Can we just appreciate the Mad Genius that is Tuomas Holopainen? Talents like him are said to be born once a century. In ancient times, he may have become a songwriter, componist or musician we remember fondly even today. Let us make sure that happens.

@Amorphic Spirit True!!! A singer can be as good as she wants (I adore Floor), but without the right music..... Don't get me wrong, I liked her already in Star one and After forever, but in Nightwish she is off the charts!!! (My opinion)
An admirable sentiment but if that does happen it will be because of our descendants. We will have been dust for ages. So, like the old song goes, teach your children well.…
@Monica Carolina I can listen to this music an infinite number of time and still love it but there is no way i will listen a 21 minutes long classical music (mozart, beethoven, etc) in it's entire lenght for just one time...
"How does one even emotionally recover from a Nightwish concert?" ......... You can't. I was privileged enough to play the drums for a band that opened for them in Auckland, New Zealand in 2013. To this day the experience is as fresh as it was back then. I was able to recommend a few local brews to Emppu and Marco after their soundcheck and my wife had the task of guarding the toilet door for Floor as the lock was broken (Floor was eternally grateful for that). The thing made me laugh was with in about two minutes of them finishing their set Floor had traded her knee high boots for jandles. It was a hot night after all. We watched the set the played from dam as near side of stage. It was amazing. I hope to see them again back here in New Zealand.
Nightwish came to Reno, Nv. WTF? So, as a fan of both Nightwish and Dawkins, I brought my worn out copy of "The Ancestor's Tale." All members of the band signed it, and posed for photos with me. They love what they do, even playing a small venue in a shit-hole such as Reno.
@Emanuele Corsi Ah, ok, I understand, thanks! I think we can say that a belted G5 is about as impressive as a D6 in lyrical headvoice / falsetto. Both are awesome! 😎🤘
@Rients Dijkstra Yep I got it. I'm italian so "falsetto" is quite a normal word for me and no offense is intended 😅 I think the origin in the word stands in the fact that it's a technique requiring to change somehow your original vocal timbre, so the "false" reference...
@Emanuele Corsi You could be right, although I never use the word "falsetto" (which contains the word: "false", and therefore has a negative connotation). I would say "lyrical headvoice", which is not "false" at all, if you get my drift...
"how does one even emotionally recover from a Nightwish concert?" one doesn't, I was there and now 5 years later I'm still crying when watching this, and it's all very much worth it and more

Daaaang. That was a great video. I found your breakdown at the end exceptionally informative and helpful. Thank you so much for this incisive analysis (and for your emotional impressions). You nailed it. Also, tell Caption Julia hi for me and that I love her. She deserves a little appreciation as well. I cannot properly express the feeling inn the crowd during this song. It has an indescribable sense of fellowship with the other fans, and feels like an unstoppable force.
Greetings from up under.... FINLAND! Nice to see, You have analysed so many songs of my fellow countrymen. Tuomas is just one of a kind, both as a musician and as a person. So humble and kind towards his fans, just like Ronnie James Dio was.
well guys... I did it! I completed the Trinity :) yayyy! the more I thought about this piece post edit the more things I wanted to comment on so I'll add a couple more things below. the lyrical content for this song was incredible but simultaneously educational as heck.... I found myself googling some of the phenomena/things they mentioned because not only did the song make me curious/interested it also made me care about how lucky we are to exist and be here as we are. the music itself really captured that as incredible as evolution is it's has been all about survival and sometimes survival, growth or extreme change isn't beautiful OR comfortable. let me know your thoughts on the vocal breakdown. a comment was left recently that made me consider the accessibility of the terminology I use so let me know if you'd like a break down minus any of the technical jargon. overall... wow... holy heck .... yes. incredible. hope you liked it!
Amongst all musical references at the end of the song, there is one i think im the only one to know here is a reference at the famous track "the Grid" by Philip Glass, featured on the Soundrack of the movie Koyaanisqatsi (1982). Also Nightwish crew choose to show a typical animation of that movie part on the screen with the cars moving on accelerated time.
