James I have wanted to do this since 2014. I was blessed with the opportunity to do it in 2019 and then the pandemic hit. So now I am in bricks and mortar and I hate it everyday. I can't wait to get back on the road. I am completely rebuilding my van and I am super excited about it. Warning.....This life and the sense of freedom that you feel is contagious ;o) Hope to see you down the road!!!🚐
Bro always carry extra plumbing products, fuses, and belts for the truck. When you're camping and full hook up, once you leave the site always turn the outside water source off. Never leave your awning open when you leave. Consider attaching a cut off valve on each line. Good luck!
Bro you can have a plumbing and hardware store with you and still not have the right parts. Better advice would be to test everything before you leave home. Maybe even spend the night in the trailer and take a shower in it at home in the driveway.
Hi, ran across your channel. Thanks for the tip of bagging the electric hookup after you disengage your vehicle. Never thought about that b4. Enjoyed your foil pack meal. I make them, but i use gazebo room dressing. Its good but lots of sodium. Gonna try your seasonings you used …it looks delicious. Enjoyed your vid. Your chill manner is key to RV problems. Your right, it happens…just keep enjoying the experience. I subd so keep the food coming, coz im a foodie! 😂. Sincerely Mikki
Just found your channel. Great job on the video. While some channels just show the ups and not the downs of RVing, you kept it real. And you didn't let it wreck your time or trip. Look forward to seeing more journeys from ya, and best of luck.
Each time you venture out your fears will lesson I promise you. You will actually also gain a lot confidence with each outting because there will always be obstacles just like in home life and when you tackle them my gosh they will just build you up each time. Soon enough you will have a knowing of “you got this”. I boondock in a converted minivan so if I can do it in that you definitely can in your new rig. I also drove a semi truck cross country and that was always an adventure. Get out this summer and enjoy this wonderful country. Good luck out there.
I am in education and spring break/summer is coming so I’ll have to check out those women groups and face my fears. I work hard and am so looking forward to kicking back and relaxing. Thank for that information. I’ll be travel from just outside Dallas area so it’s good to know how much time it’ll take to get to the coast.
I understand. Even as a male, I sometimes get nervous also. It’s so much going on. I do know there are Women’s camping groups you can be a part of. They travel in groups. We just have to follow as many common sense safety precautions as possible. I try to travel in the day. Even with Boondocking, I Love it! But, I don’t want to do it where I am the only one there period. I try to go to somewhere like the beach where they are groups of people Boondocking. And, of course, I stay prayed up. I just go to a point where I didn’t want to not do something because of fears.
I’m a new subber. I really appreciate you being honest. I am an elderly woman, and have been made to feel stupid for some of my missteps. I’ll be watching regularly to learn more. Thank you.
Hello! Thank you so much for subscribing! No ma'am, things that happen dont define us! How we respond to those things, and learn and grown from them, is what defines us. I appreciate your support!
Part of your travel kit; go to Home Depot. There's a little kit specifically for PVC pipes. It's a cleaner and glue. Also buy individual shark bites. That will help you make quick repairs on PVC pipes. Just to give you a heads up; glue does not stick to dirt. So before you put any glue on pipes, you must clean it first. I'm not sure if you did that or not. Hope this helps.
@Bromadic Life Adventures Thanks a lot man. Any problems, put it out there. We would be glad to help anyway we can. It’s good to see a brother out there enjoying himself. Stay safe.
See, that's the type of info I appreciate. That's why I am loving this community. Thank you so much! I just subscribed to your channel. I am looking forward to following your adventures.
I'm trying to not be jealous of what looks to have been a wonderful relaxing weekend! Despite the hiccups that were thrown, you still got to the beach, church, had a chill nap >at the beach< And great food. Living vicariously through you and others. Thank you for sharing!!!
@Bromadic Life AdventuresI’ll have to stay jealous/envious…I’m in a landlocked province that just had a 2’ dump of snow! Also we only have a tent that is best for hot summer nights never mind cold winter nights!😆
Thank You Fly Dawn! It is snowing and sleeting here in Dallas. Even though I have an RV, I want to do some Winter Car Camping just to see what it's like. How was your first trip?
Just found your channel and I definitely subscribed, my dream is to go out on the road and just be free the night setup you had on the beach looked amazing 😊🥰❤
@Bromadic Life Adventures it looks really relaxing even with the plumbing issues lol, it's 4am I'm in Jersey and about to watch your last upload enjoy your weekend 😊🥰
Hello April! Thank you for subscribing! I am still a newbie to this, but RVing is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It’s so freeing and relaxing. I say, GO FOR IT!
The most important thing I took away from your video: Don't let your joy be stolen! You remembered the goal was to get there and relax! Next time I get into a jam like this, I'm gonna remember what you did, and control what I can (my stress) and let go of what I can't until later on! (also, I gotta get me one of those little smoker grills for the road!)
