How does one actually know though, i mean we only know what were told and whats said by people who study the while they get better but how do they actually know? I rescued a dove, nursed it back to good health then let it go free where the other doves were he was fine... But idk how do we actually know though?
Why do people think this bird would not make it? She would too- there are examples all over the world with this including Alligators, Big Cats , Deer and so many more! She loves these people who like her mother and normally kick them out of the nest!
Not fully true. So far the 2 birds I rescued are still alive 2 years later and they visit me once in a while. It's a slow process to release them. You have to get them use to wildlife.
Be the person, be the change. I honestly don't like that saying...'everyone needs to be like this or we need more people like this' These actions and the behavior in this video is what the human race is capable of doing at any given moment in our lives and that's incredibly amazing.
Thats the way a pet bird should be. Free to do as they will with no cages. My wife absolutely refused to have a bird as a pet. She would not see them caged. She always said they are animals of the air and wind and need freedom...not a cage. You guys did great by that little darling.
my bird is free flighted, never trimmed his wings. i got him at a few weeks old unweaned, feed him with a syringe. so it thinks im his parent. i can take him anywhere and he just stays on my shoulder and looks at everything lol. he loves listening to people talk. and likes phone videos. if my bird wanted to leave it could fly away whenever it wanted. but they bond for life.if i let him go he literally fearless of anything because he grew up around cats and dogs in the home and would become somthings dinner real fast.
@Tatianna Maldonado i sing with him so much that my neighbors cant tell if its a bird or me whistling anymore XD but ye i've also tried that and didn't really work im starting to think he's traumatized
@ZioSans it’s a good sign because he views his little home as safety ! Leave his cage open safely and spend 30 mins or so singing to him Or playing music. That’s how I trained my babies
i wish my parrot would do the same, he playes with me, he is always happy and sings 24/7 in his cage, but i guess he sees the cage has the safe home because i tried to let him come out on its own of to come with me but he just refuses and goes back, sad. i'd love to see him flying around and play with new stuff
NICE humans! Who knew an ordinary sparrow was such a beautiful-looking bird up close and also such an intelligent animal? Cat food mixed with some tofu!! That's GREAT!! Cheers from The USA! -Timothy
I had several sparrows and each one was a bundle of joy. Never kept them against their will indoors, many were sickly (found as abandoned babies in the city on the footpath with no trees and shrubs around). They adapt so quickly, sparrows are no early birds, late up and late to "bed", love attention, games and most of all radio or music in general. They love to be in the centre of a household.
Brilliant! Almost six thousand comments tells you many, many people have been touched and moved by Chibi's story - a story told so well by her 'parents'. Thank you parents! We would all love to experience something like your interaction and committment to Chibi!
These people are angels. It feels so good to see such care and admiration towards these animals from humans. Its so rare. God bless you guys and Chibi too ❤️
I want to cry to know that being in a big world is okay as long as you have a home base and love always on your side, and wanting you to thrive. Thank you soooo much for the inspiration!!! (I was so afraid you were going to leave her out there on her own, but you did not).
INCREDIBLE! Im so jealous!!This has always been my dream, exactly how your story went. The pattern on her back & wings is just stunning. I wish you 3 the very best & many, many moons together.
This is one of the most delightful videos I’ve seen in a long time. What a special couple you are to care so lovingly for little Chibi. It’s such an exceptional relationship and you don’t take it for granted. You are all lucky to have each other. I wish you all the best and thanks for posting your lovely story.
Que Dios, siga llenándoles de muchas más bendiciones por ése gran amor por la naturaleza, especialmente por esos hermosos animalitos, muchos saludos, abrazos y felicitaciones por ser así.
My father, when he was doing his military service, raised a sparrow that had fallen from a nest, always walking on his shoulder. I think it's a privilege when we are accepted by animals!🙂
They wanted to release her and she said no not gonna happen that cat food banana combo 👌 superb ☺️ also because she was hand reared she wouldn't have known what's safe to eat out there
I absolutely loved this video. She loves you so much she didn't want to be on her own... and so you just made her a part of your lives. Amazing story filled with compassion.
@Sawyer the Starling I didn't quite get, what you meant by "approves this message", but after noticing your username/thumbnail, I get it😊! I have a soft heart, for starlings, also! I've helped a few out, through the years (along with other birds, yes, I'm a bird lover)!! As a adolescent (45 years, ago), I had a pet pigeon (named Herman), who I still love to this day😊!!
approves this message. I found him cold and on the ground as a day old nestling after having fallen 3 stories into my garden. He's now my greatest love and a very happy one year old.
@Delphin Squared well it's okay in some cases because a baby like this one it suppose to be a dead one so it's good to give it a chance to survive, but interfere in the wild life of animals that's not good.