@Julia Nilon Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, that was fast! Thanks for answering my question. To say nothing about doing it so fast it's like you were in the starting blocks for a 100 meter sprint! FYI, I have only been aware of Nightwish (and Floor) for a month, maybe six weeks. My gateway drug was "Ghost Love Score" Currently obsessed. Bought the last two studio albums, and Blu Rays of three different live tours. You and Elizabeth are to blame (Well, and Nightwish of course), because I first heard them on one of your channels, can't remember which. THANK YOU! To return the favor, you owe it to yourself (whether you "react" or not) to check out the group Heilung, starting with "In Maidjian". Also the song "Misty Mountains" with Peter Hollens and Tim Faust. Thanks again! Edit: Forgot to say that you are one of two of these channels I watch (Elizabeths' being the other) because you are truly educational, and have been a vehicle to a deeper appreciation of the music I already love. Also, Floor has a channel. In addition to being The Angel of Music, she has made me laugh.
Drinking game! -Julia gets flustered at how easy Floor makes something sound -Julia gets chills/shivers -Julia uses her keyboard to further frustrate herself at Floor's ability. EDIT: Made it to the end!
“ how does one emotionally recover from a Nightwish concert?” You don’t. You don’t even try. You count yourself blessed to have seen them (twice for me so far) and you wait for the chance to do it again!
if you want to hear some Floor without the full nightwish production, her stuff on Beste Zangers is insane. I really like what she does with Shallow and hearing her do a Nightwishesq Phantom of the Opera opposite Henk Poort is killer.
What really amazes me is that Floor probably does this, what, like a hundred times a year? Between Nightwish and other projects and things like Beste Zangers and other engagements. She may not always be at this kind of level as for a live taping or something. She may be, it wouldn’t surprise me. Quite frankly it’s just astonishing that she has that performance in her in just about every live recording I’ve seen. I don’t think I’ve heard her raspy or lower her high notes or sound out of pitch. She’s quite frankly one of the most amazing vocal talents certainly in our generation just on voice alone, her stamina puts her head and shoulders above anyone I know of.
That Bach' minuet is part of the musical evolution to represent the human civilization development. Bach's minuet, banjo bluegrass, Metallica's Enter Sandman on electric guitar, than techno music.
The references start with the tribal drums. The fluets before the minuet are reference to Dies Irae, Day of Wrath - A Chant from the Traditional Latin Requiem Mass. After the minuet there is also another reference to Bach the infamous Toccata and Fugue in D minor, then Sandman etc. Thought I would add something to the reference list, altough I am sure there are number of gems hidden in the piece. :)
If you want more examples of Floor's storytelling performances, look up the version of Sabton's "The Great War" album that has the historical context before each song. She brings forth a voice I can only think of as "The Crone"
21:18 Floor is extra emotional here because this is the end of THE gig with her both parents in the audience. I guess that's also why her voice breaks while saying kiitos / thank you.
As a noob, learning singer, this is pure freaking gold. Please more of this beautiful style of analyzing Floor's singing and Nightwish music in general. You are amazing!
To add to floors incredible performance, this was the first time her parents had been in the crowd to watch their daughter and the band destroy most if not all other performances.
This song brings me to tears every single time. One of the greatest songs ever regardless of your preference of genre imo. Having the lyrics up is mandatory for this, it's such a deep song. So fantastic!
It's so... Omg, who can trespass you only by listening to them through a screen? They move you to tears.. Definitely no words. I only know that after this song, I love even more my people, my life, and this nature we have
Nightwish was the first concert I ever went to. I was 15. I've been too dozens of concerts since but nothing could ever compare to the way Nightwish made me feel. I still havent emotionally recovered.
@Chase Carneson What's about something special? You're doing "Human. :II: Nature." at the moment. Why not a collaboration for the 2nd CD? "All The Works Of Nature Which Adorn The World". It's a 30 minutes mostly orchestral masterpiece!
