This is how a man talks when he has done the inner work. He is calm and inspired by his ideas and how those ideas would affect people in the best way. He has Clarity in his projects and he has learned what is really valuable in life, not many people get to that level. Also, Jay thank you for sharing your wisdom and to do the necessary questions to get the information we all need to keep growing.

He's had a tough life has the lad, i can see clearly what has driven him to that inner " work"
I can see absolutely nothing wrong with putting him on a pedestal.
      what a joke.

Well....he's a capricorn...and we capricorns had hard lessons to endure since 2008 due to pluto placement. Iam happy when it's over on 2024...as a capricorn we truly had to face our darkes shadows and shed our old skin to become what we are now.......I had to too....and iam proud I have made it. Has been a long journey...

As a huge F1 fan for over 25 years, I have to admit there have been some phenomenal F1 drivers over the years. What sets Lewis apart isn't the fact that he is one of the greatest drivers of all time, but that he is undoubtedly one of the greatest humanitarians that ever graced the sporting world.
He will be loved and remembered as not just the greatest racer, but as such a beautiful soul. He is the real super hero our world needs 😊

@Ji Boo unfortunately this kind of behaviour is part of the f1 community. I agree with you it shouldn't. It's just wierd to me that Hamilton has no friends on racetrack beside Vettel. And he failed to attend so many F1 social events in 2021 and 2022. I do like him more when he isn't winning everything. Max on the contrast has lost some of my respect in the past year while winning everything (not that anyone gives a sh*t)
I think there is a pattern lol. GG

In terms of Lewis's mentality, that is where he excels over the vast majority or his peers. How he publicly breaks himself down after a bad race or qually but then comes back the next session or race almost without fail, is something only a very small percent of us humans can do so consistently. Amazing and inspiring.

Being a KZclipr myself, I understand how much life can feel like a race... I got chills at 19:55 when he said "I'm fighting for something far greater than winning a race." That sums up pretty much how our whole life should be defined. Sure, the 'race' and making INDIVIDUAL progress is important, but impacting others is the most valuable currency of all. Hats off to both men for making this a stellar episode. 🔥

@erpaderpa only when love yourself can you love others. Only when you Seek excellence in yourself can you inspire others. I'm sorry that there is nothing he says inspires you not be him, but to be the best you can be. You can have money and fame and not be truly successful or excellent and you less and inspire generations like: Nelson Mandela, Mother Teresa, Malcom X, Martin Luther King and Jesus Christ. You can have both fame and fortune and use your fame to encourage people to empower themselves. So I don't care that he serves himself too as long as it is not harming anyone. But the facts are in black and white how he gives back and serves as a member of society used his gift that grafted for and didn't give up on.

i did have the good fortune of seeing him about 3ft away from me at my school in kolkata, india.
he exudes an aura of a gentle soul and to see him balance that with his flip side that’s taken him to the pinnacle of f1 (which i personally consider to be one of the most, if not the most taxing sport on an athlete) is mind blowing.
goated and definitely a personal inspiration. more power to you sir lewis!

This is the first year that I can afford enjoying things in life. I remember the past 8 years, I was so broke I couldn't even afford a meal. I had to realize that at that point that no one was going to walk me through things in life and I had to do this on my own and figure out everything alone. I now live in the nordic woods of Sweden and post about self improvement after surviving a great ordeal in life, from the Boston bombing attack to being homeless, depressed struggling with an anxiety disorder and other mental disorders before I studied my pain and got certified in therapy. I used it to heal and run my own business and also move out of Miami where I worked in a corner store overnight in one of the most dangerous hoods in Miami. I am so grateful I got out, because I knew the other route, and it was not going to end well. Now I have a KZclip channel that I am using to help others improve in life and I hope I get to help at least one person reading this 🙏🏽💜

@Black Girls RockThere are fans of every driver that can be categorized as you mentioned. Lewis has them too. Vettel has them. Alonso. It’s been like this for as long as I’ve followed F1. But with Lewis some of his fans like to label anyone who doesn’t like him as a racist. I’ve heard it so many times over the years. Maybe it’s better to just let them be and chose not care if other people don’t like a driver that you like.

