Ex: fresh bellla mushrooms, fresh chopped spinach, asiago cheese and truffle oil with a browned mozzarella cap! T
I was able to follow most of what was being done without turning on translated captions! (Looked like Turkish, perhaps?) So it looks like you give the foil-stuffed boneless skinless chicken breasts (seasoned with salt, pepper & paprika) a good sear/browning on both sides in the skillet, then fill the cavity created in each breast with an herb (parsley?), cheese (feta?) & egg white? mixture, bake them for 15 minutes in the oven (surrounded by cherry tomatoes) at 200C, remove the toothpicks, top with a second kind of cheese (shredded Mozzarella or Parmesan?) and the yolks from the same eggs where you got the egg whites from earlier, bake for another 5-6 minutes at 200C, then serve & enjoy. These would make an excellent main course for a weekend brunch (late breakfast/early lunch). Thanks for sharing this with us!

Reminds me of Georgian khachapuri. (a little boat shaped pizza) w/ an egg in the middle. You may want to try it someday. I didn't think I would like it, but it's really good.👍 It truly is. It's a long shaped oval like a little boat with two pointed ends. You then break off each end and dip it into the sunny side up egg. It was introduced to me by one of my co-workers a couple of years ago. It's not super crispy but it's nice and fluffy somewhat like a donut but with a consistency of good pizza dough if made properly.

Seems like a better alternative to slicing sideways and filling, only to have it s contents spill out when baking. Id like to try this with a different filling, maybe mashers or stuffing? I really love this idea. I would not use foil, as it can leach out aluminium when heated. Perhaps using 1/2 potato would be a lot safer, and once the potato is removed, it could be baked with the rest.
I would have thought the aluminium foil would be used to hasten the cooking of the inside of the chicken as well as to make a cavity in the ‘cluck’ in which case a potato wouldn’t be effective.
@arriryan1: I have near a photographic memory and it has not been impaired by aluminum in all my years of using it and by the time scientists find out the answers, I'll be long gone. So no worries here.

It’s not safe to cook meat in aluminum foil, much less stuffing the aluminum into the meat. To me, this is a no, no. Use parchment paper instead.