In the category of late is better than never, I just listened to your old reactions to Nightwish. I’ve heard three of your reactions to this group, and I feel like I not only listened to a great performance, but I was well educated in so many facets of it. Spectacular reaction to a spectacular performance.
This was very educational, especially your explanation on how the different parts of the vocal tract and mouth create the different timbres of sound. I am surprised that there was not more love for Marco; he was on the top during many of their harmonies. And by the way, I got to the very end. Why, of course!
@Allen Clark No. It's clearly Floor Jansen on stage. Tarja was kicked out YEARS before this show. Even Floors parents were at this show. I don't think they would be, if it wasn't Floor on stage...
Julia, I really love your in depth analysis AND the way you do these. Usually I want people to pause a lot and let me in on what they're thinking straight away but with these nightwish songs I like your annotations for what is going through your head and how you let it play at times and then pause and explain at more appropriate times... the annotations are so great to explain when you're just vibing or pull a certain face (that I'm usually making at home too!). Kudos, your amazement at nightwish is matched by your amazing explanations at what is going on vocally with the arrangements 💞
Best nightwish song you have reviewed so far. I'm impressed you didn't rushed it like others who watched this performance. You are my favorite reactor so far!!
Loved your reaction all the way to the end. The break down with all the technical pieces was really great. I think it's really easy to listen to them (and maybe Floor especially) and say "that's amazing" without really understanding how difficult it is to do the things they do because they make it look so easy. I think it's great that you take the time to point that out and even explain not only why it's challenging but also what she's doing to make it more manageable. Anyway, love the reaction....looking forward to more :)
Julia, I've watched a lot of people do reactions to Nightwish. I keep coming back to yours. I love the way you interact with the music. Like becoming part of it. They reach out and grab your spirit and your one together.
Nicely done, just found your channel and appreciate the work! If you're in the mood for more onions, consider "Ever Dream" from Wacken 2013 (or just the entire show! I'd watch along for an hour haha)
I love your videos, your reactions to songs I've loved for years, your technical breakdowns. Amazing, you are pure edutainment, love it. Thank you for helping me grow as a Vocalist ❤️
Great reaction Julia! I love how you go into detail to explain to us what is actually happening in something we all have watched a million times. You are an amazing content creator, keep up the good work 😁
In 2018 she did Ghost love score after this song as the finale. The fact this and ghost love score the last 2 songs gives you appreciation for her stamina and endurance.
I JUST discovered Nightwish and as a result I also just discovered your channel. You are definitely my new favorite vocal coach to react to songs. I love the insight you give into songs and the performers. Absolutely amazing! Cannot wait to watch more of you!!
Thank you for this. I fell in love with Nightwish after Ghost Love Score and the cover of Pink Floyd's High Hopes. This was well done, and if I may say, your smile makes this world a much better place.
I am a student of biology (even though I got my last degree in 1989, I never stop learning.) When I learned that my favorite author, Richard Dawkins had teamed up with my favorite band, it shook me to the core. I couldn't believe it! I really enjoy "reaction videos," because people around me just kind of smile and nod. It is nice to see another person get it.
Made it to the end of the video. It's really neat how you break down the elements and analyze these songs. It'd be really great if you could react to the Nightwish cover of "Phantom of the Opera" with their original singer Tarja Turunen (the "j" sounds like a "y"). They performed it live in 2005 for their "End of an Era" DVD. And Floor also has a "Phantom" cover, but not with Nightwish. She performed it on a show called "Beste Zangers" in 2019.
I am glad you enjoyed these 3 songs. Floor is a phenomenal musician. Something I really like about this video was the explanations at the end. It really helped me understand mechanically what was going on. Great video
"She's up at a G5!" and the eyeroll when back to the track may be the best moment in reaction history! I love your reactions and the input you give. Thank you.
