Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
@Fab Dad How do you know he's not attracted to boy butt? Just because he hasn't tapped yours yet doesn't mean he wouldn't like to, does it? That's like him thinking he knows what sex a person sees themself as. He has no idea, he just thinks he knows.
@Rob Neeth I'm always looking to self-improve. I think it should be my, yours, and everyone else's, life's work. What is the monument of garbage you are referring to? I'm intrigued. 🍿 Incidentally Rob, where do you live? Not your address obviously, country is fine. I'm curious.
@RIghteous Shift That's very elaborate for an excuse. But why build monuments of garbage when you can build something useful? Spend your mind on self-mastery, and you'll have far better things to do than delude yourself, and will have far better rewards.
@Rob Neeth They are in a conversation from a literal point of view. There's obviously an adversarial element to it, which is traditional in British debates, from dry philosophical examples to comedic exchanges. We could discuss the merits and drawbacks of this approach but I personally enjoy seeing someone's claims put under pressure by the adversarial, devil's advocate approach. It forces the claimer to assess the merits of those claims, and fend off criticism. If successful, the claim is now stronger and in either case, the audience gets to consider both sides of the argument. John Stuart Mill is one of those geniuses people seem to have forgotten about, despite his work being foundational to the world they live in. A far smarter man than myself or Peterson, he said _"He who knows only his own side of the case knows little of that."_ I heartily agree and it's why I like the devil's advocate approach to interviewing illustrated here.
@Rob Neeth I rather enjoyed the melodrama you've created in your mind. This simple lady, depressed and hooked on opiate solutions, finds herself facing off against her worst fear. A thin academic, dressed to kill, holding her.....accountable. This fiction is lovely and all but understand it exists within your mind. If you accept that, I'm all for you writing a screenplay for *Peterson: The Movie.* I'll have popcorn at the ready for the summer release. You have talent for writing and I love to see that promoted. Back to reality though. Rather than construct a fictional narrative of the interviewer's life (fun though it is) let's focus on what we can observe _empirically_ and go from there. Peterson gets annoyed when his axioms are challenged. Yet challenged they should be. He frequently asserts his opposition to identity politics - he does so here at 4:00. I agree with him and think this is a subject worth investigating. So, let's approach this empirically. Which are the largest identity politics groups? This is easily ascertained by a quick sweep of the population. The answer is religious groups and nationalist groups. All other groups are smaller in size. Feminists, numerous ethnicity-based groups - all smaller in number. Sometimes louder on social media, but in terms of numbers, if we are to look at identity politics, religious groups and nationalist groups are those we should address first, given their population size. Does Peterson focus then on critiquing these? No. He instead leans toward critiquing the groups his base are more hostile toward. And studiously avoids critquing these two groups. They pay his wages on patreon after all and the dog won't bite its master's hand. This is intellectual dishonesty. It needs to be crushed so Peterson can grow. At the moment, he is focused on making money and optimising his approach that way. It saddens me as he's an intelligent man who can do better. For now though, he's discounted as a serious political analyst because of this money-driven bias. He's also very weak on philosophy, history and economics but that's a whole different story. I still think he has interesting things to say about psychology though, and he should remain in that field, where his knowledge and understanding is deep, and avoid the other spectrums of knowledge where he is weak. I did enjoy your story though, you have talent for writing and I hope you keep it up. Just assess Peterson on his merits, not on the herd zeitgeist measure of the man.
Whether or not one agrees with everything Jordan Peterson says, he is certainly a calm, peaceful, patient, polite, courageous, and intelligent man. He is a good leader who leads by example. I am grateful that Jordan Peterson is Jordan Peterson.
@Greg Conquest - gc I mean his field of expertise is psychology yes, but he's also a generally well educated man. He's right on some level that the climate involves everything, but it's not a good excuse to ignore specific climate issues just because climate means everything of course. He's not an expert on climate change, but I don't see any issue with him talking about it.
Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Or used to be, anyway. He seems to have lost his mind in the last few years. Jordan Peterson said in January 2022, on the Joe Rogan podcast: --- “Climate and everything are the same word, and that’s what bothers me about the climate change types. It’s like, this is something that bothers me about it, technically. It’s like climate is about everything. OK. But your models aren’t based on everything. Your models are based on a set number of variables.” “So that means you’ve reduced the variables - which are everything - to that set. Well, how did you decide which set of variables to include in the equation if it’s about everything?... Because your models do not and cannot model everything.” “What do you mean by everything?” Rogan asked. “We have to change everything … The same with the word environment. That word means so much that it actually doesn’t mean anything. Like when you say everything, like in a sense that’s meaningless. What’s the difference between the environment and everything? There’s no difference.” “So this is a crisis of everything? It’s like, no, it’s not. Or if it is, if it really is, then we’re done because we can’t fix everything.” --- Peterson is great when he's talking about social psychology, but he speaks with as much conviction on stuff he doesn't know what he's talking about. The adulation Peterson gets online is unbalanced. I do not say it is his fault, or that his underlying philosophy is to blame. But what explanation is there for a psychologist pontificating on a separate physical science? Talk about not staying in your lane! Peterson is the equivalent of a drunk driver. He appears to be drunk on the adulation he gets, and that warped adulation has warped Peterson as well.
Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
I met JP last month in Cincinnati (after an entire year of waiting). I've never been happier in my life. As soon as it was my turn to get a picture with him for the "meet and greet", anxiety hit me hard. It's so weird meeting someone you admire. I've listened to every one of his debates, speeches, and audio books, and he's genuinely changed my life. Anyways, it was my turn to walk up to him for a picture and I got major butterflies. I looked at him and choked up a little. I said "my heart is pounding so hard. You are my personal hero Dr. Peterson." He smiled, looked into my eyes, and asked what my name was. I told him and he shook my hand and said "It's a pleasure to meet you, Peter." His speech that night was incredible, insightful, and downright beautiful. The man radiates warmth, kindness, and compassion. I'm so glad I got a chance to meet the person I admire most in this world. He genuinely makes me want to become my best self.
What is so brilliant about this hostile interview is that he is able to clarify his ideas and sometimes as he is thinking about them at the moment and the consistency of his arguments based on the principle of the sovereignty of the individual and dangers of identity politics. And that is a good thing and he has actually thought about it. We need more people to think honestly and coherently in our culture. She clearly wanted to play identity politics and he would have no part in it and called her out on it.
Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Intelligence squared as a title is ridiculous. Her holding the pen up and fidgeting when she wants to interject is the furthest thing from intelligence.
Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
@Moss Wurm I seriously hope you're intelligent enough to not actually believe any of the drivel you just wrote. In what reality is making sly insinuations about Peterson's character due to the fact that he has monetized his work and wants to be able to continue to earn a living "respectful"? I can't even take your comment seriously...
@ciaran perry If that was the case, then people normally acknowledge the other’s person’s wisdom. She never did. She just chose to move on. In my experience, people only do that when they are prideful and don’t want to admit the other person has a point. It takes great humility to admit someone’s argument changed your mind. That’s why the goal should always be to obtain truth because you are never “defeated” when you gain the truth. In gaining truth you ALWAYS win.
@Jens Harald I was so triggered my heart started racing. Literally had to pause the video. The level of disrespect that he took so gracefully was astounding and this is coming from someone her is celebrated for being so patient. His patience blows my level of patience out of the water. I would have been doing breathing exercises every two minutes to calm myself down.

