      Because she’s saying something that she has already done before. Not talking about something that happens in a general situation. “I do my best” can be used to mean that they usually put everything into something, they aren’t doing anything yet right now though.

    Im disappointed its been about 6 days trying to learn english but im still having a hard time speaking the language , the possitive side is i can understand 100% of english language .