I sincerely appreciate the time and effort you put into this reaction. You are correct in so many levels. There's also a little no pun intended Enter Sandman reference.Julia ,You Rock!!!!
This was the last concert from a world tour. They are in Finland so they wanted to be home for Christmas. Floor’s parents and sister were in the crowd. Floor said she would not look at them often because she would choke up. Her costume is based on Finnish folk dress.
This is the BEST reaction/analysis from I've seen from a vocal coach. Really appreciate you taking the time to analyze technics details of the performance, that makes all the difference. Even Floor mentioned in a recent insta live she has not seen many reactions that go into the technical part of producing the sound she chooses for each section.
Yes, I made it to the end of your video 🙂. It is not hard to stay around when you are experiencing a song as grand as this. Something happens to time when you listen to it (and most Nightwish tracks) - 20min goes past so fast - and you could then spend days appreciating all of the technical brilliance that is within it. I just love your reactions, and your analysis, of these epic tracks. I would imagine that, even if you were just hanging out your washing, your commentary on that would be insightful and entertaining. Keep up the great reactions
How does one recover emotionally from a Nightwish concert? I've seen them twice, and when I figure it out, I'll let you know too. This piece has NEVER failed to make me cry. Love your vids, I subbed the second I saw you react to both Nightwish and Home Free...definitely both relative to my interests. xD
Your insight into the actual techniques being used are amazing. There are a few folks out there who want to see some KZcliprs on Floor Finds (Floor's own channel "show"), and since she has mentioned that not enough folks break down the techniques, I threw your name in the hat, hopefully I get to see you fangirl on Floor's channel.
This was a whirlwind. But it was amazing. Floor stuns me every time - and I know that others have recommended you check out her “phantom of the opera” performance. Out of curiosity... Have you ever of Within Temptation? (A song would be Angels) Sharon sounds like a literal angel herself when singing.
It makes such a difference to find a reactor who doesn't just post the video and forget about the song as soon as they've finished hearing it. Good work on the post-production commentary.
One of the reasons why this was so emotional for Floor was the fact that her parents were attending this show in Tampere. There is an interview with them before the show for a Dutch program as well as with Marko and Tuomas.
This entire show is amazing, Just like Wacken 2013. I envy the luck people that saw it live!!! I already saw this video hundreds times and makes me emotional every time. Your reaction makes me emotional too, thanks. It is so good seeing another people feeling and being touched the same way I was. ❤️❤️😘😘
Thank you for taking so much time and putting in so much effort to do this video. I was one of the 1500+ that stayed til the end and appreciate you sharing you knowledge with us.
Lets not forget that when Floor joined the band she was a temporary replacement for Anette Olzen (We all knew Floor would become permanent) and she learned the set list of 15 song in 48 hours. So not only is she an amazing singer she's smart as hell too. Here's the documentary if you haven't seen it yet. Kind of brings the band to life as people rather than just band members and you kind of warm to them individually too. kzclip.org/video/vhExkmWKMEU/бейне.html
Thank you so much for your wonderful and insightful commentary. I'm new to your channel (and will be visiting often), but you have already given me insights into my own vocal performance. On a side note, I have to appreciate Marco's ascending vocal line on the final chorus!
Emotions during the Nightwish concert almost kill you. But it's such a huge positive vibe. I lost my voice during the last one, but you just need to shout all the lyrics and everything.
This is what Gandalf would listen to before he went to face Balrog at the Bridge of Khazad-dûm. Thank you for your insightful analysis, Julia. I had fun watching your commentary and participating in the live chat 🙋
I don't think he'd choose something this soft. I'm damn sure he'd pick "The Thing That Should Not Be" by Metallica or anything from pre 2004 Amon Amarth.
Julia, WOW! What a fantastic tune (to start with), but what a phenomenal analysis! My head's about to explode on both accounts! The piece itself is an epic experience, but thank you for taking the time to really delve into the mastery that all, but especially Floor, employ to pull this off - and as an encore/last song no doubt! I really enjoy your channel, your enthusiasm, 'biological' knowledge, expression and overall feel of the music!! Cheers from Canada!