Wow, I'm so glad your channel popped up in my feed! This is my first time watching, but I subscribed after enjoying your whole video and reading through your responses to all the comments. You seem to be genuinely humble, peaceful, and full of joy for life! 🤗 Glad to see you're a believer. Your gratitude explains your attitude towards things that are part of living life. Just tried Cracker Barrel for the first time last year in September when I visited my youngest and her family in South Carolina. It was delicious! I'm from San Diego, but I also have family in Dallas. Raised in a military family, I enjoy traveling and vacationing all over! I'll definitely be following your adventures and living vicariously through you! It's nice to see folks who look like me and enjoy so many of the same things. Continue to be blessed, and I'll be watching for your next post 😊
Man!!! This trip was quite an adventure bruh. Not sure how much relaxation you were able to get with the few challenges you experienced. But, like always, in your own special way, you handled them with ease. I was wondering…. Since your RV is fairly new, shouldn’t that plumbing issue be covered with a warranty? BTW, that meal looked awesome! Thanks for documenting your adventures. I wanna roll with you one day.
Come on Man! You know we are going to roll soon. I did take it to the dealership and it was covered under warranty. The fixed the water issue, the battery was bad, and they found a roof issue they fixed. All under warranty!
Great camping spot. Also I was thinking about the toilet issue. Maybe cut that water line to the toilet and install a shutoff valve so in case it happens again you can shut off the water to the toilet and still use the shower. 👍🏻
What's up Stanley? Thank you for watching! Yes, I have learned that was probably the best way to fix it. I ended up taking it to the dealership. It was still under warranty, so they fixed it.
@Bromadic Life Adventures my advice would be to spend the night in it either at home or close to home and use every fixture in it. If there are more problems at least you are close to home and not out the money for a failed trip. You do know that taking a shower in a RV is different than taking a shower at home. Wet yourself down soap up and rinse yourself off quickly to conserve water and not fill up your holding tanks to quickly. In an Rv it is more or less a spit bath.
Love your videos. I'm a glamper in a tent. I was thinking about your water issue moving forward. You might want to invest in a water container with a spout in case you don't have water again. Walmart sells them for about $10 and it holds 2.5 gallons of water. Thanks for sharing the hiccups along the way.
I didn't know Port Aransas allows beach camping. I'll have to look into this for when I travel back that way. Also, thank you for the information on AT&T reception.
Hello Bob! Yes, they allow Beach camping. I believe it’s between markers 1-64. You must purchase a permit for $12 per year. That will allow you to camp for 3 days. Then, you must leave for 2 weeks before you can come back. Pretty cool! Thanks for watching!
Man o man am I ready for RV life. One day I will get there. Loving the setup and beach scenery and the food looked delicious. May you have safe and enjoyable travels.
Hey, Sweetie! What a buzz kill with the water situation!😖 Glad it’s still under warranty. You may want to consider putting parchment paper on top of the foil; then place the food on top of the parchment paper. That way, aluminum won’t leach into your food. Glad you had a relaxing time. Keep the videos coming!🥳
Great video and great channel. I’m surprised you were able to keep your awning out during the day at the beach. We went to the beach last year and the wind almost tore ours off the camper. Like you stated on the video don’t feel alone with camper issues. Everyone of us that camp have them. Sadly as much as campers cost, none of them are made with a lot of quality.
@Luke yes all of them are subject to defects when new. It is better to maybe to camp or have a trial run either at home or close to home before taking a trip. With our infrastructure and highways nowadays I don’t see how any of them regardless of who builds them can stay together being pulled these awful highways.
Completely agree. Not at all questioning whether an airstream is superior in quality. Just making the point that all makes have a high potential of issues when new after going down the road. I would love to have a new airstream. The quality is definitely second to none
@Luke Air Stream doesn’t seem to cut corners on production cost. Their quality control is awesome. With our infrastructure the way it is nowadays a lot of trailers will fall apart going over rough roads. A cheaper trailer would probably be fine if a person was just going to the lake on weekends but to travel across country it would have to be a Air Steam for me. The company has withstood the test of time. Outside of modern components they are still manufactured about the same as in the early days. They have an outdated look to them on the outside but when inside a person would not care.
Yes exactly. Expensive and total junk. A man that delivers Jayco campers told me that he has had them come apart going down the road to be delivered. There is a new camper built every thirty minutes. Unless you can afford a quality built trailer like Air Stream don’t buy one.
Looks like you had an enjoyable time. I am brand new to van life and hit the road on 1-1-23. Although I haven't left my great state of Oklahoma, I have visited different metro area cities and trying to get adjusted. So far - so good. I'll have to check Port Aransas out one day. Enjoy!!!
@Bromadic Life Adventures I am brand new at this. So far, I have stayed overnight at Cracker Barrel, Flying J's, and casinos that have designated areas for overnight parking.
Great video, I recently purchased a used RV and then found out that I need to get propane tanks and a battery and also repair the kitchen faucet but other then that I look forward to "boon-docking" this coming spring. I learned a lot from your video and will continue to follow you adventures, perhaps I'll share my own in the future. Good luck and keep on keeping on.