This guy is the world champion in dealing with sh*t. I can't understand how didn't have a heart attack all these years. Deep respect for dr Peterson for his endless patience.
Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
She is sharp enough to realize just before Jordan draws a conclusion that will disprove her prejudice, she interrupts him, changing the subject, not allowing him to resolve, and finish answering her last stupid question.
Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Jordan: This is not my opinion. These are just the facts. Interviewer: I don't want to hear facts. I want to hear your opinion so that I can accuse you of having a terrible opinion.
Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
@Auturgic Flosculator that’s not true at all. Just look at his hilariously misinformed and insanely stupid take on climate change. Dude operates very far outside of the boundaries of evidence.
@sahil bishnoi What does a law enforcing body do that cancels the interactions between men and women? It has nothing to do with the dynamics between men and women. The differences and similarities between the men and women are not negated by a police force, they will always be there. You are putting a simplistic view on the subject matter being discussed. It seems you think of power being drawn to women through technology as well as cultural change. Peterson does not advocate male power of dominance over female autonomy. He advocates men become competent, as many of them are. From that they will attract a women if they want to because an intelligent women understands he will provide for her and their family.
@sahil bishnoi Nobody wants her to "respect" Peterson or any other of her guests. We want her to argue logically about data, not to appeal to feelings, which is what she did at several points.
Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
@Allen Milton that's what I said, the world is getting better. Plus it doesn't matter weather you go to a male or female police office, we don't use swords anymore. The speed of the bullet fired doesn't depend on the gender of the officer holding the gun
I love how he tells her that anti social females disproportionately participate in ruining peoples reputation, and that’s exactly what she was trying to do in this interview
Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
In every single one of these podcasts, they always seem to want to "get" him on some point, yet they just give up and move on to the next question. This man is truly wonderful. 👏🏽

@colton williges Yes but I think almost everyone can see what she was doing and how arrogant and patronizing she was. Things like that make people think.
@Mark Shanahan exacty! What she did was: Point A - losing on point A, Point B - losing on Point B, Point C, Point D, suddenly returning to Point A with an introductory phrase that implied that he AGREED on Point A (what he did not). He NEVER finishes. He NEVER NAILS a point. NAILING is CLOSING A POINT. (she did not allow any "closing" - and he did not force it. But with these type of nasty people you HAVE to close it.)