Nightwish is one of those Once In A Lifetime bands that'll be remembered for the ages...hard to believe that they first came out in 1994 and they just keep getting better imo, especially now that they have Floor Jansen, but i love Tarja Turunen, their original singer as well. If I am not mistaken, there just was or is very soon about to be a performance by Floor Jansen WITH Tarja, so that should be extraordinary...but Floor just seems to have this almost inexhaustible well of stamina, energy and techniques, incredible...glad you enjoyed this one, I totally did \m/
You never completely recover from a Nightwish concert, whether its in big stadiums or small halls (less than 5000 people), where I have been privileged enough to see them a half-dozen times. While I enjoyed Annette during the Dark Passion Play tour (I missed Imaginareum), Floor takes everything to another level. I started going to shows in the mid-1970s and have seen some terrific bands, but Nightwish is right at the top. Marco's retirement puts a damper on things, but I hope to see them again soon. Thanks for you smart and enthusiastic reactions.
Without Marko it won't be the same sound, even if his voice is not primal. They voices are perfectly combined and the result is ... goose bumps!!! P.S. Floor is a really beautiful big danish lady. She got a big lung capacity and that's why her voice can be so beautiful, and not only. :)
Just found you today. Love your show. I was a trained vocalist (do we ever stop?)... and this woman blows me away with all the things you point out. I REALLY appreciate your informed comments that are often playing in my own head as I listen to this amazing band. My son introduced me to Nightwish, just as I introduced him to Jusie Bjorling.... I used to take him and a car load of his friends on musical rides in my cool convertible. Those boys have amazing musical taste to this day - far beyond their cohorts. Some days that makes me feel like my work here is done. Can you appreciate that?
Your breakdown of the technical side, the musicality, the hard work involved and the " Feels" of Emotion is SO educational and complimentary of ALL techniques present. Loved your reaction as well as the commentary ! Amazing experience !!!
Something that I love about Nightwish is the amount of knowledge put into the music and the lyrics.. The first few songs made me research about so many things, learn about history, philosophy, art, culture in general, broaden my horizons of knowledge, then re-listen the songs again and again untill I really don't know how many times heard every song.. And when you have not only good songs but really good artist behing the sound is when music create a memory that resonate and create a before and an after.. I'm not a tryhard fan of Nightwish, but I respect the ones who can make me stop, look around to know where I am and learn new things about the world or about myself, then cotinue my path feeling bigger that I was before.. That such a feeling that only art is capable of and this is such a piece of art..
I would recommend Floor doing Phantom of the Opera with Henke Poort. It was actually on her bucket list as a child to do this with him and the chemistry between them is palpable.
Shout out to the quality of your content! You do an awsome job not just reacting but educating people! As you mentioned about the song, going on and getting your thoughts was effortless. It does not feel like a 38 minutes video!... :) Great! Congrats!
Hi Julia. The bag thing is called uilleann pipes. It is the Irish version of the bagpipes. A little bellows under the elbow (uilleann is the Irish word for elbow) brings the air into the bag. It is an instrument that has been developed to be played sitting down, held on the lap and can be played indoors because the volume is way more modest than for instance the Scottisch pipes that are usually played outdoors. Great review btw. It is so much fun and even a bit emotional watching you watching and listening to Nightwish.

better then sex ain't it ?
Jealous much!! Chur 🤘
You sir, have all my respect and my deepest envy
Julia: Excuse me? Where is that?
Floor: It's a simple G5 made in the final act of a 21 minute song, at the end of the show.
@Rients Dijkstra Dutch / Italian vocal conversation for the win yo'
@Emanuele Corsi Ah, ok, I understand, thanks! I think we can say that a belted G5 is about as impressive as a D6 in lyrical headvoice / falsetto. Both are awesome! 😎🤘

Same here with the Wacken 2013 concert. Greets from Germany!