Loved the video. My husband said you should get actual PVC glue and cleaner for your PVC pipes. You clean it and then use the "glue" isn't regular glue on both sides and hold it together for about 5 seconds as it will try to push apart. It actually sort of melts it together to make a good bond. He said he thought it would have had a better bond to begin with but sometimes it isn't done correctly in the first place. Looking forward to checking out more of your videos.
@Bromadic Life Adventures Yes use actual PVC Primer and PVC Glue. TKA is correct when both are used the PVC kinda softens and melts together and the 2 parts become one. Sets up in just minutes.
See, that's why I Love this community. That was some very useful information. Tell your hubby I appreciate it. I will add that to the list of all the things I am learning.
Hello Donna, Thank you so much for your support! I say, just go for it now rather that later. Maybe even try weekend getaways. I started Car Camping at the beach before I got an RV and it was so freeing and relaxing.
Thank you! I basically had to run my generator the whole time. I ended up taking it to the dealership. They found it was a faulty battery, so they replaced it and the toilet part.
Really really cool video. The trips in the rv are a lot longer then driving. I remember driving from New York to Texas. It took us two days lol. Great video. Thanks for sharing.
Hello from Cali. Today, this video popped up, and gave me an introduction into your adventures. Great energy, transparency, perspective and presentation. God Bless.
Oh my goodness! I just found your channel and I am in Love! I love your enthusiasm for life and adventure and travel. I love to travel and I am manifesting a man who likes to camp and travel and simply live!! Great video!! I will be catching up on older episodes and count me in as a new subscriber!
Hi! It's me, your new sub. Enjoyed your video. Can't wait for you to check out more of Texas. So many options without having to go far. Looking forward to more cooking and camping. Happy travels!!
Your mobile tiny home is IMPRESSIVE..Your meal choices are restaurant quality..Keep shining bright like a diamond..💯👍💥You bring a touch of BOUGIE to the RV experience...You are parked at a beach..❤ Architectural sandcastles.. New subie from Atlanta..
Originally watched this vid because of the area. Love that Texas coast. Really enjoyed your presentation. Then, when I saw you take time from your holiday to go to church on Sunday I knew I had to sub. You seem like a great guy and enjoy your content.
I thought the same thing! It's nice to hear that you went and without making a big deal out of it, letting me know it was just natural to you. Now I'm reading your response, and I see I was correct. It's beyond wonderful to find like-minded people! God is so good to us ! Way more than we deserve or could ask or think! 🤗🙌🏿🙌🏿
What’s up John? Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it! I don’t deserve all I have been blessed with. So, giving God a little time is the least I can do.
We have been rving full-time for 6 years. I have never heard of this water issue happening. I hope you got it fixed. I would like to suggest your purchase a dehumidifier for your rig to make sure you pull all the water out. The dehumidifier is essential for full-time living. Your battery should not have died that quickly. We installed a cut of switch on our original battery. Rick put a video up how do this simple fix. We now have lithium batteries. I just came across your channel. Great video. God bless you!
Hello! Thank you so much for the info! I am loving the support of the RV community! The dealership checked it out and said it was a bad battery, so they replaced it. I do plan on getting lithium at some point. The toilet issue was covered and fixed, as well. Also, they found a roof issue that they fixed. I am blessed to have a great dealership who took care of everything quickly.
Great vid! Port 'A' is our home away from home. San Antonio being the main stomping grounds. Glad you had a good time despite the RV problems. I hope you've been to Port 'A' during the warmer months. It's really nice. Never knew about Cracker Barrel RV lodging. That's pretty cool to know.
Enjoyed your video. We camped in the exact spot you were in last November! You may have discovered by now that there are showers up and down that beach. Anyway , safe travels.
You should have gone to home depot or lowes and visited the plumbing department. You need pvc glue. I'm a fellow RVer out of San Antonio and it is a great way to see the country. Great vid - thanks for sharing!
I love the beach! I’m looking for an RV to pull behind my SUV. Something big enough for me and my Yorky puppy. I’m just at the looking stage but I’m seriously looking!!! It’s time I get out in the world start taking adventures for me. Thank you for sharing this video giving me some insights on what I might run into. Maybe we’ll cross paths one day. see you on the road.! My daughter just bought a house in Dallas and I’m up that way a lot, be blessed!
@Bromadic Life Adventures I’m from Prairie View, Texas…I’m in love with the Idea of camping especially on the beach!!! I visit RV dealerships so much that I know they’re sick of me. My nest is empty i’m newly single, and I’m ready for the open road adventures! I got the RV bug about 20 years ago. Now I have the opportunity to live my best life with God, myself and my dog! I drive a Ford explore any suggestions on what I should be looking for in my RV?
Great video. Thanks for sharing. Let me say this to all RV’ers/Vaners etc., always carry a 5 gallon bucket and a extra 5 gallon water bottle. In the event what just happened with you, you will still be able to bathe. 2 gallon of heated water in the bucket, use a cup pour water on body soap towel & bathe. Rise off and dry. Wash bucket and do dishes. I never said put the towel in the bucket, therefore your bucket stays clean. If I can wash a midsize car with a gallon of water, 2 gallons of water 💦 will wash your body. We are a wasteful people is the problem. I’m a woman that was raised in a aboriginal Indigenous and military family in the 60’s. Again thanks for sharing.
