Here I am Feb 2023 watching it yet again after all these years! This will always be one of my all time fav live performances whether original or cover, or respectful tribute! 🙌❤️
Essa é uma das mais linda canção que ouvi na minha vida. E a Interpretação e Fantástica. Parabéns. Assistindo a isso tudo, nada mais nada menos que David Lettermann e Barack Obama.
This has to be one of the greatest music videos EVER. I mean what some consider the greatest song written in the history of rock ‘n roll, performed beautifully by Ann and Nancy Wilson with over 70 musicians in front of the surviving members of the band who originally wrote and performed it (including the tear eyed lead singer Robert Plant), with Jason Bonham (the son of late drummer John) keeping perfect time on drums and the freaking sitting president of the United States, just unbelievable. A hundred years from now when we’re all dead and gone, people will still be watching this video.
I actually agree with your opinion. I felt that too. And watch letterman interview after the award show!! I believe we are spot on. You will see!!!! ☮️👍🏽💯👋
There's a lady who's sure All that glitters is gold And she's buying a stairway to heaven When she gets there she knows If the stores are all closed With a word she can get what she came for Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh And she's buying a stairway to heaven There's a sign on the wall But she wants to be sure 'Cause you know, sometimes words have two meanings In a tree by the brook There's a songbird who sings Sometimes all of our thoughts are misgiven Ooh, it makes me wonder Ooh, it makes me wonder There's a feeling I get When I look to the west And my spirit is crying for leaving In my thoughts I have seen Rings of smoke through the trees And the voices of those who stand looking Ooh, it makes me wonder Ooh, it really makes me wonder And it's whispered that soon If we all call the tune Then the piper will lead us to reason And a new day will dawn For those who stand long And the forests will echo with laughter Oh whoa-whoa-whoa, oh-oh If there's a bustle in your hedgerow, don't be alarmed now It's just a spring clean for the May Queen Yes, there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run And there's still time to change the road you're on And it makes me wonder Oh, whoa Your head is humming and it won't go In case you don't know The piper's calling you to join him Dear lady, can you hear the wind blow? And did you know Your stairway lies on the whispering wind? And as we wind on down the road Our shadows taller than our soul There walks a lady we all know Who shines white light and wants to show How everything still turns to gold And if you listen very hard The tune will come to you at last When all are one and one is all, yeah To be a rock and not to roll And she's buying a stairway to heaven
I've watched this numerous times. I'm old enough to have listened it when the guys originally played it. Ann and Nancy absolutely killed it. With Jason on the drums and the choir popping up at the end, it brings tears to my eyes. It's sad that this genre of music has ended. So many good times were had listening to Led Zeppelin. There are still some good music out there but that golden age of original rock music are over. Glad I experienced it.
MAN! The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.....Jason did an amazing job as well! And of course Ann and Nancy Wilson are just TIMELESS TREASURES!!! (Other than the original band) ....I never heard this song played by anyone better than Heart! MASTERFULLY DONE!!! ❤
This performance is the greatest cover of the greatest band by the greatest female rock vocalist ever! This should be in the Smithsonian as the most epic Kennedy Center performance of all time! Ann was 62 years old when she sang that extraordinary song! Unparalleled talent by all who participated in that glorious performance!
This was my wife’s favourite song. When she withdrew into her own mind due to brain cancer, I played it every night for her, to see if I could get any response from her. She passed away a year ago, and I accidentally came across this performance. I can’t stop tearing up.
@Duchovny My wife battled brain cancer for 12 years, before passing away a couple of years ago, and I looked after her every day of that time. The last couple of years of her life, she existed inside herself. I don’t care if you don’t believe me, but don’t make comments based on what has become commonplace on social media in the last few years. Some things actually are true, and I was actually just making a comment on a very profound moment for me,
Absolutely mesmerizing. Jimmy looked like he was at the top of that stairway. He almost couldn't contain himself. John Paul too. Very happy with that fabulous tribute. All those people together! Robert was really tearing up, and I think just seeing Bonham's son was so magical and nostalgic. Hands down one of the best tributes I've ever seen. Thank you! I had never seen this before.🙏🤘🎼
The whole Kennedy Center honors concert is awesome! From Jack Black being the emcee, Foo Fighters belting out on “Rock n’ Roll”, to this finale to end all finales. I finally got why Stairway is so beloved & protected by fans. Amazing!