This is such a beautiful story 😍 How wonderful for this little bird to have the best of both worlds 🌎 ❤️ 💗 Well done to Mum and Dad....raising a baby bird can't be easy ❤️
What a beautiful, inspiring and heartwarming story. I unfortunately had a baby bird that died of it's injuries just two days after being taken in...I am glad you guys were able to raise your bird and even keep her, and keep her happy. Bless all of you
@goku you can teach birds to do the natural thing. I did, and they join flocks and learn. Babies don't stay with their parents, normally, unless specific species.
To the people arguing about the bird having to find a mate and “leaving the nest”. Do you really think that sparrow didn’t meet another one at some point during the trips they have? They clearly choose to come back every time, birds sometimes associate one of their tutors as their mate, even if there is no reproducing involved. This more often than not happens with parrots, but I’m sure other birds can be subject to that as well. Stop arguing, it’s just a beautiful soul living a beautiful life, and if it ever wants to leave, it can. No trackers on her, no ring on the leg, how are you going to get her back? You won’t.
Not sure why people just can't watch something like this without all the arguing and insults. It really is a sad world we live in. At least the bird seems happy.
This is one of the best stories ever on KZclip or anywhere. You guys are stuck with that beautiful creature and she is stuck with you two beautiful creatures! A match made in heaven.
Invasive European sparrows that drive native birds like bluebirds and wrens from their nests, cracking their heads open with their strong non insect eating beaks. These are the ones that arrive in hordes while you are outside on a restaurant patio trying to avoid their excrement and lice drops on your food and person.
She IS a privileged because her human parrnts are really awesome too. I Fall in love with this excelent people furthermore with the animals of course. They made me believe more and more people around the world get involved with animals and are more Compasionate and takecarers of them. Animals deserve everything thats the truth i think.greatings to Do. I love your job.:).
A tiny flying dog. She’s with her family and she loves them, great people, the perfect parents for that precious little bird. What a blessing to have her in their lives. God bless them, beautiful family.
That sparrow is living the best life ever. Full freedom to fly wherever she wants, all the food she could ever want, a loving family, and a warm comfortable place to sleep.
I know it's been months since you shared your story, but I wanted to say that I think this is just wonderful. It is hard to save a baby bird, but you did a great job. What a beauty!!! I know nothing about birds, but I say there is much love felt for the 2 of you. She chose to stay close to you over living in the wild. I even heard singing, which is, to me, a song of pure joy and love ! Just lovely. 😊.
Having two female house sparrows ourselves, seeing her all cuddled up to the couple brought me so much joy. Ours are big cuddlers as well. And it's a rare relationship to have. The bond gets stronger every year for our flock and I hope their flock continues on being prosperous!
sometimes I think that whatever we say, birds aren't supposed to be caged or even kept in an big enclosure. they must be let out, they are given wings to fly how much ever they want and explore everything. This video brings me so much happiness as this cutie has everything. two loving parents, the freedom of a bird and the other luxuries that come with it
No, it seems only. One shouldn't interfere the nature. We've already done a lot. It's time to stop making such possibilities that they need to be rescued. World could be better if we learn to balance our dependency over mother nature.
I could watch videos like this all day. Gave me a really good feeling seeing people commit and spend the time to get the result they did. Nice! The great thing is they give this bird every opportunity to go if it chooses.
That’s a very impressive thing! I’ve seen so many wild bird releases like this one but the birds never came back after they were released, it’s a very extraordinary thing that this little sparrow chose the people who saved her then living in the wild, that’s beautiful🥺
This is just amazing. What a wonderful couple and how that beautiful bird just loves them both. Makes me cry that humanity is still intact with people as gentle and kind as you.
If an animal comes back to you, you know they're happy and feel safe with you. I can't imagine a more humbling and rewarding feeling. Bless these people for giving this little one such a good life.
What an incredible lovely story about human - animal relationships. It is such a blessing to enjoy a friendship like this. Thank you for your affectionate parenting skills. I hope you will continue to enjoy this special bond 😊💋👍🏻
Ironically, this bird will probably live longer and better with them, that she would in the wild. A sparrow has an average lifespan of 3 years in the wild, but the oldest one recorded in captivity was 23 years old.
Both of you are what love & kindness is all about. How lucky for this sweet sparrow to have you! And the feelings ate mutual. These simple acts of love & care are the true meanings & pleasures in life.
All animals are sooo precious (人’∀’) If only humans would spend more time noticing and go outside and be more in tuned to nature. This story is soo sweet 🍬
I love Sparrows so much and this is truly the most precious, heart-warming story I have ever heard about birds! I am overjoyed this sweet little birdie was so incredibly fortunate to be raised by these two beautiful, kind people! How I wish there were more people like you in the world!! Thank you so much for saving this precious bird! God bless the three of you and may you live many more years in excellent health and great joy!
