I believe that when you are motivated and are working for your family and yourself to create something real you find reserves of energy and ambition that you never know you had. There's a point where it is no longer work.

It’s very satisfying when you are doing it. Even a small improvement makes you feel elated. Also your strength keeps growing and growing. It’s very therapeutic to renovate a run down place. Great Job.

The sheer amount of work involved is inspiring. So many nights just crawling into bed dusty and exhausted only to get up and do it all again. I'm sure there were arguments and days where you questioned it all, but it's worth it, so so worth it. The results are beautiful. The production quality is amazing. The combination of light, color and sound is transporting. I can see, smell and taste it all, quality storytelling. Keep doing what your doing. Thanks for sharing and bringing us all along for journey.

Hopefully when you are able to root out all the didden and not so hidden troubles in your own living space, the unexpected obstacles and setbacks won't be so traumatic to you and your darling children! You both are quite gifted in narrating your videos. It was very interesting but your voices were relaxing as I sit here nursing a broken leg! Keep up the good work! Hope to see you again soon! It's funny how you find a video presented to you because you watched an Australian build a home from shipping containers but there you go! Your video has been inspirational to me, I take my hat off to you both (four actually) for what you took on and how well you did. Here's me, painting the outside of my 1895 Victorian semi in Malvern thinking I'm doing well! Best wishes to you all.

Cheers! You might have to share the shipping container video, we considered that once. Very hard to do in the UK, not sure you can get mortgage or home insurance, something like that. Cheer haydne

This was the first video of yours that I watched. I was hooked. I went back to the beginning and was glad I watched every single Vlog. Now I’m back to this episode and reviewing everything that has happened over the months. You have accomplished so much. I can’t wait to see what happens in the future. What a lovely family you are. I wish I were your neighbor. Wishing you the best in your future in France.

Yes, you pulled off the y’all. Your subscription numbers are climbing steadily so keep vlogging, when you have time. I’m in for the “long haul” but don’t want you to overdo it just to entertain us. I’m looking forward to you setting up your studio. I have done both fiber work and pottery in the past and hope that you will get to a point in the renovations where you can relax a bit and be creative in those areas again. ❤

Thanks for watching the back catalog Lana and your comments. We will continue to make films until y'all are sick of us (did we pull of the y'all?) Thank you again, have a lovely weekend.

Thank you for sharing such a slow and inspiring video, :) It is so calming and soothing to watch it. As someone who has been struggling with a lot of stress and overthinking due to some changes in my life, it's so peaceful to watch you and feel at peace. This is truly what I needed. Thank you so much and wishing you the best :)

I am so glad the algorithm has suggested this video to me. I have watched your other 3 latest videos and you are both such an inspiration. The hard work you have done together and the support you give each other is tremendous. Your children are blessed to have you both and the beautiful life you are building.
    Happily newly subscribed.

I loved this! We're just 2 months in working on our old farmhouse. (Only 160 years old.) I'm looking forward to having 2 YEARS of progress under our belts. Thank you for the inspiration!