Her parents were in the crowd, so that's one of the reasons she gave everything.
And also, they were making a movie about her and that whole show, since the musical school she attended was in Tampere.
You can find that movie on youtube.
She was really emotional about it.

@Monica Carolina i clearly said one of the reasons
Floor ALWAYS gives everything, parents or no parents.
If you haven’t seen it, watch the movie Amadeus. You will understand why Tuomas is called “the metal Mozart.” It is a privilege to listen to his work. It is “unearned.” It is an experience of Grace.
@Kira Kaliandra just search for Nightwish Tampere after movie or something like that, it will come up 😊
Floor: "WILL YOU SING WITH US?" [belts in G5]
20,000 Finns the next morning: "Why can't I talk?"
Bleeding vocal chords the next day are the best souvenir from a concert.
@Ame LOL i had to laugh so hard about that comment, so good and so true for me too.

😂😂
I started listening to Nightwish when i was 5 years old. I am 21 now and been to 2 concerts. You have no idea how much this band means to me. It saved my life so often and if this band ever stopps existing I will cry oceans.
I swear I've seen this performance about 20 times and goosebumps still come just as prevalent as the first.
True still
absolute TRUTH!
How do you recover from a Nightwish show? You don’t! You relive it in your memories on a regular basis. I still get goosebumps thinking about the few shows I’ve seen
As a music photographer I will love you forever for crediting Tina for her photo you used at the latter part of the video. Also the reaction and your insight was impeccable as always! Thank you so much.
I don't think one ever does recover from a Nightwish concert. Thant's the sheer beauty of it.
This whole reaction itself is like a journey. It didn't feel like 39,5 minutes at all. Awesome reaction. You are awesome Julia.
Daaaang. That was a great video. I found your breakdown at the end exceptionally informative and helpful. I always cry when i hear this song! Not because im sad, its because it gives me the most wonderful feeling i ve ever felt!!
I cannot properly express the feeling inn the crowd during this song. It has an indescribable sense of fellowship with the other fans, and feels like an unstoppable force.

well guys...
Thank you Julia for taking us with you on this ride. ;-)
I keep coming back to this reaction of yours. I have watched it several times just because I love it.
@Schnee von Gestern Floor has almost a 5 octave range, and has utter control of all of it.
-Julia gets flustered at how easy Floor makes something sound
-Julia gets chills/shivers
-Julia uses her keyboard to further frustrate herself at Floor's ability.
EDIT: Made it to the end!
@Sneaky QED :-)
Sorry I’m wasted, what were you saying?
Is there anything better than Nightwish live? 😔
She's my favorite female singer for almost 20 years . She can do everything with her voice . What pleasure to listen
Most sing what they can, but Floor sings what she wants 🤷🏼♂️
Floor was singing for almost two hours before that epic twenty minute performance. Simply stunning!
Came for Nightwish and learned so much about a singer's ability. Stayed till the end because of your passionate reaction.
I only know that after this song, I love even more my people, my life, and this nature we have
Your reactions to Nightwish songs are as super as Floor's singing ability. Thank you. 😊
Nightwish was the first concert I ever went to. I was 15. I've been too dozens of concerts since but nothing could ever compare to the way Nightwish made me feel. I still havent emotionally recovered.
👏👏👏 Very nice work Julia. Keep 'em coming.
@Beus Better yet: Choose a date who will watch the collab with you :-)
@Neal Turner Oh well, we were lucky to have had one anyway... ;-)
If you two do a collaboration I’m going to die :) Fuck yes!
@Chase Carneson What's about something special? You're doing "Human. :II: Nature." at the moment. Why not a collaboration for the 2nd CD? "All The Works Of Nature Which Adorn The World". It's a 30 minutes mostly orchestral masterpiece!
Band maid please. .
In the category of late is better than never, I just listened to your old reactions to Nightwish. I’ve heard three of your reactions to this group, and I feel like I not only listened to a great performance, but I was well educated in so many facets of it.