@Bromadic Life Adventures Thokozani You’re very welcome. It was a pleasure to watch your video as me and my family are thinking of getting a RV or mobile home, soon.
I'm watching your video and channel for the first I have subscribed and push the like button. It's really a joy to watch someone that's not doing a Hollywood production attempt have a you make me feel like you are talkin to me not the whole. It's a very good down-to-earth and thanks for sharing your face also. You make us wish we were there. God bless
Ramon, Thank you so much! Yeah, I really enjoy being regular. I am so glad you can appreciate my videos. Speaking of wish you were there, I will be planning some Meetup Campouts this Summer. Stay Tuned. I just love being around genuinely good people. So, I can't wait! I appreciate your support!
@Bromadic Life Adventures yes the food is so good when using fresh ingredients over the fire. I think you would enjoy it! Keep exploring and enjoying the outdoors. 😁
@Bromadic Life Adventures well, it was much how you cook your meat and veggies. You can also use a Dutch oven at camp. Do everything the same way , brown meat 1st . Add potatoes add beans if you like. Add water. Season to taste with garlic and onions pepper little chili pepper. Slow cooking! Don't forget the cornbread which can also be cooked at the campfire.
Great video 🙏🏽I’m a year and a half new into Rving and I did tons of research and I laugh every time something new pops up in terms of issues thankfully nothing major but it’s always something but it wouldn’t be rving without constant tinkering I experienced similar situations, like arriving at night to a campground lol I vowed that will never happen again, I purchased those light switch lights at Harbor Freight they have magnets so I place them on all 4 corners on the frame so it totally illuminates the underside in case you need to park in the dark, also for your trailer plug I got blue caps on Amazon be mindful of possible condensation when you use the plastic I also have canned air I always spray and clean out any sand debris ect before connecting them. Lastly I was taught to go to every connection under sinks ect and hand tighten because travel vibration will loosen connections I do so before hooking up water and activating pump I’m gonna check out that camping spot as well as getting that generator You have a nice set up I got a few great tips from watching, Thanks 🙏🏽 and travel safely 🙏🏽
What's up John! I did my research too, and they weren't lying about it always being something. I am learning to just roll with the punches. The great experiences far outweigh those minor setbacks. Thank you for watching!
Hey Bromad, if you are looking for some cool boondocking location for beach camping, Magnolia Beach is fantastic. It has tons of space for camping right near the ocean. The also have bathrooms and showers. My wife and I camp there every chance we get. We mostly boondock, so our camping is gear towards that fun. We live in Cedar Hill. Magnolia Beach is about 6 hours ish was from the house. Hope our paths cross on the open road for some Boondocking fun.!!!
What’s up Eric! I live about 20 min from Cedar Hill. Man, I appreciate that! Magnolia Beach is the next Texas Beach I have been wanting to visit! I heard it was beautiful! Do you have to have the yearly $12 beach pass?
Good evening…I enjoy your channel I’m planning invest class B RV… can’t wait to start my journey may god continue to blessed you on your journey…fireplace and food looks great💙
Love your attitude, in spite everything that went wrong you remained so positive. If I may offer a few suggestions. 1. please get that generator off the sand. Even if its piece of plywood. Sand has a way of getting into everything. 2.When leaving your trailer to go into town cover your generator. Low life's cruising the beach are always looking for easy targets. Locks only keep out honest people. Last buy one of those rough horse hair door mats to keep in front of your steps to knock off the sand off your shoes (or most of it) before getting on the steps and in the trailer. Just curios is your trailer under warranty? if so that's a free dealer fix.
Hello, Thank you so much for your support! I will remember that about keeping the generator off of sand . Also, I did have the generator chained to the trailer. I ended up taking it to the dealership and it was under warranty. They fixed the toilet, replaced a faulty battery, and also found a roof issue they fixed.
I spend a lot of time on port Aransas beach. It’s beautiful. I do leather craft work in different places around the country and staying in this area for a few months.
Stumbled on your channel tonight and we enjoyed it. It is really good to see other black folks out here in these RV streets. We really want to visit that spot you went to and take a shot at Boondocking as well. As for the leaking, I suggest that you always carry some Dicor, and also some flex seal too. I hope that you are able to get it fixed and they don’t beat you over the head with the repair. These RV manufacturers need to do a better QC of their products. Nonetheless you kept positive and have a great time.
@Ren O LOLOLOL! Yes sir, those talented Cowboys keep underachieving every year. The Giant looked great this season! That is a good idea about the Repair Box. Thanks for the suggestion! Yes sir, i would Love to roll out with someone like you and your wife do. But, at the end of the day I cant sit around and wait till that happens. To be transparent bro, it has help me learn a whole lot about myself. So, even rolling alone right now, it has been great!