Can we take a moment to appreciation the doodling that is taking place by JP during the interview. 😂 This man is one of the true intellectuals of our time! ❤️

@bazooka You are right. In the same way we should be skeptical about our own behaviors and ways we see people. Otherwise we fall into the same trap as the people we criticize.
This guy is incredibly brilliant.. Disagree with him sometimes but the level in which hes put this thought into these subjects is heads above most intellectuals.

I listened to rap before, where they said that they were untouchable, impenetrable but their next record only shows that they were not.... now I listen to this man alone. 10-15 years later, he will be as big as any man has ever gotten... a teacher, scholar, philosopher .... ladies and gentlemen we are witnessing greatness unfold itself before us
She re wrote the same “point” at the bottom of her page multiple times. She also got rather giddy when JP listed Trump’s faults 🤣 Bruh youre british what’s your fascination with the geezer 🤣
Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
@Paul Esposito well its all that wants to interview him at the moment and attack him on his views. I consider my self on the left and always debate ppl on the right about things i dont think are correct. I find peterson to be a bit of fresh air and has always said hes not with the far right.
29:20 ‘both men and women were terribly oppressed by nature for the most part of history’- golden, golden words. Rarely have I come across such eloquence and such clarity of thought!
The lesson to be learned in this video does not come from any of Dr Peterson's thoughts and words but rather how he is able to remain composed and civil. This level of self control would definitely be of benefit to me and I am sure many other men.
Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Jordan Peterson is just fabulous! His patience and restraint is commendable. These interviewer’s end up looking pathetic, desperately trying to get a rise out of him. This is why people love him ♥️💕
Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Dr. Peterson is so polite and gracious and his IQ is so high that he can calmly articulate an entire interview about complex ideas while doodling! Such a great thinking clinician, I could listen to him all day!
Dr. JP please continue to teach, this world needs you. The self proclaimed "geniuses" of today's media are the bare minimal if not at all representation of our way of thinking.
I find it amazing that Jordan doodles while talking. I sometimes do the same thing. It actually somehow helps to make me concontrate more on the topic. I remembered I used to get in trouble in school for doodling, but it helped me to actually focus on the class.
It truly saddens me when listening to Jordan Peterson trying to get his seemingly obvious point across to an interviewer only for them to act stupid. Thankfully, the comment section s always there to call them out on their B.S. 😂 I love you folks

Institutional sexism! “You must work for a corporation and sacrifice your family to be of value!” The feminist movement is from the pit of hell! I love your stand Jordan Peterson. Thank you!