Spectacular reaction to a spectacular performance.
these four "we were here" at the end always leave me weeping uncontrollably for some reason 😭
Damn good stuff Julia...I think you are becoming a true Nightwish fan.Well done, love your videos.Cheers.
This was very educational, especially your explanation on how the different parts of the vocal tract and mouth create the different timbres of sound. I am surprised that there was not more love for Marco; he was on the top during many of their harmonies. And by the way, I got to the very end. Why, of course!
Really hope you'll do more Nightwish shows! Always fun to see your reactions to them.
The way Floor keeps that big smile while she's singing is just **Heart Eyes**
Floor: "Will you sing with us?"
Also floor: Good luck with that lol
@Allen Clark Are u serious? lol.
@Allen Clark are you... ok
@Allen Clark This is Floor Jansen, not Tarja Turunen. Both are incredible, but this is the amazing Floorgasm Jansen. :)
You said Nightwish takes a piece of soul every time you listen to them and I have to agree with you, they are of the best bands live ever.
Every single second was worth it. Thanks for this, Julia. You are the best!!!
Nightwish always turn vocal coach into metal, welcome to family Julia
I love your videos, your reactions to songs I've loved for years, your technical breakdowns. Amazing, you are pure edutainment, love it. Thank you for helping me grow as a Vocalist ❤️
You're reactions are really outstanding, you really do justice to the piece 🤘
Great reaction Julia! I love how you go into detail to explain to us what is actually happening in something we all have watched a million times. You are an amazing content creator, keep up the good work 😁
In 2018 she did Ghost love score after this song as the finale. The fact this and ghost love score the last 2 songs gives you appreciation for her stamina and endurance.
Huge Nightwish fan here! Just subscribed. Very insightful and love the text. Very engaging reaction. What an incredible song.
The costume represents a double helix DNA which goes along with the theme of the album. Floor also mentioned this multiple times.
Please keep the analysis coming. This is why I want to listen to a vocal coach react to these songs. I love what you’re doing
Every few weeks I go on a binge watching voice coaches react to Nightwish, and when I found your stuff, it instantly climbed among my favorites
Thank you!
Love the song…
Love your reaction…
Just love…
We are all here right now - how lucky we all are, right now…
How does one recover emotionally from a Nightwish concert? I've seen them twice, and when I figure it out, I'll let you know too. This piece has NEVER failed to make me cry. Love your vids, I subbed the second I saw you react to both Nightwish and Home Free...definitely both relative to my interests. xD
This song and the lyrics always make me tear up.
How does one recover from a Nightwish concert? You don't. You are forever changed - if you have a soul to change.
I love your non stop chatter. It is heart warming to see how the emotion of the piece touches you. Have a blessed day!🥰
The song moves you. The Valkyrie rises and enchants you, Together they make you complete
@Everett Marko is forever my Viking.
@Juliette McGee I thought you hated it when people call Marco Gandalf lol
@Juliette McGee I understand. But I was not serious either. 👍
@Hsubetakevol it was a figure of speech not meant to be taken literally. Just for fun.
Thank you Julia Nilon for that fantastic reaction and also the instructional at the end. Loved every minute of this video!!!
"We did the thing...."
Me: Yes you did! Now I need hugs (maybe from Marco?? hehe).
Stayed till the end :)
One of my favorite things about this band is how much they adore their fans, and how they interact. Marco is adorable :)
Your reaction video's are amazing, very well made, good explanations about the vocals and the techniques behind them, love them
Your breakdown of the technical side, the musicality, the hard work involved and the " Feels" of Emotion is SO educational and complimentary of ALL techniques present. Loved your reaction as well as the commentary ! Amazing experience !!!
I also love their dedication to the fans and just how open they are to them. They aren't superficial performers with inflated egos. Love it .
Thank you, Julia. Thank you, Nightwish ♥️
Thank you Floor Jansen ❤