@Bromadic Life Adventures oh that is great news! Get your repair box together to carry with you if you don’t have one. Have fuses, water hose gaskets, plumbers tape, screws, washers, etc. in it. I also like the fact that you get out there by yourself and do it alone. So peaceful. My wife and I love camping and we look forward to visiting several spots in Texas. We are in Augusta, GA and enjoy meeting and connecting with other RVers. Also, I saw that jersey and assume you are a Cowboys fan. So I can see why you had to get away. Your team let you down yet again. 😂 Safe travels our new KZclip friend. Go GIANTS!
Thank You! I appreciate your support! You gotta to Port Aransas. So, relaxing I actually took my RV to the dealership and it was covered under warranty. So, it is fixed. Now, I am ready to roll out for the next adventure!
Your channel just popped up in my feed. I've liked, shared and subscribed. Praying God's divine covering as you enjoy this beautiful world He's made. 🙏🙌
This is the first Episode I've seen but will take a peek at the others beginning with #1. GLORY TO GOD for the AWESOME work of His hands🌎. (Psalm 24:1-2, KJV)
Wow! Thanks Marcia! I always need His covering. I am not sure if you have seen my Denver - Day 1 episode. But, when I was up in those mountains, I was in awe of his creation. There is so much more I want to see.
I also had issues with the toilet water valve so I ended up putting a shutoff valve so we can still use the water in the rv. My rv is a two years old and it has happened twice. Now I carry a extra toilet valve with me.
Interesting. So, many people have suggested the same thing. The dealership fixed it since it was still under warranty. But, I will keep that in mind in case I run into that problem in the future. Thanks for your input!
Just fond your channel, and it gave me a lot of good ideas. For myself, I'm looking to buy an RV. I was just wondering if you could make more detailed videos on your buying and towing experience. Would also like to hear more about that RV share. Like how it's working out for you over time.
Thank You So Much! Welcome to the channel. Yes, I do plan on doing a video of my buying experience because I dealer has been wonderful. I will also talk about the tow experience, and RV Share. That should be coming up pretty soon!
😃Hi there👋🏽 your video popped up after the Adventure Bandits and we subscribed!!!! Looking forward to following you and ur adventures! My hubby and I got a Grey Wolf 29BRB 10/2021 and try to get out once a month since we’re not retired. We need more of us out here enjoying the RV experience, LET’S GO!! Safe travels, be blessed!
Awesome! Thank you for subscribing! I Love The Adventure Bandits! They are part of my motivation to start RVing. I hope we cross paths. Let's Gooooooo!!!
You have a good channel. I would encourage you to get out there and explore America. You have a nice setup and can easily do it. A few things is you can expect those types of leaks. They do not seal them properly from the factory. They slap them together and ship them out as fast as possible. Go through al of your fittings and ensure they are wrapped properly with plumbers tape and snug them down. If you are using lead acid batteries make sure they are topped off with distilled water. If they were low let your jenny run to get them topped back off because adding in the water discharges them a bit. I would also recommend getting a battery cell tester. They are cheap but will tell you if your lead acid batteries are no good or just need maintenance. Talk with other folks around you. In my experience most in the RV world are super friendly and helpful. You will develop many good friendships that way. Keep posting your experiences and get out there and enjoy life.
Wow! Jack, thank you so much for that valuable information. I am learning a lot. The dealership took care of the repairs as the RV is still under warranty. However, I do need to learn those gems you shared for future reference. I am going to eventually get a lithium battery. And you are right, it’s unbelievable how super friendly and supportive the RV community is. I appreciate your support!
"This rv fireplace is off the chain" keep the rubber on the road ✌️
Yes sir! Thank You!
I grew up camping on Port Aransas beaches! Now I want to go again!
I Love It!
Man it’s great to see a brotha out there doing this haven’t seen any and man I’m trying to get out there to experience it, great job sir
@There's nomad like home wry contagious!
Thank you James! I appreciate that. Yes, historically, there haven't been many out here. That is slowly changing.
Bro always carry extra plumbing products, fuses, and belts for the truck. When you're camping and full hook up, once you leave the site always turn the outside water source off. Never leave your awning open when you leave. Consider attaching a cut off valve on each line. Good luck!
Truck parts like a belt is where I fall short so far. Never changed one on a diesel so I'm not sure how hard it will be.
I just found your channel
@smlink51 Omg! That sounds so good! Thank You!
Just found your channel. Great job on the video. While some channels just show the ups and not the downs of RVing, you kept it real. And you didn't let it wreck your time or trip. Look forward to seeing more journeys from ya, and best of luck.
Thank you so much! Keeping it real is the only way I know to be!
Your trip looked so relaxing. I purchased a Travel Trailer this past summer but I’m a single women and am nervous to take it on a trip by myself.
@Tiny House Dreaming Thank you for that! My spring break is next week and I’m planning to just go for it!!
Each time you venture out your fears will lesson I promise you. Great video. Hope your RV travels continue to be safe and exciting 😉 Maybe someday our paths will cross ❌
Thank you so much Cathy! Welcome to my channel! I appreciate your support and I hope we do cross paths.
This is the first video I have watched from your channel. Your RV is awesome! Your personality on camera is Great. Wonderful video!!