She was reaching the whole interview, clearly out of her depth towards the end. Dismissive, interruptive and evasive when Jordan gave clear irrefutable factual and statistical answers to her passive aggressive questions. Jordan Peterson has exercised remarkable restraint and is all class. Thank you Jordan for the never wavering pursuit of truth.
I love JPs doodle just slowly growing and changing through this interview. Doodling is actually very good to do during learning and presumably this sort of scenario. Although I’m sure he wasn’t consciously thinking this
Infinite amount of respect that JP actively engages in discourse with those most violently opposed to his views. Beyond depth of character it adds immeasurable weight to his message. Which I struggle to understand how people oppose - be the best person you can be, live a life worth living and tell your truth.
Jordan B. Peterson : "my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel. What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
@JAMBERRY he said women are paid more than men in some professions, he didn't say they were paid more overall!! There's nothing false about that statement!!
@JAMBERRY you kept saying comments are unreadable?? That's funny because I've read and understood every comment very easily!! It's pretty obvious you ran out of "counterarguments" and instead resorted to insults!! 🙄
Jordans work is a showcase as to how & why: 1- Freedom of speech is necessary & beneficial 2- A sharp mind is necessary & beneficial Moreso personally, Jordans sharp mind is very awe inspiring, from his ability to: - Stay calm - Admit his limits and unknowns - Be curious and take a more diplomatic responce - Speak to share, not to tear down ★★- Most importantly, applying discernment meaning ↓ Utilise a broad range of knowledge via a very refined ability to process thought and choose his words wisely according to situation
He has way more patience than I would with a snide interviewer such as herself. Jordan Peterson is so articulate and intelligent that is probably hard for him to even get on her level
The frustrating part about all these interviews is how obvious it is the interviewers have a specific agenda but what’s encouraging is how much grace Dr Peterson shows while constantly being attacked.
@Juimimi LOL so because she had one hour you found her obvious attempts to get a rise out of him reasonable? That's amazing to me. I can respect different opinions and perceptions but doesn't mean I can't call out "crazy" when I see it. I can only conclude you find it reasonable because it's something you would do. So if someone was coming for you to smash your character anyway they could I'm assuming you'd respond "you were mean to me but it was reasonable"
Well, she had to fit JP into ONLY 1 hour. That's all the time they have. I think the interviewer was reasonable, even though I would've like it more if she didn't interrupt that much, but well, she has a show to run and only so little time to do it. She had to risk being offensive to go through all the topics they wanted to go over and if those topics followed a clear agenda... I guess that is another thing
This is a classic example of a person that knows a little bit on a bunch of topics trying to survive in conversation with someone that knows a lot more on certain topics, while trying to prove a point that serves their ideology.
If he was the professor of my class, well then, I had the perfect attendance for that. Glad to hear he admired Florence Nightingale. I considered her as a saint in the world of Nursing and yes, I'm a registered male nurse 😊🏥❤️
As a 34 year old professional, it was 2 years ago after having my 3rd child, I am now a stay at home mother. I stand behind Jordan Peterson. A title and a high figure pay does not match bringing up and being a maternal constant for my household. Less emotionally disregulated children and peace than a decade ago. Keep it up Mr. Peterson!!!
Some of us can't survive with one income unless we move to a shitty state with no good jobs, but does have lower cost of living. And away from our families...
cudos to you. my wife is a high energy professional and has sacrified so much in order to get to where she is. and i have never seen it make her genuinely happy.
Excellent choice. As a mother and grandmother and retired businesswoman, my happiest time of my life was with my child and grandbabies -- NOT business lunch at the country club.
I can't believe she sat there and acted as if woman don't manifest aggression in any form. Questioning him like he just made something up out of thin air. The best part is he can counter everything she disputes because he's so well informed. And clearly patient.
I find it amazing how clear, deep and concise JP is in his area of expertise and totally nonsensical and abstract he is when talking about theology in other streams. It’s an example of how a totally rational and scientific person can also have cognitive dissonance in certain subjects. Having said that, on the topics he talked about in this interview and how he handled this, he was spot on! British interviewers usually always play the devils advocate to explore the interviewee’s ideas. Sometimes confused for actual view of the interviewer. However, this interviewer was totally biased and tried to debate way above her intellectual level. The unfortunate demise of British journalism in practise.
Every time I watch these debates between these poor women who view the world as this woman does and a man who authoritatively crushes the insane dogma these people hold it’s so encouraging. When you live in a culture that’s become as vapid and twisted it’s like a cold breeze on a hot day to hear truth amidst the lies.
this man is holding a highly intelligent conversation, and using the English language in a highly intellectual way while doodling a star. shows his level of intelligence
It's true Mr. Peterson does have a diverse following, regarding diverse races and generational cohorts. I am a 52 y.o. black female...and I lOVE Jordan Peterson. Listening to him is helping me through a stuck point in my life and now I am finding my way through it.
I had come across a JP video that struck a cord with me. Mainly because of his stance on personal responsibility. I had made a social media post just saying I related to his words. Shortly after, a real life acquaintance of mine advised me to steer clear of JP, saying his words were dangerous and hateful. This advice had the opposite effect. I've now read 12 Rules and Beyond Order, and find myself binge watching his lecture videos. I'm still willing to converse with that acquaintance, but that person does not reciprocate. Interesting, eh?
I’ve voted for 5 American democrats for president and I am so happy Peterson has done such an articulate job of laying out common sense. I’m not saying that because I’m advocating democrats or anything. I’m saying it because I want to help be evidence he isn’t part of the right or the left. He’s just simply making sense.
The quote of “I have no idea how that works” sums up her ability to want to understand what is being said. Several times I was saying “Just listen and don’t interrupt, he is explaining it”
It truly feels like she is so convinced of her own truth, that whenever she hears something that logically shows her ideas to be untrue, she just goes blank and just doesn't allow it to integrate into her believes and moves on to the next subject still wondering slightly what just happened a few moments ago and why it didn't go as she imagined. Like when she asks "there's literature on gossip and innuendo?" Like she has no idea that is actually (like peterson says) "a well documented field". And you'd expect that after finding that out you'd reconsider what you said before that moment when you still thought he was just making this stuff up. But none of that. She just plows through without the slightest hint of actually having processed any of the answers she gets. It is an hour long of "I am right and I don't quite understand why my quest says different things than I expected but lets go on regardless"
@UpperNews but he manages to control it! Isn't that great? And keeps saying "yes" to all these awkward interviewers like this one. To me it's a definition of a saint. Who would do it for themselves? Just for indulgence? He does it for us. He knows that more often he speaks, more chances to be heard and understood by ppl he is exactly addressing to. Youth. Our future. I will be gone soon, but i am so happy that you guys have him. Listen and do well kids.
Interviewer: Has a plethora of documents to sift through to try and make a point. Jordan Peterson: Sketching in a single note book accurately shooting down any point she tries to make. Multitasking at its’ finest.
Dr. Peterson is probably the most misunderstood man walking earth. My initial analysis is that it must be exhausting to continually be on the defense; however, after some thought it might not be as strenuous because he doesn’t have to remember to play a character. He simply shows up as himself, and shares information he’s learned over decades of study. People don’t realize he RARELY EVER gives his personal opinion on anything (unless he’s persistently asked to share), his thoughts are based off scientific data and research. I’m always inspired after hearing him speak, God bless you Dr. Peterson!
I think she set a record for the most times an interviewer has rudely interrupted their interviewee, and shifted the conversation when they felt it wasn’t going the way they had hoped.
When she says she isn’t interviewing the clinical literature I almost lost my mind. Jordan is basically telling her that it’s not his opinion, these are just the facts, this is the reality. That’s like saying “I’m not asking the mathematical literature on whether 2+2=4, I’m asking you if you think 2+2=4.” That’s not something you “think” that’s something you know because it is a fact.
These people want to be right so bad especially these female interviewers, that they try to prove Jordan wrong and he destroys them every single time and I love him for that 😂
It's quite hilarious to witness Jordan nonchalantly countering and check mating this woman who is trying to pin him down. Did she imagine this would be a cakewalk for her? 😂
If I had Jordan Peterson as my teacher, I'd never miss a class
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.

