcome! 😊💗
Those ripples are so neat with the yellow. I like how you changed the center from so much yellow. I think its beautiful. Thanks for sharing all your experiments with us.
How absolutely gorgeous! My immediate thought was of those macro shots of succulents or agave! Amazing pour for sure c:
I swear there is pure magic coming out of your fingers! Just beautiful.

wow I love that feathery kind of petal - you just called it ripple effect ( I assume it's from the drip ) just gorgeous
This is such a beautiful pour. Very nice !!
It’s very pretty even though it is really blue. Maybe it will be different after it dries, but I love the richness of these colors together!
I really like this. Colors are beautiful. I like what you did to the center flower, moving the blue inward.
The painting is lovely. Yes the blue overtook a bit but the yellow "fringe" on the petals is gorgeous. You are a fine talent. Thank you so much for sharing with your many followers. WOW!! Different than I expected! Beautiful!!!!
I love your work. It’s simply amazing and beautiful. Always so fun to watch.
This is so beautiful. What a great idea. So creative!!
You are creative genius...very gifted! Love the colors and even the yellow center. ❤️
I think it’s beautiful. Thank you for sharing the experiment! It is very interesting to see the process!
That's so beautiful, I like that, I'll be trying to do that myself one day of course: I got the acrylic paint, I got that to have to get me another colander from the Dollar Tree but you did a good job on that.
Beautiful, really looks like a peacock feather!!! Thanks for another wonderful video
Such gorgeous details Fiona 😍💙 maybe a little too much blue but it's still fantastic! Absolutely love this one 😀
Thank you. Agree about the blue 😐
Gorgeous! Beautiful colors! Love the pattern 😍😍😍
Very interesting result. The yellow lines provide some definition. I love the ripple affect. The blue definitely took over but on the whole the painting is quite nice. Some of the other bright colors got covered by blue. ❤️❤️🌸🌸
I, too, love the ripple effects Fiona!! The greenish blue was a little bossy. I love how you experiment for us.
Beautiful absolutely beautiful.i was really wondering how it would turn out using the colander and it was beyond what I expected
Wow, the reveal is surprisingly beautiful! And then you made it even better!
Very very interesting! Maybe a little too dark but there's a lot to like in it.
They look like feathers. Great work! 👍
So beautiful! @Fiona Art do you have an online shop where your art can be purchased? I LOVE watching you create them and would love if I could purchase one, if possible! 💕
I love, love that! The designs it made are fantastic. Blue is good because it is soft looking.
Really pretty, I think the yellow pops, to bad there was not more around the edges, love the colours
Very interesting, surprising effects. Love the yellow lines, the blue took over and covered an interesting design. Live and Learn was always my motto.
I love it. Beautiful colors. I may have tried to do some more circles in those blue colors and see what would have been exposed.
You are so talented! I love your art work😀
I love this! Thank you for sharing it!
The color choices are always surprising to me. And I LOVE IT!! Also I like how you “camouflaged” the center. 🤣😂🤣
Thank you for the tutorial. As much as I love blue, I agree it kinda overtook the other colors but it is still quite beautiful and a keeper.
It turned out amazing! The colors are incredible.
Love the different pattern. Wish it showed more of those beautiful colors 😍. 💙💙💙
I love it! The blue makes the flower pop! Very beautiful.
I love this so much! I personally instead of the blue would add two different shades of green potentially on either side of the yellow
Absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing!
I love it. So many interesting details and colors. Thank you Fiona.☮️💖🎶
How stunning is this. I love it. ❤
This is absolutely stunning.