That is correct. The tears were remorse for Bono himself(They broke up after he died. Plant was VERY close to him) and joy to see his son. It was a surprise. I imagine the killer cover of STH was also all part of his emotions.
i love just how content jimmy page looks the whole time, that smirk he gives when the solo starts is all we need to see to know that this guy is nailing it
@bikeman123 you know what, when you nail it in front of the masters, finish and take your bow. Don't try for too much- what if he went of the rails and ruined it?
Except the solo was about 3 or 4 bars short of the album original. As a live gig he really should have done the song remains the same longer version anyway.
You are so right about this band they are God's. They are in my soul and now they have countless people who embrace and try to emulate them. God bless them.
Just beautiful on so so many levels! And, Robert Plant in tears--ONCE IN A LIFETIIME!! I can only imagine how moving it was for the band with such a worthy cover.
How does this song touch ones soul like no other song, ever? I have been trying to figure it out since I recorded it off the radio onto cassette in 1980. And yes the choir simply slays it😮
@Ken Putnamnot just a Zepplin song, THE Zepplin song, and to do it with such a grandiose swagger that it brings the whole house down. An all time performance by an all time great band, in honor of another all time great band.
When you are rock gods, and you realize your own mortality in your greatest musical creation being performed so well for you by those that worshipped you, it can be a bit cathartic. Robert Plant and rest of LZ looked like they were reliving their whole musical life and memories in six minutes. How can you not cry during that?
Wow! It's a time bomb exploded back in time. Great rock song composed by men destined to be immortal. The LZ rock group have made and left a legacy that will be known and remembered in this world and out in the universe.👍😊
To me “Stairway to Heaven” is the best song ever produced by humanity. But I gotta say this cover is probably better than original. It adds something that speaks directly to your soul. I love it.
Abso-freakin’-lutely! And Jimmy Page’s WOW face when the partition lifts. Then JPJ’s grin, I like to imagine he’s thinking, “That’ll do guys, that’ll do!”
I couldn't imagine the impact that having legends like Led Zeppelin give you a standing ovation for performing their song for them. For veterans like Ann and Nancy Wilson it is a tribute to their abilities and dedication to the craft, to Jason Bonham it is a tribute to his father, and to the backup band and singers, it is certainly a highlight, if not the peak of their careers. A fantastic performance by all.
Can’t be overstated what a great rendition that is. You can feel the emotions in them as they’re being honored with everyone’s lifetime of work. Incredible.
Greatest cover of this song, ever. What a great tribute to the band and how emotional it was seeing Jason play in his father's place. Just an 11 on a 10 scale.
This must be the best cover of a song ever, respecting and paying homage to the original while improving some aspects, adding some interesting stuff while still giving as all the feeling the original version. Perfection!
I think its the fact the song they wrote is being performed in honor of them so many yrs later. Dude is holding back full on weeping. That clutched hand
Getting to perform the greatest song ever in front of one of the greatest bands has to be a supreme pleasure and honor, to see tears in their eyes made me flush with emotion, what an amazing event!
Many, many kudos to the producers. They captured so many priceless moments. The obvious are Plant, Page and Jones reactions. But props to showing Page’s reaction when Shane Fontayne did the fantastic guitar solo piece, Jason (son of the late Bonham was best, inseparable friends with Plant) looking up to heaven towards the end of the song, highlighting the audience reaction and enjoyment, and zooming in at the choir at the right time. Priceless! Great respect for Nancy Wilson, who did a full bow at the end of the performance showing true respect to the Led Z band members as well as the entire cast giving a standing ovation.
Just Fantastic !!! Blessings to the group Led Zeppelin.. Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Bonham and Jon Jones. Congratulations to Heart .. Ann Wilson, Nancy Wilson and Jason Bonham who whipped up a stunning performance. What a tribute !!!