True
@jerry long you show up 4 months late to this conversation and that cringe response is all you got?
@Fab Dad How do you know he's not attracted to boy butt? Just because he hasn't tapped yours yet doesn't mean he wouldn't like to, does it? That's like him thinking he knows what sex a person sees themself as. He has no idea, he just thinks he knows.
It’s amazing how he keeps his composure while being bombarded with loaded questions. Truly an aspiration for us all.
@Rob Neeth I'm always looking to self-improve. I think it should be my, yours, and everyone else's, life's work.
What is the monument of garbage you are referring to?
I'm intrigued. 🍿

@RIghteous Shift So you actually think this woman is trying to have a conversation?
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Or used to be, anyway. He seems to have lost his mind in the last few years. Jordan Peterson said in January 2022, on the Joe Rogan podcast:
---
“Climate and everything are the same word, and that’s what bothers me about the climate change types. It’s like, this is something that bothers me about it, technically. It’s like climate is about everything. OK. But your models aren’t based on everything. Your models are based on a set number of variables.”
“So that means you’ve reduced the variables - which are everything - to that set. Well, how did you decide which set of variables to include in the equation if it’s about everything?... Because your models do not and cannot model everything.”
“What do you mean by everything?” Rogan asked.
“We have to change everything … The same with the word environment. That word means so much that it actually doesn’t mean anything. Like when you say everything, like in a sense that’s meaningless. What’s the difference between the environment and everything? There’s no difference.”
“So this is a crisis of everything? It’s like, no, it’s not. Or if it is, if it really is, then we’re done because we can’t fix everything.”
---
Peterson is great when he's talking about social psychology, but he speaks with as much conviction on stuff he doesn't know what he's talking about.
This man is a treasure for thinking and logic.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
@Jonas Kromwell sure. I am better bot than you.
@Oyeah You talk like a bot. Are you a bot?
@Jonas Kromwell what are you full of? I am not looking on person I am judging his ideas. Yours are void.
Peterson."
He smiled, looked into my eyes, and asked what my name was. I told him and he shook my hand and said "It's a pleasure to meet you, Peter."
His speech that night was incredible, insightful, and downright beautiful.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.

Intelligence squared as a title is ridiculous.
Her holding the pen up and fidgeting when she wants to interject is the furthest thing from intelligence.
I love how often she attempted to change course each moment he had an extremely powerful argument 😂
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
It is like talking with a snake
Wow Jordan almost brings tears to my eyes. Words can't describe the emotions this interview is inducing. God bless Jordan Peterson
@Mullah Poster I don't know about that but she sure does look bitter.
@Mullah Poster Nah I would feel bad for her kids, she's too old to have kids imo.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.

