That's exactly what I was thinking Frankie, I know its nature I'm not squeamish but I do feel for the rabbit and I do hope that he was in shock and not feeling the pain or too much overwhelming fear that I don't want to see any creature suffer! I don't want to see the Mongoose starve either. To make you feel a little better I was in a pretty bad car accident when I was about 10 years old I had broken ribs and a fractured vertebrae and you know I was really pretty calm the whole time I didn't feel pain because of the shock so I believe when these creatures are in this kind of state of literally being eaten alive I think the shock take some of the pain away. It's good though that you have a Compassionate Heart.
