Jeez......SO much to love about this tiny home build!!! You got indoor arches made the square space feel even more spacious. You got a beautiful river aesthetic on a kitchen counter. You got a functional office, bathroom, and bedroom within feet of each other. I honestly cant help but stay impressed with the impression this build left me.
Wow I’m so surprised at all the added features I’ve not seen in most tiny homes, the mud room is a great addition, the man cave out 2nd bedroom, the two full bathrooms including toilets and an exercise/wardrobe room not to mention the 3 levels to the home. What an amazing build, I love the story being the blue on your counter top and the arches make the space so beautiful. Congratulations this build is one in a million! Great job to Rob as well 🎉

I love that they’ve already made plans for a downstairs bedroom. What a beautiful home! One of the most elegant tiny homes I’ve seen. I love that it includes real furniture, and even though it’s covered in wood, it doesn’t feel like a cabin! The two bathrooms is something I’ve never seen in a tiny home 😊 but again, I love the idea. Anything that “saves a marriage” is a great addition!
I’ve loved the idea of tiny homes for a long time, but they always fell a little short of some necessities. This one literally has everything I would want. The mud room, the “man cave” area for guests, and two bathrooms. This is the first one I’ve seen where you don’t have to go down a ladder or steps to use the bathroom in the middle of the night😊 I’m also a crafter and the basement this one offers would be perfect as a craft area. Put this on a lake with a sunset view and I’d be all in. Thanks for sharing your lovely home and all the reasons behind your ideas. P.S… I also love the “no composting” toilets 😂
Wow! Yet another knock-out design for a tiny home! I love that the homeowners allowed the artisan free reign to incorporate his vision and abilities into their concept for their tiny home. Very "rich" looking with the dark and mellow wood finishes and the back-lit River Jordan feature in the kitchen countertop! 😊♥️
@Dawn Pariseau Well, to be fair, this custom home was designed by Carmen herself, who provided the plans and detailed notes on what she wanted to include in it. She really worked as a team with Rob, ITH's very talented woodworker, to create it. Randy was bowled over by the 'book' of instructions she sent along to help assure that everything they wanted would be included.
The most beautiful tiny home I've seen. I could live in one like this, no climbing ladders to get to the bedroom. Also, 2 bathrooms! The inlay of the Jordan River and Dead sea is unique and stunning.
This is absolutely SPECTACULAR, the different colors of wood, the arches, the artwork on the walls, the beautiful colors Carmen incorporated, ect.,etc.! The man who did the woodwork, his vision, the outstanding "river Jordan", the arches,etc., the little details are just wow, I love the detail around the mirror in the bathroom upstairs! I love custom homes with no clutter and well-thought-out designs. I could tell they used quality windows and the details are just beautiful. Their home actually has more space than many homes and I love the two-bathroom concept as well as the mud room. Just lovely and so unique and appealing!

Wow i am very impressed. They managed to create a tiny home with a mudroom, utility room, 2 bathrooms, basement workout room, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms,an office and it flows without seeming cramped.
This is the prettiest tiny home I’ve ever seen. Those arches are to kill for and I love the fact that your door comes into a mud/ laundry room with space to hang coats and remove shoes. I also love that the staircase is behind that door coming in and is out of the way. The kitchen has space for everything including those beautiful hanging shelves and those huge windows let in loads of light which makes your house bright and airy. (I am a huge window fanatic!😊) Your counter top and your colorful glasses and art just add the finishing touch. Upstairs you come straight into your little study with a place to keep files put away. Your tv area as well as your bedroom is so cozy. I thought when I saw that bedroom upstairs that you had made a mistake as you’re getting older. However, you then showed us the sofa area downstairs that can be turned into a bedroom if need be. And, you have two baths! Then, you carry us to the “basement” and you have more storage area and an Exercycle and exercise mats! I don’t know how you managed to plan this 400 square feet out so well but you did an excellent job. Who built your house for you?