God please give me this man’s patience to endure idiocy and this woman will to keep going even if I’m failing miserably
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.

The man is a verbal gunslinger, so calm and precise in his answers. Kudos 👏
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
He’s a jerk with anger & rage lurking below the surface. He’s clever using words to distract, but it’s there to see
'verbal gunslinger', great turn of phrase man!
The Doc Holliday of the Clinical Psychologist world.
This guy is the world champion in dealing with sh*t. I can't understand how didn't have a heart attack all these years. Deep respect for dr Peterson for his endless patience.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
@redlobster You showed him!🙃
He's the peak of masculinity
Lol
She is sharp enough to realize just before Jordan draws a conclusion that will disprove her prejudice, she interrupts him, changing the subject, not allowing him to resolve, and finish answering her last stupid question.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Jordan: This is not my opinion. These are just the facts.
Interviewer: I don't want to hear facts. I want to hear your opinion so that I can accuse you of having a terrible opinion.
she’s trying so hard to fight reality. This is what’s called Delusional 🤣
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Indeed
@zaphod bebop You took the one positive thing I said about him and went on a weird segue with it. You're weird.
@Auturgic Flosculator that’s not true at all. Just look at his hilariously misinformed and insanely stupid take on climate change. Dude operates very far outside of the boundaries of evidence.
he's explaining her how female bullying works as she's trying to bully him 😭
@sahil bishnoi What does a law enforcing body do that cancels the interactions between men and women?
@Stephen *who vastly outnumber them
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
@Dewi Lew Your comment is hilarious. …and there no bias in your rant? Who made you the gatekeeper of what is valid or invalid?
@Dewi Lew lol feminine nature in your response.
@Dewi Lew Yes. Absolutely. She's just an interviewer. She displays no traits of Cluster B disorders. She isn't trying to ruin him. Geez, people.
legend !
In every single one of these podcasts, they always seem to want to "get" him on some point, yet they just give up and move on to the next question. This man is truly wonderful. 👏🏽
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
She was reaching hard the entire interview. Kind of proved his point on “woman aggression” being different from “man aggression”
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
She needs to re activate her eggs, get a baby, and she would suddenly be happy, playing house.
Whenever I'm feeling down, I come watch this interview. Thanks, Doc, for showing us the way to come back at ideological criticism.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Every time she can tell she’s outmatched she interrupts and changes the subject. He’s so gracious that he lets her do it Every. Single. Time. Kudos to him I couldn’t manage it.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
@Joy Carlsbad huh?
He is doodling and calm throughout the duress in this interview. This man is a gem!!!😍
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Can we take a moment to appreciation the doodling that is taking place by JP during the interview. 😂 This man is one of the true intellectuals of our time! ❤️

So much respect for Jordan Peterson. He is a true gift !
Jordan Peterson has an amazing intellect and an incredible amount of self-control. I have so much admiration for him!
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.

Thank you Mr Peterson for your clarity and wisdom.
If Peterson started a masterclass in having patience with obnoxious people, I would pay anything to join that.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
@bazooka You are right. In the same way we should be skeptical about our own behaviors and ways we see people. Otherwise we fall into the same trap as the people we criticize.
I would to but I might fail the final knowing my lack of patience lol
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This guy is incredibly brilliant.. Disagree with him sometimes but the level in which hes put this thought into these subjects is heads above most intellectuals.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
his brain fires on some next level very intense and intelligence, we need more like him to step up and speak up.what an amazing person.
Can we please get someone with a brain to interview this man for once
And to respect his brain.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.

I love the way Jordan anticipates the interviewers objections and addresses them before they are verbalized.
Jordan B. Peterson :