I loved this; even though they were really attached to her emotionally, they tried to do the right thing and return her to the wild. The fact that she has so much freedom, but also so much security is marvellous.
It's so beautiful and satisfying to see the little sparrow being taken care so perfectly. I also rescued one 8 days small pigeon. Now she has become my 3rd child. 🥰
This is an incredibly beautiful story. What a wonderful responsibility you took on for this lovely creature. Both of you are wonderful parents for this tiny little creature and you shared a wonderful piece of your life.
@Negan So wrong... I rescued a baby bird and helped it to grow healthy, once i knew it was old enough to take care by itself i putted him into a three and he flew around after a couple of minutes... I still went to visit him a couple of weeks later and it had a nest near by where i left it... They are smarter than you think ;)
A similar story was in my life, long time ago. But in my case the sparrow showed a strong determination to return to the wild life! It was the matter of one week after we took his cage in the garden and it started sleeping outside and the day it finally flew away forewer... The most amazing was how the bird was teaching itself to fly by taking off from the ladder, each time one step higher, untill it made to the rooftop of an outbuilding! It is a unique and strong bond you formed with your bird that it preferred to stay with you!👍😊🌺
She was like, "no, I stay with you, your my family". Sparrows around here travel in packs. They are social and community oriented. I always see them in large groups. So it makes sense that she didn't want to be alone or try to find others. She sees them as her tribe 😉
I can never explain the subtle yet profound magnitude of connected balance when watching two species come together as a whole. God bless all. Truly a beautiful realm to experience. Thankyou
This is the sweetest story I've ever heard. I absolutely loved this video. She loves you so much she didn't want to be on her own. they donot force her to leave. She seems happy with them and they with her. so you made her a part of your lives. It’s amazing story filled with compassion.
Wow what a soul warming video. It brought tears to my eyes. If only all people could be so loving and kind this world would be a True Heaven on Earth for ALL of God Almighty's creations both human and animal. As he says his eye is on the sparrow and not one falls to the ground without his knowledge. May The Lord bless your sweet small family with Excellent Health, Joy, Love, Safety, Peace and Many Blessings. Stay simple their is no greater treasure in the world than a loving family especially including animals and the tranquility of nature.
Since she was just a baby when you found her she never learned how to hunt and survive without you guys I don't think it's bad if you keep her. She knows that you guys are her family and she doesn't want to leave. So cute🥺
This was so beautiful 🥰 I had s sparrow, male one, and we lived happy life together for 15 years. He passed away in 2019, and he is still missed. Wishing you lot of beautiful and funny moments together with your little flying princess ❤️. Greetings from Zagreb.
This bird won't survive in the wild and she seems to know that. It's wonderful that she can experience both freedom and safety.
How does one actually know though, i mean we only know what were told and whats said by people who study the while they get better but how do they actually know? I rescued a dove, nursed it back to good health then let it go free where the other doves were he was fine... But idk how do we actually know though?
It’s In DNA that they would begin taking care of themselves! Like us- we would stay with them too right 😊🎉
Why do people think this bird would not make it? She would too- there are examples all over the world with this including Alligators, Big Cats , Deer and so many more! She loves these people who like her mother and normally kick them out of the nest!
Not fully true. So far the 2 birds I rescued are still alive 2 years later and they visit me once in a while. It's a slow process to release them. You have to get them use to wildlife.
And mom and dad...😻
THIS is what the whole human race needs to be like, everyone needs to be like these two.
Stop saying Human race....
no,humans should leave animals alone and stop molesting them in any form
Be the person, be the change. I honestly don't like that saying...'everyone needs to be like this or we need more people like this'
These actions and the behavior in this video is what the human race is capable of doing at any given moment in our lives and that's incredibly amazing.
A Truer word never said My Friend, Sadly not enough see that to ever make a difference.
This is arguably the best meaning of having a pet. The sparrow is living by its own will.
Thats the way a pet bird should be. Free to do as they will with no cages. My wife absolutely refused to have a bird as a pet. She would not see them caged. She always said they are animals of the air and wind and need freedom...not a cage. You guys did great by that little darling.

@ZioSans you could tell if he’s traumatized ! Also give him a little buddy parakeets are better with pairs or more
@Tatianna Maldonado i sing with him so much that my neighbors cant tell if its a bird or me whistling anymore XD
but ye i've also tried that and didn't really work
im starting to think he's traumatized
@ZioSans it’s a good sign because he views his little home as safety ! Leave his cage open safely and spend 30 mins or so singing to him
Or playing music.