@Ramsey Agreed....and sort of the 'sign' at around 2.26 surely not meant that way? i really do hope that although i don't believe in coincidences for long long Time, 68 and still tears flooding
And thanks to this cover version, the original has just entered modern classical music. When you see LZ giving them a standing ovation, and you see, and almost can read what they are thinking, there’s no argument.
This was my dad's favourite song, he would always listen to it, every morning he played it. Naively I knew this would be his funeral song one day, in a long time I hoped. After a 5 year battle with cancer, last month, as i've always imagined, we played it during his funeral. This tribute song will always hold the biggest place in my heart as I will always feel his presence when listening to it. I love you dad, can't wait to listen to it together one day.
This was the last video i watched with my father 12 hours before he had a sudden heart attack and died. It's been 8 years and this moment plays in my mind since that day, everyday. Time does not heal everything, but at least make some feelings more tolerable. I wish good health to you and all your loved ones. Patient is the key to all kinds of healing
I’m Lynn Wilson’s caretaker, went down a Heart rabbit hole and this is the best performance I’ve ever seen! You can’t not tear up. Choir is an amazing touch.
Heart era la única banda que podía interpretar las canciones de led zep. Ellas tomaron mucha inspiración en su época de muchas de las canciones de led zep . Magnifica banda .
Amazing performance. Heart more than did justice to the song, and the proof is in Robert Plant's eyes. Truly breathtaking and moves me every time I listen.
Can you imagine, Jason Bonham covering one of the most iconic songs of his dad’s career and being watched by his dad’s former bandmates. How much emotion must have been running through his veins.
The pitch of Ann Wilson’s voice! Jason on his father’s drum kit, the lead guitarist! The presents of that Choir has produced the greatest tribute to the greatest rock song in-front of the legends themselves is like nothing anyone has ever witnessed 😮!!!!!!
@Whole Shebang Actually, I'm surprised that there are people who reject all the verses of guidance from God, just because those guidelines came down in an Arabic country and are in Arabic. Allah SWT's choice is of course the best. We have to be grateful that the guidelines did not come down in Africa with the voodoo, the Dayak tribe in Kalimantan, or the Australian aborigines because of the language factor too
I really miss natural and unique vocalists like Ann Wilson and Robert Plant. Both truly are one of a kind and can never be replicated like so much is done with autotune. How I wish I could go back and hear both of them live in the 70s and 80s.
I'm sixty years old now, I've heard "Stairway To Heaven" covered by many, many bands. I thought none could ever capture the essence of the song or the band, but I was wrong. Hearing Heart perform this, watching Jason play, Robert's tears, and watching Jimmy and John react to this? I'm shedding a few tears myself. This is absolute magic.
The way it starts off good but ordinary but then just moves to a whole different level....I get the feeling everyone there had to be like how will I listen to an ordinary version of this song again 🤷🏽♂️ amazing
I just noticed Jason's face at the very end of the song just before the final note. He sure thinks of if dad. He'd be proud, what an amazing performance.
This version is better than many I’ve seen, including by Zeppelin themselves. Very powerful, with orchestra and choir. It’s elevated way beyond “rock song” to the land of Musical Masterpiece.
I saw this happen in concert. Heart, and Jason Bonham toured together.. Both bands combined for the encore. A 6 song Zeppelin set. it was a powerful experience. 🤟🏻👊🏼🔥❤️💯
When you are able to bring the actual band members of Led Zeppelin to tears over your stairway cover, you know you’ve done something right.
Hell, it brought me to tears.
Whahaha YEAH!! That's exactly what I was thinking. This song is legendary in itself, but this performance is indescribable.
Beautifully put, my friend.
that' is love
and I still have The Original Casettes, Their Music is Timeless, 🔥
Here I am Feb 2023 watching it yet again after all these years! This will always be one of my all time fav live performances whether original or cover, or respectful tribute! 🙌❤️
I am here on march 18 , 2023. watching yet again❤
Essa é uma das mais linda canção que ouvi na minha vida. E a Interpretação e Fantástica. Parabéns. Assistindo a isso tudo, nada mais nada menos que David Lettermann e Barack Obama.