I listened to rap before, where they said that they were untouchable, impenetrable but their next record only shows that they were not.... now I listen to this man alone.
10-15 years later, he will be as big as any man has ever gotten... a teacher, scholar, philosopher .... ladies and gentlemen we are witnessing greatness unfold itself before us
Anne: writing notes on how she can try and push bullshit agendas.
Jordan: destroys her agendas while drawing doodles.
She re wrote the same “point” at the bottom of her page multiple times. She also got rather giddy when JP listed Trump’s faults 🤣 Bruh youre british what’s your fascination with the geezer 🤣
I'm aweare these comments are 2+ years old, but you guys fed the the troll @paulesposito7055 way too much.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
@Paul Esposito well its all that wants to interview him at the moment and attack him on his views. I consider my self on the left and always debate ppl on the right about things i dont think are correct. I find peterson to be a bit of fresh air and has always said hes not with the far right.
@Paul Esposito XX and XY thats it. The rest are playing dress-up and make-believe
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Exactly. He is modelling what he talks about.
Jordan Peterson is just fabulous!
His patience and restraint is commendable.
These interviewer’s end up looking pathetic, desperately trying to get a rise out of him.
This is why people love him ♥️💕
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Dr. Peterson is so polite and gracious and his IQ is so high that he can calmly articulate an entire interview about complex ideas while doodling! Such a great thinking clinician, I could listen to him all day!
I love how this woman exposed herself. Every time the conversation wasn't going her way she changed the topic to blame her guest.
Jordan Peterson is drawing while debating in this interview. The amount of respect I have for this man is off the roof
He's doodling: he is not drawing the Sistine Chapel Ceiling.
He's doodling. Which help with attention and focus.. I'm sure he knows that, as a clinical psychologist. Your respect is earned rather easily....
Thats what you do when you have responded to the same questions over and over and over as you promote your movie / book / play / song / product
Pure swagger
JP is a genius. And the interviewer is hugely outmatched. He politely schooled her.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
When she asked if she was an average woman and he responded, “In some ways probably and in others probably not” that hit home.
I liked when he said that. I like being alike others and also different in my own ways
That was a unbelievably stupid question on more levels than one could count.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Yup
I just cant believe how he doesnt lose his cool during these interviews. Its unbelievable
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
He recognizes that he is carrying the burden for the vast rest of us who would have stormed out of the room breaking everything in sight on the way out.
50:25
Because itll be like getting mad at a child..
@Me Gusta spot on . Squawking .perfect description.
Institutional sexism! “You must work for a corporation and sacrifice your family to be of value!” The feminist movement is from the pit of hell! I love your stand Jordan Peterson. Thank you!
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
He’s a legend for not coming across the table
''i may have become more emotional about things than might been optimal'' Jordan Peterson, what a man
Watching this again ... I can't get over this man's mind. Such a pleasure to witness.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
The intrgrity, wisdom and BRILLIANCE of Dr Peterson shines through again 😁
This woman does a good job at magnifying Jordan's superior intellect. And illustrating how Jordan has the temper of a saint.
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
@Hansie's Ma Yeah, me, too. I used to be able to appreciate him but he's become overbearing.
@Jonas Kromwell yeah, he's not the same man as the one in this interview. I'm starting to find him tiresome.
But he doesn't. He can't keep himself from insulting others on Twitter.
@Fernando Soto ??????
Although I’m sure he wasn’t consciously thinking this
Keep this interview up. This sets a good example in keeping your cool
This man is a master.
Infinite amount of respect that JP actively engages in discourse with those most violently opposed to his views.
Beyond depth of character it adds immeasurable weight to his message.
Which I struggle to understand how people oppose - be the best person you can be, live a life worth living and tell your truth.
Can we just acknowledge that Jordan Peterson is drawing stars and circles in his notebook all while destroying this rude interviewer
Jordan B. Peterson :
"my message to the Hungarians: Do not rebel.
What your leader is trying to do is to restore the metaphysical foundation of the Hungarian culture."
Why does she interrupt him lol. She's not a very good active listener.
what a genius this guy is! Absolutely amazing
Jordans work is a showcase as to how & why:
1- Freedom of speech is necessary & beneficial
2- A sharp mind is necessary & beneficial
Moreso personally, Jordans sharp mind is very awe inspiring, from his ability to:
- Stay calm
- Admit his limits and unknowns
- Be curious and take a more diplomatic responce
- Speak to share, not to tear down
★★- Most importantly, applying discernment meaning ↓
Utilise a broad range of knowledge via a very refined ability to process thought and choose his words wisely according to situation
Brilliant Jordan Peterson as usual.
Jordan: *makes a point
Anne: "Where's the evidence?"
Jordan: *gives evidence
Anne: "Okay moving on"
He has way more patience than I would with a snide interviewer such as herself.
@Karim Jimerson 😂
And how he masterfully shuts down, dismantles, and destroys their attempts to discredit him.
JBP is the ultimate 21st century thought-savage