I appreciate it Anthony! Thank you for watching!
I'm trying to start my new life this summer. Thanks for the real life videos. You are helping more than you know. #motivation
What’s up Matthew? I appreciate that brother.
Thanks for sharing you experience and embracing the minor setbacks Bromadic🤙🏾🤙🏾
Thank you so much for your support!
Love your energy, in spite of the water situation, you made the best of it 🙌🏾. That packet dinner is must try. Happy future Boondocking🙏🏾
Thank you for watching! I appreciate your support!
I'm trying to not be jealous of what looks to have been a wonderful relaxing weekend! Despite the hiccups that were thrown, you still got to the beach, church, had a chill nap >at the beach< And great food. Living vicariously through you and others. Thank you for sharing!!!
Uh oh! You all have real winters.
@Bromadic Life AdventuresI’ll have to stay jealous/envious…I’m in a landlocked province that just had a 2’ dump of snow! Also we only have a tent that is best for hot summer nights never mind cold winter nights!😆
Hello Misty, it was so amazing. Don't be jealous! Plan a trip and do it. I appreciate you supporting my channel!
?
Any frame problems?
Great video, and I commend your positive attitude in the face of challenges during your trip. Not being able to shower sucks, but you handled it well!
Thank you! Yeah, it can get frustrating. But, I did not want to let that define my trip!
I just did my first car camping trip. Definitely adding this location to my list of places to go! Great setup!
Thank You Fly Dawn! It is snowing and sleeting here in Dallas. Even though I have an RV, I want to do some Winter Car Camping just to see what it's like. How was your first trip?
Looks like a sweet location. Good vid. I like the authenticity and honesty. Look forward to more content.
Thank you!
Seems like a cool place. Thanks for sharing 😌
Thank you for watching!
My Bro it’s always a brighter side of any situation so it’s great to chose the positive side to view. Blessings on Blessings😇🙏🏽😍💜💜💜❣️
Well said. Stuff is going to come up. That's life. It was we deal with it that matters.
Just found your channel and I definitely subscribed, my dream is to go out on the road and just be free the night setup you had on the beach looked amazing 😊🥰❤
I appreciate your support! Another episode comes out tomorrow.
We love Port A. Hoping to get there this year! Enjoyed the video. You took things in stride, something I’m learning to do also.
Hello! Yes sir, I have had to learn that real quick! Lol
Bro, that’s it! Stuff is going to happen. How we respond to it is what matters. I appreciate your support!
Also, if you have any suggestions for adventures, please let me know.
Your support is greatly appreciated!
My husband and I have been campers for about 10 years we’re not full time yet but we are thinking about it. Enjoy your trip!!
Thank you so much! Go for it!
@Bromadic Life Adventures Bro’ make the dealership put in the shutoffs. They should be there anyway.
What's up Stanley? Thank you for watching! Yes, I have learned that was probably the best way to fix it. I ended up taking it to the dealership. It was still under warranty, so they fixed it.
Bro that RV is off the chain and the beachfront was on hit too. Stay Blessed bro.
@Bromadic Life Adventures Your welcome it's for me to support the home team.
I appreciate that Waheed! Thank you for watching.
Looking forward to your next video to see if you got your water issue fixed in the bathroom. I certainly hope so, keep your head up! 💜🙏🏽☮️
Hello Angel,
Yes, I took it to the dealership and it was under warranty. So, they fixed it. I am ready to roll. Thank. You for your support!
Hello Khadijah! Thank you for watching! Yes, you are right. I do need a backup.
Awesome! Safe travels❤
Thank you!!
I didn't know Port Aransas allows beach camping. I'll have to look into this for when I travel back that way. Also, thank you for the information on AT&T reception.
Cool! Let me know what you think!
@Bromadic Life Adventures Thank you for the info. I sent this vid to my wife so we can try the meal.
Hello Bob! Yes, they allow Beach camping. I believe it’s between markers 1-64. You must purchase a permit for $12 per year. That will allow you to camp for 3 days. Then, you must leave for 2 weeks before you can come back. Pretty cool!
Thanks for watching!
There’s always a plan B. We love Port A. Your nighttime is so zen.
Thank you!
Man o man am I ready for RV life. One day I will get there. Loving the setup and beach scenery and the food looked delicious. May you have safe and enjoyable travels.
Thank You! Make It Happen!
You got it going brother. Keep exploring soon in 4yrs I'll retire from Army and doing the same but full-time.
Thank you so much! That's sounds exciting. Thank you for your service!
Great video! I too have started enjoying the RV life, on the weekends in good weather. Really enjoyed your delivery and the way you kept it real.
Great suggestion! Thank you!
I agree. I even know a couple that’s friends of ours that have bought their second new airstream and it’s had to go back to warranty multiple times.
Yes exactly. Expensive and total junk. A man that delivers Jayco campers told me that he has had them come apart going down the road to be delivered. There is a new camper built every thirty minutes. Unless you can afford a quality built trailer like Air Stream don’t buy one.
Outstanding video. I'm a newby and this is helpful. Praise the Lord!!