I saw Led Zeppelin perform this live 3 times in the 70’s!
This is as amazing!
Watched this over and over again! Perfection ❤
March 2023 watching it again 😊!!
I would expect that he would have been able to do that. Hearing it growing up would expect nothing less than perfection from him.
For this miracle I have no words that have not yet been posted, only emotions and tears of joy every single time I watch it (over and over again).
Jep, but watch the most under-rated band's video, _ Poets Of The Fall # unplugged , or
Exacto 👌...estaremos todos muertos y esto perdurará en el tiempo. El mejor Cover de la historia de la música ❤️❤️❤️
Yes ...She and hear Sister ..
Performe in Vienna in 1988
I think.
Great 👍
I love here Songs
Great
I don’t think it’s hyperbole to call this one of the greatest live performances of all time.
Absolutely right!!!🫡
And yet, it’s still and understatement❤
100%
Perhaps the best remake of all time, who would have thought???.
Agreed.
Plant looks like he’s only just realised how momentous this piece of music they put out into the world is.
The same thought crossed my mind - or at least he didn't fully appreciate it until this performance.
Such a perfect comment. Thank you.
I think he was remembering all the pages of his life and this is the finale of sorts
I actually agree with your opinion. I felt that too. And watch letterman interview after the award show!! I believe we are spot on. You will see!!!! ☮️👍🏽💯👋
There's a lady who's sure
All that glitters is gold
And she's buying a stairway to heaven
When she gets there she knows
If the stores are all closed
With a word she can get what she came for
Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh
And she's buying a stairway to heaven
There's a sign on the wall
But she wants to be sure
'Cause you know, sometimes words have two meanings
In a tree by the brook
There's a songbird who sings
Sometimes all of our thoughts are misgiven
Ooh, it makes me wonder
Ooh, it makes me wonder
There's a feeling I get
When I look to the west
And my spirit is crying for leaving
In my thoughts I have seen
Rings of smoke through the trees
And the voices of those who stand looking
Ooh, it makes me wonder
Ooh, it really makes me wonder
And it's whispered that soon
If we all call the tune
Then the piper will lead us to reason
And a new day will dawn
For those who stand long
And the forests will echo with laughter
Oh whoa-whoa-whoa, oh-oh
If there's a bustle in your hedgerow, don't be alarmed now
It's just a spring clean for the May Queen
Yes, there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run
And there's still time to change the road you're on
And it makes me wonder
Oh, whoa
Your head is humming and it won't go
In case you don't know
The piper's calling you to join him
Dear lady, can you hear the wind blow?
And did you know
Your stairway lies on the whispering wind?
And as we wind on down the road
Our shadows taller than our soul
There walks a lady we all know
Who shines white light and wants to show
How everything still turns to gold
And if you listen very hard
The tune will come to you at last
When all are one and one is all, yeah
To be a rock and not to roll
And she's buying a stairway to heaven
When that choir comes in hard, if you're not feeling this song deep in your bones, you're not human. Just incredible
The best live performance....EVER
Another perfect comment. Thank you.
I am not human then i guess... its a shame. Looks good, but i feel nothing. Happy to hear people are enjoying it though
Studio recording is better than a live recording
The venue the sound must have been so powerful!! You could tell by Page response!
This comment made me cry I am 20 and I understand what you are saying,
Perfectly said! I've never seen it either, had no idea about it and I am shaken. Will be visiting regularly. ;)
Every time ❤☮️💯🤘🏻👋
El mejor homenaje a la mejor banda de la historia del rock, por siempre LED Zeppelin

Ann was 62 years old when she sang that extraordinary song! Unparalleled talent by all who participated in that glorious performance!
And her voice was still pristine.
Me lembro a primeira vez que ouvi essa música .música que marcou minha vida. Eu amo led zeppelin
This was my wife’s favourite song. When she withdrew into her own mind due to brain cancer, I played it every night for her, to see if I could get any response from her. She passed away a year ago, and I accidentally came across this performance. I can’t stop tearing up.

So sorry to hear. May flights of angels have taken her to her rest.