Look how excited she gets when she thinks she has a “gotcha” moment … just to be totally let down and hurriedly move on to the next topic 😂
This is a classic example of a person that knows a little bit on a bunch of topics trying to survive in conversation with someone that knows a lot more on certain topics, while trying to prove a point that serves their ideology.
excellent interview and example of civil discourse
Unbelievably excellent analysis about men and women in the workplace.
Peterson!!!
Sometimes I see mums with their toddlers in the park with other mums and think how could a career usually behind a desk be more rewarding.
I find interesting the amount of "professionals" that subcontract the raising of their children to child care and day-care services.
I absolutely love watching him utterly dismantle attacks against him.
I can't believe she sat there and acted as if woman don't manifest aggression in any form. Questioning him like he just made something up out of thin air. The best part is he can counter everything she disputes because he's so well informed. And clearly patient.
i admire this man’s patience 😪
You realize anytime she says something and JP seems to agrees she looks happy and smiles so much.
This man's brain power and ability is unbelievable. How he stays calm and can easily dissect his opponents arguments is brilliant.
@KhedaarUJelly Reminded me of Dennis from Always Sunny in Philadelphia at the Psychologist lol One of the best episodes ever
Yeah, and he doodles in the meantime
Every time I watch these debates between these poor women who view the world as this woman does and a man who authoritatively crushes the insane dogma these people hold it’s so encouraging. When you live in a culture that’s become as vapid and twisted it’s like a cold breeze on a hot day to hear truth amidst the lies.
I love this man...he's genius
What a legend Jordan is, he absolutely smashed her and everything she threw at him
Props to Jordan for his patience with this woman
this man is holding a highly intelligent conversation, and using the English language in a highly intellectual way while doodling a star. shows his level of intelligence
It's true Mr. Peterson does have a diverse following, regarding diverse races and generational cohorts. I am a 52 y.o. black female...and I lOVE Jordan Peterson. Listening to him is helping me through a stuck point in my life and now I am finding my way through it.
reat to hear that! I wish you all the best
@Herschel Jackson hey dude we don’t all suck! But I totally understand your point.
Several times I was saying “Just listen and don’t interrupt, he is explaining it”
This is my favorite Jordan Peterson interview
This video was posted in 2018 and she talks about the "Jordan Peterson moment." Four years later, he is still having his "moment."
Interviewers like her MAKE you root for Jordan even if you didn't plan to 😂
It truly feels like she is so convinced of her own truth, that whenever she hears something that logically shows her ideas to be untrue, she just goes blank and just doesn't allow it to integrate into her believes and moves on to the next subject still wondering slightly what just happened a few moments ago and why it didn't go as she imagined.
Can we officially canonize JBP as the internet’s “Patron Saint of Heavenly Patience”??? He deserves it after this one.
I would use the word “restraint” instead of patience. It takes incredible will-power to argue with idiots with a calm demeanor.
Jajjajaja yeah man most definately
Fanon Frantz Well you seem determined to make a counterpoint 😂 what makes you think men are chauvinist?
hahah he's a psychologist; he's used to listening to delusional narcissists
@UpperNews but he manages to control it! Isn't that great? And keeps saying "yes" to all these awkward interviewers like this one. To me it's a definition of a saint. Who would do it for themselves? Just for indulgence? He does it for us. He knows that more often he speaks, more chances to be heard and understood by ppl he is exactly addressing to. Youth. Our future. I will be gone soon, but i am so happy that you guys have him. Listen and do well kids.
He responds to the passive aggressiveness so gracefully.
Interviewer: Has a plethora of documents to sift through to try and make a point.
Jordan Peterson: Sketching in a single note book accurately shooting down any point she tries to make.
Multitasking at its’ finest.
Nothing better than when he says, “I’m actually quite an expert on [the subject].”
Peterson!
pretty straight forward
Will I ever be able to talk like Jordan? He is verbose but precise. The words are so descriptive
The problem with this man is that he is so blisteringy intelligent he flies over most people's heads.
@Legio I Italica haha got eem
No I don’t think it’s that :(
@Erakyd scandinavia is a country you know.(LoL) i can almost see the smoke coming off her head. her cpu was cooking at the end.
Like when he talks about dimensions, and she goes to magic. She can't understand at that moment
I think she set a record for the most times an interviewer has rudely interrupted their interviewee, and shifted the conversation when they felt it wasn’t going the way they had hoped.
TRUE BUT JP WAS FAR TO APPEASING AND SHOULD HAVE ADVISED HER OF THAT...JP WAS FAR TO ACCOMANDATING
how this man stays so cool is crazy to me
She actually made his point completely....
These people want to be right so bad especially these female interviewers, that they try to prove Jordan wrong and he destroys them every single time and I love him for that 😂
Literally no idea why these people try to end their careers talking to this man.
Let’s have this conversation when he encounters a good interviewer
Most accurate statement I saw this year. Can't they take a lesson from all others?
Hahahahaha
"I'm not interviewing the medical literature and I'm interviewing you" VS "I am a scientist and I base my ideas on what I read" - Destroyed! 🙂
What an aggressive woman....she definitely proved Jordan's point.
It's quite hilarious to witness Jordan nonchalantly countering and check mating this woman who is trying to pin him down. Did she imagine this would be a cakewalk for her? 😂