Glad it was helpful! Thank you so much for your support!
First time watching your video. Very enjoyable! Loved the tin foil meal idea!
Thanks so much Margie! 😊. I appreciate your support!
Welcome!!! To the world of RVing!! Are you full time? Or is this a trip? I look forward to seeing your content going forward.😄
Keep. Ya. Day. Job. My. Brother, Pvc. Pipe. Repairs. Need. Pvc. Glue. And. Pvc. Primer, Ps. Keep. The primer out of your eyes!!
Thank You So Much! I am enjoying it! I am not full-time. This is a trip! I am looking forward to many more.
Wow Juanita! That is amazing! Congrats! What are some nice RV/Camping Spots you can suggest in Oklahoma?
Great video, I recently purchased a used RV and then found out that I need to get propane tanks and a battery and also repair the kitchen faucet but other then that I look forward to "boon-docking" this coming spring. I learned a lot from your video and will continue to follow you adventures, perhaps I'll share my own in the future. Good luck and keep on keeping on.
Thank you Phil! Please share your adventures. That would be cool!
Your videos motivate me to rent an RV and take my sons on a trip 😊. They're just scare I'll be the one driving 😁
LOL! I believe that is a great idea! It would be an experience they would never forget.
Praise God. I'm so excited for your Adventure. I'm dreaming of the Day when I can start my RV adventure. God Bless and keep you.
Hello Donna,
Thank you so much for your support! I say, just go for it now rather that later. Maybe even try weekend getaways. I started Car Camping at the beach before I got an RV and it was so freeing and relaxing.
Way to keep a positive attitude!!! I feel ya. Were you able to get the battery charged? or did you have to run your generator the whole time? 😀
Thank you! I basically had to run my generator the whole time. I ended up taking it to the dealership. They found it was a faulty battery, so they replaced it and the toilet part.
Adding this to the places I wanna go man, thank you
Cool! Thank you for watching!
Loved sharing your experience at port A we always welcome you.
Thank you Donna! That is my go-to spot when I need to unwind and do nothing. I am trying to get my parents to go with me next time.
Really really cool video. The trips in the rv are a lot longer then driving. I remember driving from New York to Texas. It took us two days lol. Great video. Thanks for sharing.
Oh wow! Now NY to Texas was a drive! Thanks You!
We love our generator, we got the 4650 remote start one and it’s great. It runs everything but we only have a 30 amp rv.
Always expect the unexpected, it happens to all of us part of life make the best of it you did good
Yes sir! Thanks for watching!
Hello from Cali. Today, this video popped up, and gave me an introduction into your adventures. Great energy, transparency, perspective and presentation. God Bless.

Hey, I am new to the TX area! I would love to take this trip to the beach!
Hello Pamela,
Welcome to TX! Where are you from?
Glad you're pulling that and not me lol. Seriously nice RV! Love the video and 88 Irvin. Keep the adventure going!
LOL! Thank you! Go Cowboys!
Born in Texas and raised in Arkansas! Great content.
Awesomeness! Thank you for your support!
Hi! It's me, your new sub. Enjoyed your video. Can't wait for you to check out more of Texas. So many options without having to go far. Looking forward to more cooking and camping. Happy travels!!
Hello Dee! Thanks for subbing!
Love Port Aransas, TX. Great place! Stay safe on the road!
Thank You!

Great video and loved going to church. Looking forward to more relaxing and some awesome eating experiences. Thanks for taking us along.
Thank you Danny! I appreciate your support!
Sweet...looks fun and relaxing! I'll be camping on the beaches around Port A for a couple of weeks next winter. Can't wait!
Yes sir! It was very relaxing! I hated to leave!
Great vid! Port 'A' is our home away from home. San Antonio being the main stomping grounds. Glad you had a good time despite the RV problems. I hope you've been to Port 'A' during the warmer months. It's really nice. Never knew about Cracker Barrel RV lodging. That's pretty cool to know.
Thank you! Yes, I have been to Port Aransas in the Summer. I Love It!
Enjoyed your video. We camped in the exact spot you were in last November! You may have discovered by now that there are showers up and down that beach. Anyway , safe travels.
Yes i did notice the showers. Thank you so much for watching!
I bet it was beautiful being on the beach at night. Port A’s beach is a place of peace for me.
Yes Rachel! That is my go to place for peace, to clear my mind, and relax.
Hey I just found your channel. Congratulations on your RV. Your water issue might be covered under your warranty. It’s worth looking into.
@Bromadic Life Adventures awesome, glad to hear everything is covered under warranty.
Thank You! Yes, I did find out everything is covered under warranty. They also found a roof issue that was covered too!
Thank you for the great video. I am looking into buying an RV and definitely learning a lot from you.
Thank you! Go for it! You won’t be disappointed! I appreciate your support!
Hey Bro. Sorry you had such a ruff night after the Cracker Barrel stop. I really enjoyed your video.
Thank you Dorothy! It’s all good. There are definitely more great experiences than ruff ones! I appreciate you watching.