We are all dying
Absolutely mesmerizing. Jimmy looked like he was at the top of that stairway. He almost couldn't contain himself. John Paul too. Very happy with that fabulous tribute. All those people together! Robert was really tearing up, and I think just seeing Bonham's son was so magical and nostalgic. Hands down one of the best tributes I've ever seen. Thank you! I had never seen this before.🙏🤘🎼
Saw a short clip on IG so I had to come here for the whole thing. Wow. Fantastic.
@ctclark1 oh man, me too. And the way he was praying at the beginning.
Jason looking up when Ann sings the last "Heaven" gets me every time.
Am I the only one that gets chills every time that the backdrop slides up and the Choir starts to sing?
Top 5 moment in music for me.
Es un vídeo que no me canso de ver... 2023 y suena maravilloso "Stairway To Heaven" larga vida a este tema 💪
Jimmy got super invested in the guitar solo, I would have been sweating bullets being that guy, well done.
i love just how content jimmy page looks the whole time, that smirk he gives when the solo starts is all we need to see to know that this guy is nailing it
@bikeman123 Jimmy was smiling after you covered one of his most iconic rifts. You can do no better.
@Russell Nickman Exactly! I like how the solo guitarist respected the original and didn't go completely over the top.
@bikeman123 you know what, when you nail it in front of the masters, finish and take your bow. Don't try for too much- what if he went of the rails and ruined it?
Except the solo was about 3 or 4 bars short of the album original. As a live gig he really should have done the song remains the same longer version anyway.
This is not music anymore. This is spiritual. Under your skin, inside your bone. Deep inside your soul.
That is real music
I.am, but I'll be back.
Agreed. Stunning.
@Nolan’s Organic 😆😂
You are so right about this band they are God's. They are in my soul and now they have countless people who embrace and try to emulate them. God bless them.
Hermoso homenaje 😍
Dios, es alucinante!!. Que obra maestra ... Esto si que es música.
No tiene madre
At last, Robert realized how incredible his voice is!
Cuando la música te toca el corazón en estado puro, lpm
Ao mínimo 15 vezes que estive aqui, e ainda vou voltar
Can you imagine being so good that you bring Robert Plant to tears singing his own song?
A song that he didn’t like when he made it
Just beautiful on so so many levels! And, Robert Plant in tears--ONCE IN A LIFETIIME!! I can only imagine how moving it was for the band with such a worthy cover.
Amen brother
Patty Griffin was his mate for a while. Living together in Austin
Ratbones and Christina, just what I was thinking.
How does this song touch ones soul like no other song, ever? I have been trying to figure it out since I recorded it off the radio onto cassette in 1980. And yes the choir simply slays it😮
My tears came out..Love Led Zeppelin
When your tribute brings the original performers to tears... that's everything right there.
And yet no mention of Randy California
@Mark DD yes
Definitely my 20th lol amazing performance!
@Bob Sugrue no, they did not.
Perfect!
Magnífico, magnífico magnífico....❤
Unas de la tremenda version que escuchado waooo le quedo cabroon ❤
This is the best rendition anyone has done. Look at the faces on the surviving band members. This was spiritual.
It gives me goosebumps
6:44 I agree. I’ve seen this fantastic video , over and over again! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ What a great ❤❤performance
The sheer amount of balls it takes to play a Led Zeppelin cover in front of Led Zeppelin.
And being the best ever done...I'd be more nervous to play Jimmy's part
Anne and Nancy didn't have any last I heard. Lol. Anne was wailing like she she used to.
Heart is very very very good. This ain't a step up for them
@Ken Putnamnot just a Zepplin song, THE Zepplin song, and to do it with such a grandiose swagger that it brings the whole house down. An all time performance by an all time great band, in honor of another all time great band.
And boy did they nail it!
When you are rock gods, and you realize your own mortality in your greatest musical creation being performed so well for you by those that worshipped you, it can be a bit cathartic.
Robert Plant and rest of LZ looked like they were reliving their whole musical life and memories in six minutes. How can you not cry during that?
Great performance....