Could really relate to so much of what these two and especially Lewis discussed in this pod cast. As a professional I have attended a lot of face to face meetings and conferences as part of my job and then covid happened and all meetings went on line. that's when I started to notice that I was the only only person of colour in those meetings. In terms of diversity generally and in F1 there has been significant changes in the last 3 years and for me Lewis has been an integral part of those changes. Because of Lewis I started attending F1 races and have been to quite a few all over the world. Not sure I will continue to support F1 once Lewis retires maily because in my opinion there seems to be manipulation by the FIA and the F1 media to promote a certain driver namely MV as better than Lewis despite how little he has achieved at the same age as Lewis and how much Lewis has achieved despite all the obstacles he has faced throughout his F1 career. I thank you for this podcast, really enjoyed it

First off Jay , what an amazing job at everything you do. Lewis you do understand how important you are to all of us which is why you are doing everything you do. I have a 5 year old son that watches racing with me and while it was and is my dream to race I am only showing him things that his dad loves and watching you race is one of them.
I connect with you about just wanting that hug from your dad sometimes and that part hit me the hardest. My dads generation made them a certain way and I understand that and because of that my love is being poured into my son. Your struggle with adversity goes so far and just this week today his school started kindness week. I would love to show this to him and hope to meet you one day so that he see’s one of his fathers heroes , but most importantly for him
To meet in person a super hero built from love and who champions equality , love for one another and continues to fight for diversity.

I was both - well I'm still dyslexic. I don't know what I expected to be honest, but there is so much more to Lewis Hamilton that I ever imagined. Thank you for all that you do Lewis Hamilton, the world needs more people like you. I never expected Lewis Hamilton to be so spiritual too. - great to see. Deeply grateful for this glimpse into the man, Sir Lewis. I which everyone will understand that we need each other to exist. The world is so full of hate, intolerance based on race, religion, gender that I question whether we are really human. More beasts than human, and we need icons to stand up and turn the tides. Thank you both sincerely.

Kuliegirl. Dear Jay: OMG!! I am so stoked!! I have been waiting for this podcast before I knew you would ever have Lewis Hamilton, the GOAT and 7x World Champion. We love love Lewis and am so appreciative of your inspiration. When Lewis spoke about how he struggles to be his best version everyday. I can totally relate. He has fought though so much adversity and yet “Still He Rise”. He is one of our most inspirational persons I have had the pleasure to know from afar. We are diehard F1 Fans and cannot get enough of live interviews with Lewis. We are so aligned with his mission. Do you ever consider having just a not famous person on your show? If so, I would love to be that person. Keep shining your light and I look forward to all your motivational podcasts. PS. Loved loved “Think Like A Monk”. Much continued blessings always 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

1:07:22 that impressed me so much. This needs to be talked about a lot. People these days cant control their emotions and cant perceive others emotions. To stay calm and reasonable is something that most people never achieve in their life. This is for sure something people should be taught early on in their lives and keep the analytical calm approach to every situation.

I still remember going through a phase of so many emotions and thoughts that "due to society" as a guy i was not comfortable to share and Lewis being a Race Car Driver where it's all about "balls" and "man-hood" started talking about mental health, emotions and breaking that barrier of what a "man is not supposed to do" just became my role model, my superhero immediately!

Lewis is the most inspiring athlete of all time to me. When I struggle (and I struggle a lot), I think of what he would do and what he would say, and that gives me the kick I need to keep fighting. He is the best driver of all time, but he is also so much more than that. By his own effort, he managed to get all the way to the top, and - despite all the issues of his team at the moment - he will soon be the undisputed king of F1 by winning that eighth title. Because when you know his mindset, you know that he will not stop until he gets what he wants, regardless of the odds. I would wish him the best of luck, but I already know he doesn't need it ;)