You should have gone to home depot or lowes and visited the plumbing department. You need pvc glue. I'm a fellow RVer out of San Antonio and it is a great way to see the country. Great vid - thanks for sharing!
Whats up Don? Next time I definitely know what to do. Man, I am loving this RV thing. I wish I had started sooner.
@Alwaysalady13 Loretha That is wonderful! I am not sure what Travel Trailer to recommend. I would start with finding out what you towing capacity is.
@Bromadic Life Adventures
I’m from Prairie View, Texas…I’m in love with the Idea of camping especially on the beach!!!
Sounds great! Make it happen! It is so freeing. Dallas is a great city! Where are you from?
Love the realness. Looks great!
Thank you!
Awesomeness!
@Bromadic Life Adventures Thokozani
You’re very welcome. It was a pleasure to watch your video as me and my family are thinking of getting a RV or mobile home, soon.
Wow! Thank you so much for that valuable info. I appreciate it! Thank you for watching!
nice video. Travel prayers for you brother!
Thank you so much!
Enjoyed your video. You seem like a great guy with a great attitude! God bless you!
Thank you so much Don! I appreciate your support!
God bless
Ramon,
Thank you so much! Yeah, I really enjoy being regular. I am so glad you can appreciate my videos. Speaking of wish you were there, I will be planning some Meetup Campouts this Summer. Stay Tuned. I just love being around genuinely good people. So, I can't wait!
I appreciate your support!
Keep living your best life. Stay positive! Cowboy stew is always a good campfire choice. Blessings!
@Bromadic Life Adventures yes the food is so good when using fresh ingredients over the fire. I think you would enjoy it! Keep exploring and enjoying the outdoors. 😁
@Take Nothing 4 the Journey Wow! Thank you! I have been thinking about gettin a Dutch Oven. Its something about cooking outside over an open fire.
Thanks, you too! Ooooo! Cowboys stew sounds good. Do you have a recipe?
Great video 🙏🏽I’m a year and a half new into Rving and I did tons of research and I laugh every time something new pops up in terms of issues thankfully nothing major but it’s always something but it wouldn’t be rving without constant tinkering
I experienced similar situations, like arriving at night to a campground lol I vowed that will never happen again, I purchased those light switch lights at Harbor Freight they have magnets so I place them on all 4 corners on the frame so it totally illuminates the underside in case you need to park in the dark, also for your trailer plug I got blue caps on Amazon be mindful of possible condensation when you use the plastic I also have canned air I always spray and clean out any sand debris ect before connecting them.
Lastly I was taught to go to every connection under sinks ect and hand tighten because travel vibration will loosen connections I do so before hooking up water and activating pump
I’m gonna check out that camping spot as well as getting that generator
You have a nice set up I got a few great tips from watching, Thanks 🙏🏽 and travel safely 🙏🏽
What's up John! I did my research too, and they weren't lying about it always being something. I am learning to just roll with the punches. The great experiences far outweigh those minor setbacks. Thank you for watching!
Know you will get your plumbing fixed, just enjoyed your video. Thx for the boondocking experience. Looking forward to the next one.
You bet! I appreciate your support! I was able to take it to the dealership and it was under warranty, so they fixed it.
Good evening…I enjoy your channel I’m planning invest class B RV… can’t wait to start my journey may god continue to blessed you on your journey…fireplace and food looks great💙
Hello Ivona,
Thank you so much for watching! That is exciting! Those Class B's are super nice! I hope we cross paths soon!
@Bromadic Life Adventures Awesome!
Hello,
Thank you so much for your support! I will remember that about keeping the generator off of sand . Also, I did have the generator chained to the trailer.
I ended up taking it to the dealership and it was under warranty. They fixed the toilet, replaced a faulty battery, and also found a roof issue they fixed.
I just came across your channel and I like your content and have many safe travels.
Thanks! I appreciate it RJ!
I spend a lot of time on port Aransas beach. It’s beautiful. I do leather craft work in different places around the country and staying in this area for a few months.
Yes, it is beautiful! I could literally stay there for days and do nothing.
Loved it!
Thank you sir!
Just subscribed to your channel. I'm so proud of you. Sweet video. Thanks for sharing. Be safe.
Thanks for the sub! I appreciate your support! I will try to post every other Sunday.
We love Port Aransas! Nice video. Use the purple pvc glue, not plastic glue. And the pvc white tape.
Thank You Juanita!
The dealership fixed it cause it was still under warrant. But, next time I will know how to fix it. 😎
Man I wish I could do this!! Love watching ur channel!
Thank You! I said the exact same thing for a long time. Finally, I convinced myself to just Do It!
Nice job👏🏾 keep on enjoying the camping life.
Thank you! Brian! Will do!
Safe travels our new KZclip friend.
Go GIANTS!
Thank You! I appreciate your support! You gotta to Port Aransas. So, relaxing
I actually took my RV to the dealership and it was covered under warranty.
I've boondocked there several times , its always an adventure!
Yes Sir!
I love Hobo meals, they are so easy and delicious 😋
It was good! I need to learn some more Hobo recipes.