Catharsis in a video. Outstanding performance
Are you " named after " prince song?☮️👋💃🎶💯👍🏽
@Brian Lang beautifully said. Exactly felt that... 👋☮️☮️💯❤️
There’s really a moment in there when Plante realizes he’s immortal.
Probably the best Kennedy Center honors of a musical act...ever. 👏👏👏
Nancy Wilson is a great guitarist! Super performance and great tribute as well!
I look and listen over and over again. Can’t get enough of this fenomenal masterpiece of a tribute❤
Wow! It's a time bomb exploded back in time. Great rock song composed by men destined to be immortal. The LZ rock group have made and left a legacy that will be known and remembered in this world and out in the universe.👍😊
Seeing their faces during the song, I could only imagine the memories that were going through their minds, it brought a tear to my eyes.
@Maddstvvmaybe Jack Black as kung fu panda? 😉
Same here. Who is cutting onions!?
Абсолютно точно подметили, я подумал о том же самом, как будто у них вся жизнь перед глазами прошла🥹
Bonzo;-)
To me “Stairway to Heaven” is the best song ever produced by humanity. But I gotta say this cover is probably better than original. It adds something that speaks directly to your soul. I love it.
A Timeless Classic
Majestic, magnificent, wonderful Led Zeppelin ❤
That had to be the best honor I have ever seen
It brought Robert to tears
Every song like this needs a choir. God damn that is powerful
Jesus, I haven't experienced that level of goosebumps in a long time. Incredible performance of one of the best songs ever written.
@ Shane B, yepppp ice water running down your spine moment...
CHilling!!
I wish i could erase my memory to see this performance as if it were the first time 😂❤️
1000 percent on point
@Sparra Well said. Ann and Nancy knocked it out of the park. Young Bonham on the drums. A time that lives on.
One of the finest cover tributes of all time. I think that it tops Steven Tyler’s tribute of side two of Abbey Road to Paul McCartney.
It took separate guitar players for this cover…Jimmy did it all himself…GENIUS.
Imposible no emocionarse y no llorar
Tremendamente hermoso
The look on Robert plants face gets me every time. Legends. 🤟🤟🤟
Abso-freakin’-lutely! And Jimmy Page’s WOW face when the partition lifts. Then JPJ’s grin, I like to imagine he’s thinking, “That’ll do guys, that’ll do!”
I cry every time 😊😊❤

Amen amen
Couldn’t agree more. What a moment to experience in person.
Excelente comentário, imagino a emoção do momento! Para a eternidade! Bravo!👏👏👏
@carmine mangione it fills out the song with a gospel like effect makes it sound big abd powerful
It’s my umpteenth time. Love it!
Perfection!
Fantastic music, such a lovely singer.
Robert really looked like he was reliving the best and worst memories of his life as those lyrics were sang so beautifully back to him.
I think its the fact the song they wrote is being performed in honor of them so many yrs later. Dude is holding back full on weeping. That clutched hand
I though the same thing. I recall he lost a child early in life and I could almost sense that loss in his eyes
Fantastic tribute to Led Zeppelin. Good job ❤
Que satisfação que alegria pra essa banda ver sua música tão bem executada mais de 40 anos da primeira spresentação, linda demais
Getting to perform the greatest song ever in front of one of the greatest bands has to be a supreme pleasure and honor, to see tears in their eyes made me flush with emotion, what an amazing event!

Props to the guitarist for his courage, and for nailing it in front of Jimmy
At which time stamps?
Dude can you freaking imagine
@Ramsey Agreed....and sort of the 'sign' at around 2.26 surely not meant that way? i really do hope that although i don't believe in coincidences for long long Time, 68 and still tears flooding
To see this after 45 years I have heard this great song gives me tears.
And thanks to this cover version, the original has just entered modern classical music. When you see LZ giving them a standing ovation, and you see, and almost can read what they are thinking, there’s no argument.
Best tribute I’ve seen. Still gives me the chills when the choir joins in.
This has got to be the GREATEST performance of my lifetime as far as precision and excellence!
Have probably watched this a hundred times now and honestly gets better every time, what a performance 👏👏❤️❤️
@Natasha Rogers ?