Please note that while Rob was the builder and had some fantastic ideas, the home was designed by the couple, Carmen, actually. She had everything measured out to exactly what space was needed. She knew exactly how much space was needed for the washer/dryer, the microwave... everything was measured out exactly how she wanted it. I saw another walk through with the owner of the company who built this home, and he explained how every inch was designed for the size of what would occupy it. She worked very closely with the builder.
Just WOW! A 2-bedroom, 2-bath, plus mud room, laundry room, office, exercise room, spacious living room with 2 sofas, gorgeous arched ceiling beams, etc! I’m definitely referring to this one if//when I ever get to build a tiny home. Love the pull-out storage in the kitchen that doubles as extra counter space! So well thought out! Yes...so beautifully done. The mudroom and second bathroom sent my heart soaring along with the 'basement'. I would change the seating but that's purely personal and function. There's so much to cherish in this gorgeous home! And it's long and wide, just amazing 👏 😍

Love this tiny home the most. It's unique and has so much character for a tiny space. I think I would need that character to give the space an inviting happy atmosphere. Lots of windows for natural light to peek through and frame a view of nature outside. It's very calming and soothing with all the natural wood on the walls. It's just a beautiful tiny home that I would love to live in. Enjoy...hugs from Arizona...:)
If there has ever been a tiny house that I could see myself living in, this one is it! Plenty of thought and creative design has gone into the floor plan, the selection of the interior finishes and the extra details, like the space for an entryway/mud room, an office space, a workout flex room and two full bathrooms! Excellent job! If this was my tiny home, there are a few things that I would add or change, but the most important item that I would try to add (for me) would be a Japanese soaking tub! Over all, so far, it gets my vote for the 2023 top 10 tiny homes!
Unusual for people to give so much free range to a designer, so was great to see what he came up with. Loved the two tones of wood, personally I'd have put the cleaning/broom cupboard near the mud room as feel it would be in a handy position. Oh my gosh! What an awesome Tiny House! I really love it and the fact that there is a lower level where you can do your workout is fabulous as well as having not one but two bathrooms is fantastic! The arches I love, the wine rack within the cooker hood is fabulous and, the kitchen countertop, just amazed me with the blue neon light craft out the shape of the River Jordan! This is a beautiful home! I love the windows & the beautiful arches, wow! Also, the countertop is so unique and it actually looks like water, wonderfully done! The only thing that I would have done differently is to not have the backside so close to the dirt.
I am not sure, but they have to put power, water, and sewer in, they may do that in front of the house and then move the house over the connections. normally they build the utilities below ground and move the house over the hole and connect it. but they moved the house before the infrastructure was put in. my whole point is the location so close to the rock is probably temporary.

Absolutely fabulous design! I would love to know what your square feet is when measuring usable floor space. It has to be more than 400 sf. This is such a great example of how to use the entire 3-dimensional space available. The artistic details from the arch to the bathroom tile are exquisite!!
Stunning tiny home! The archways are the focal point and most dramatic feature, but the kitchen is also incredible. I love how customized it is and how flexible the design is for possible future changes. It looks like they haven’t yet fully moved into it so I would absolutely love to see them again in the future after being there many months, perhaps after building the deck, and to see what practical changes they may have made for every day long-term living. Okay out of all of the tiny homes that I have seen. Not only is this the most artistic and beautiful that I have seen yet. I can't believe how much you fit into your tiny home. I think you're home should be the new standard. Not that everybody should copy every thing in your home. The layout is just amazing. Wow I'm blown away. Chefs kiss. @Carmen B. You are a master at your craft.. My great grandfather and grandfather both Carpenters.. My great grandfather actually came up with the method for the twisted and braided wood.. God love that man He lived to be 104 years old.. truly unique and so beautiful.. So amazing how the mind can put something together.. I keep telling everyone. We need each other more now than we ever have in our own lifetime. And craft like this, make sure you teach others. That's the most important thing that you can leave.. beyond your loved ones. We are all students and teachers. And someone that can do something like this. Please make sure to share the master of your craft with someone else so they can pass it on. @Robin Hollenbeck even at 700 sq ft, that's still a lot of well thought out space. I've had larger sq footage apartments that were nowhere nearly as well thought out
In a tiny home , the loft area is never a part of square footage. The guest bedroom, the reverse loft, the main bedroom, and the bathroom almost doubles the actual square footage.