😂
May this song always bless you and keep your dad's spirit close to you. He is still with you. He still loves you.
This was the last video i watched with my father 12 hours before he had a sudden heart attack and died. It's been 8 years and this moment plays in my mind since that day, everyday. Time does not heal everything, but at least make some feelings more tolerable. I wish good health to you and all your loved ones. Patient is the key to all kinds of healing
...where's the love button...
I’m Lynn Wilson’s caretaker, went down a Heart rabbit hole and this is the best performance I’ve ever seen! You can’t not tear up. Choir is an amazing touch.
2023 and still it brings tears to my eyes.
One of the most beautiful song and best tribute`s performance that I saw ever !!!
We have to be grateful that the guidelines did not come down in Africa with the voodoo, the Dayak tribe in Kalimantan, or the Australian aborigines because of the language factor too
@Gu3ss Wh0- I've got news for you - there is *no "heaven."*
@Hanley Hough - Led Zeppelin nicknamed Heart _Lil' Zep,_ because they covered their tunes so accurately in their early days.
When someone else singing your song and makes you cry, that's when you know how amazing the moment was.
I really miss natural and unique vocalists like Ann Wilson and Robert Plant. Both truly are one of a kind and can never be replicated like so much is done with autotune. How I wish I could go back and hear both of them live in the 70s and 80s.
Emocionar o dono da música deve ser a melhor sensação do mundo. Mais ainda quando ela fica melhor (ou quase). Enfim, uma obra de arte
A Very emotional performance. WoW! This is musical history
Thank you, Heart. Just...thank you. No other words will do this performance justice.
64 and love Zeps reactions!
It totally made it When they brought out the Chorus! OMG!
@DEZ HOLLEY really amazing
The way it starts off good but ordinary but then just moves to a whole different level....I get the feeling everyone there had to be like how will I listen to an ordinary version of this song again 🤷🏽♂️ amazing
@Robert Zaporzan I'm 70° Rock and whatever thank you
I am 70 years old long live rock and roll and led Zeppelin greatest song ever
I have been back here numerous over the years and still love this version. Anyone still come here to hear [again] this masterpiece in 2023
Simply a spot on performance. The choir rising from the background, spectacular. Excellent touch!
Oh man how amazing this would've been to experience in person! I would've freaking jammed outta my body!
I just noticed Jason's face at the very end of the song just before the final note. He sure thinks of if dad. He'd be proud, what an amazing performance.
This song WAS, IS, and ALWAYS WILL BE LEGENDARY. 2023 and still got goosebumps.
No one could ever sing Starway to Heaven as good as Led Zeppelin, except for Ann Wilson from Heart. Beautiful just Beautiful.
Makes me cry 😭😭😭😭
God bless her
@Mark Daniels If I were in my death bed and down to my final hour, I would request to hear Heart's version of Stairway one last time.
This version is better than many I’ve seen, including by Zeppelin themselves. Very powerful, with orchestra and choir. It’s elevated way beyond “rock song” to the land of Musical Masterpiece.
100% right. No one has ever sang it as good as Heart. No one ever will. And for Heart to do it so well, is a great honor indeed.
Big respect! Love it, love it, love it!❤
This brought tears to my eyes. An absolutely fantastic and moving performance.
Simply put, one of the best covers of a song I've ever heard! ❤️
God, when the choir comes in. Damn. Just. Damn. And to see Jason with all the emotions that this must have brought for him.
This music takes me back in time to when I was younger. Nothing can compare to those days 💔❤️.
Let’s be honest. None of us are here for the first time.
Got to admit more than once just seem to hit the button
I am.. it's beautiful
Maybe 100 if I'm going to tell the truth
100 fois peut-être !
Partagée chaque année sur mon Facebook 💖
I am 🙋🏻♂️
Uma das 7 maravilhas musicais da humanidade … emocionalmente mágico 💚🖤
I saw this happen in concert.
Heart, and Jason Bonham toured together.. Both bands combined for the encore. A 6 song Zeppelin set. it was a powerful experience. 🤟🏻👊🏼🔥❤️💯
Increíble versión, genios 💞
So true ❤
What an amazing rendition.