Wow! This is the first tiny home that absolutely knocked my socks off! I could so easily live in this tiny home. It's unique, glamorous, but yet rustic. They did great in allowing Rob use his design skills. If I am ever blessed to afford a tiny home, I am hiring Rob and moving to this tiny home base in Newport TN.

Oh my! What vision! Rob is truly an artist. WHen an artist is given free rein , its amazing what is accomplished. This is the most dramatically thought out space. I have yet to see a tiny home that could compete with this. Have a blessed life in this unique sanctuary.
This is one of the most beautiful tiny homes I have seen so far. I love the 5' wide space in the kitchen, it's so important in a living area.

Wow i am very impressed. They managed to create a tiny home with a mudroom, utility room, 2 bathrooms, basement workout room, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms,an office and it flows without seeming cramped.

This is the prettiest tiny home I’ve ever seen. Those arches are to kill for and I love the fact that your door comes into a mud/ laundry room with space to hang coats and remove shoes. I also love that the staircase is behind that door coming in and is out of the way. The kitchen has space for everything including those beautiful hanging shelves and those huge windows let in loads of light which makes your house bright and airy. (I am a huge window fanatic!😊) Your counter top and your colorful glasses and art just add the finishing touch. Upstairs you come straight into your little study with a place to keep files put away. Your tv area as well as your bedroom is so cozy. I thought when I saw that bedroom upstairs that you had made a mistake as you’re getting older. However, you then showed us the sofa area downstairs that can be turned into a bedroom if need be. And, you have two baths! Then, you carry us to the “basement” and you have more storage area and an Exercycle and exercise mats! I don’t know how you managed to plan this 400 square feet out so well but you did an excellent job. Who built your house for you?

Everything is so unique! I love all the rounding where it’s normally square. The smaller the home the more we see the beautiful details.

I am so mesmerized by the artistic talent “Bob” has shown throughout this tiny home. Every space was utilized. The basement was absolutely genius!! That closet! Other tiny homes do not have this kind of space. Thumbs up!! The Jordan River was so beautiful. Thanks for sharing!!
Please note that while Rob was the builder and had some fantastic ideas, the home was designed by the couple, Carmen, actually. She had everything measured out to exactly what space was needed. She knew exactly how much space was needed for the washer/dryer, the microwave... everything was measured out exactly how she wanted it. I saw another walk through with the owner of the company who built this home, and he explained how every inch was designed for the size of what would occupy it. She worked very closely with the builder.

Just WOW! A 2-bedroom, 2-bath, plus mud room, laundry room, office, exercise room, spacious living room with 2 sofas, gorgeous arched ceiling beams, etc! I’m definitely referring to this one if//when I ever get to build a tiny home. Love the pull-out storage in the kitchen that doubles as extra counter space! So well thought out! Thank you for sharing!

They look like such a loving couple, I love the huge hug they gave one another! They have such a beautiful home with a lot of heart and soul put into it by their lovie designer, he did an awesome job! That Jordan River inlay on the kitchen counter is so unique & blessed meaning. This is def one of my favorite tiny houses I've seen. Great layout and nice job being courageous enough to trust your artist friend. It turned really classy, unique and cozy with lots of space/storage. Love the curved rafters
Yes...so beautifully done. The mudroom and second bathroom sent my heart soaring along with the 'basement'. I would change the seating but that's purely personal and function. There's so much to cherish in this gorgeous home! And it's long and wide, just amazing 👏 😍

Oh my gosh this tiny home is so beautiful with so many wonderful features, I remember Randy saying that this tiny home would be getting a tour from Jenna that has Tiny House Giant Journey and I was so excited to see it. I am very impressed at how beautiful this custom home turned out. Very beautiful and very unique and so great there are two bathrooms. Love this tiny home the most. It's unique and has so much character for a tiny space. I think I would need that character to give the space an inviting happy atmosphere. Lots of windows for natural light to peek through and frame a view of nature outside. It's very calming and soothing with all the natural wood on the walls. It's just a beautiful tiny home that I would love to live in. Enjoy...hugs from Arizona...:)
If there has ever been a tiny house that I could see myself living in, this one is it! Plenty of thought and creative design has gone into the floor plan, the selection of the interior finishes and the extra details, like the space for an entryway/mud room, an office space, a workout flex room and two full bathrooms! Excellent job!
If this was my tiny home, there are a few things that I would add or change, but the most important item that I would try to add (for me) would be a Japanese soaking tub!
Over all, so far, it gets my vote for the 2023 top 10 tiny homes!
Unusual for people to give so much free range to a designer, so was great to see what he came up with.
Loved the two tones of wood, personally I'd have put the cleaning/broom cupboard near the mud room as feel it would be in a handy position.

Wow, this is a wonderful, beautiful tiny home! I love all the features that you have added, like the arched ceiling. All the windows and the views are fabulous. Only thing I would add is some hand rails to go up and down the stairs ❤
Wow, this is the first that ticks all the boxes for me. The mudroom, the walk-in closet (I'd forgo the gym for closet space), the upstairs bathroom and office, all of it. This is really really great and gorgeous also. I'm saving this one.

Oh my gosh! What an awesome Tiny House! I really love it and the fact that there is a lower level where you can do your workout is fabulous as well as having not one but two bathrooms is fantastic! The arches I love, the wine rack within the cooker hood is fabulous and, the kitchen countertop, just amazed me with the blue neon light craft out the shape of the River Jordan! Overall 10 out of 10 and more. All the very best to the couple in their new Tiny Home! Cheers! 🍷🍷

This is a beautiful home! I love the windows & the beautiful arches, wow! Also, the countertop is so unique and it actually looks like water, wonderfully done! The only thing that I would have done differently is to not have the backside so close to the dirt.
I was concerned about heavy rainfall and mud slides!
I hope so because looking out the windows to see a rock wall so close is not desirable in my opinion.

@per sebra It is temporary and the final placement on a mountain lot will be after all the utilities are put in.
I am not sure, but they have to put power, water, and sewer in, they may do that in front of the house and then move the house over the connections. normally they build the utilities below ground and move the house over the hole and connect it. but they moved the house before the infrastructure was put in. my whole point is the location so close to the rock is probably temporary.
The builder's passion for his craft really shines through in this home

Absolutely fabulous design! I would love to know what your square feet is when measuring usable floor space. It has to be more than 400 sf. This is such a great example of how to use the entire 3-dimensional space available. The artistic details from the arch to the bathroom tile are exquisite!!

Stunning tiny home! The archways are the focal point and most dramatic feature, but the kitchen is also incredible. I love how customized it is and how flexible the design is for possible future changes. It looks like they haven’t yet fully moved into it so I would absolutely love to see them again in the future after being there many months, perhaps after building the deck, and to see what practical changes they may have made for every day long-term living. Okay out of all of the tiny homes that I have seen. Not only is this the most artistic and beautiful that I have seen yet. I can't believe how much you fit into your tiny home. I think you're home should be the new standard. Not that everybody should copy every thing in your home. The layout is just amazing. Wow I'm blown away. Chefs kiss. I think y'all are going to make some happy memories there..
@Carmen B. You are a master at your craft.. My great grandfather and grandfather both Carpenters.. My great grandfather actually came up with the method for the twisted and braided wood.. God love that man He lived to be 104 years old.. truly unique and so beautiful.. So amazing how the mind can put something together.. I keep telling everyone. We need each other more now than we ever have in our own lifetime. And craft like this, make sure you teach others. That's the most important thing that you can leave.. beyond your loved ones. We are all students and teachers. And someone that can do something like this. Please make sure to share the master of your craft with someone else so they can pass it on. Truly you've built a precious Shangri-La..

@Robin Hollenbeck even at 700 sq ft, that's still a lot of well thought out space. I've had larger sq footage apartments that were nowhere nearly as well thought out
In a tiny home , the loft area is never a part of square footage. The guest bedroom, the reverse loft, the main bedroom, and the bathroom almost doubles the actual square footage.

The bench top with the beautiful inlay depicting the Jordan river is a beautiful homage to your faith. This home is truly a work of art! Love all the cool features and the feeling of space. Doesn't look cramped. I think having two bathrooms is a genius idea! Always a good thing, when you're rushing to get ready in the morning-you definitely don't have to bang on the door if someone is hogging the bathroom!