What a beautiful couple, they are so kind towards animals. God bless them.
You can bet that they are equally kind towards other people.
The bird is cute, but these two are absolutely the cutest couple.
NICE humans! Who knew an ordinary sparrow was such a beautiful-looking bird up close and also such an intelligent animal?
Cat food mixed with some tofu!! That's GREAT!!
Cheers from The USA!
-Timothy
This couple is so full of love. I hope they have children. They would make great parents.
@Osama Qtaitat is still ok
Suppose they don’t want?
👏👏
This is really sweet - so wonderful of them to rescue and care for her!
Omg your music helps my dog chill out!
Beautful
Beautful
Now a days it's becoming a fashion. Good!!
@T Bone this that and the other
@T Bone good one 🤣
The lengths you as a couple go to in order to provide a warm, generous and safe haven for this little creature...it is very touching. Loved the video.
Kudos to both of you. This world would have been a better place with more people like you. ❤
That’s a fact.!! 💯❣️
Now this people are a good example of respecting nature and giving a hand if an animal needs our help. I felt the love for their little birdie.
Brilliant! Almost six thousand comments tells you many, many people have been touched and moved by Chibi's story - a story told so well by her 'parents'. Thank you parents! We would all love to experience something like your interaction and committment to Chibi!
She can fly freely, eats all the foods she ever wants, and a cozy place to sleep. What a life!
untill one day while she flys to her mom and dod a crow gets her at the air, like when kalishi's second dragon/child was shooted with an arrow.
Took the words right out of my mouth.
@Louie Vito nah, definitely not all
The things we dream of
Very few people will have the time to take care of rescued bird or animal
She strongly bonded to you and has accepted you two as her mother and father. This is a gift from God to you. Cherish it. Congratulations!!! 👼👼👼👼😇👍😲
These people are angels. It feels so good to see such care and admiration towards these animals from humans. Its so rare. God bless you guys and Chibi too ❤️

INCREDIBLE! Im so jealous!!This has always been my dream, exactly how your story went. The pattern on her back & wings is just stunning. I wish you 3 the very best & many, many moons together.
This is actually the perfect lifestyle for Chibi. She’s deciding to stay on her own terms and she never has to worry about danger or starvation.
This couple and their sparrow epitomizes the saying: “If you love somebody, let them go, for if they return, they were always yours..."
Exactly. They are the definition of this phrase
@Bela that's literally the point of the saying
But if they love you back they wont go
Absolutely heart touching words❤️
¹
Amazing guys. That little soul has imprinted on you both. Every life is precious. Hats off to you both for looking after her ❤️
What a beautiful video. I could cry. This video brought me such great joy. What a beautiful little angel she is!
This is one of the most delightful videos I’ve seen in a long time. What a special couple you are to care so lovingly for little Chibi. I can't watch this video enough times. It is so heartwarming and inspiring, thank you for sharing this story!
My father, when he was doing his military service, raised a sparrow that had fallen from a nest, always walking on his shoulder. I think it's a privilege when we are accepted by animals!🙂
Burungnya jinak banget....
Exactly what a privilege !!
But WE are animals. There is at least one other species that thinks the same thing
@Keyboard_Warrier7765 its possible, yes
@crazy juju theoretically.
They wanted to release her and she said no not gonna happen that cat food banana combo 👌 superb ☺️ also because she was hand reared she wouldn't have known what's safe to eat out there
This is definitely the purest thing I've eva seen. !!!!she truly loves them !!!they're such a beautiful souls 💖
This is beautiful. Need more people in the world like you guys, it would be a better place
Be the person, be the change if you want this world/planet earth to be a better place
OMG that was so sweet. I love the bond that they share. She’s definitely not going anywhere. Lol 😂
I absolutely loved this video. She loves you so much she didn't want to be on her own... and so you just made her a part of your lives. Amazing story filled with compassion.
When birds are raised by people they don’t really know how to eat and be a wild animal. This was the perfect solution! Love this! ❤️❤️
Hello How are you doing
@Sawyer the Starling I didn't quite get, what you meant by "approves this message", but after noticing your username/thumbnail, I get it😊! I have a soft heart, for starlings, also! She seems so happy. Thanks for them giving her such a nice life.
Thank God...they donot force her to leave. She seems happy with them and they with her. Complete family.
@goku you can teach birds to do the natural thing. I did, and they join flocks and learn. Babies don't stay with their parents, normally, unless specific species.
@Donald Crawford nope, they eventually get a sex drive and want out, unless desexed. Rehabbers know.
To the people arguing about the bird having to find a mate and “leaving the nest”.

@goku are you crying?! Stop crying you droolbucket of a human. And stop loving me, it's disgusting. :')
What a precious little creature. You raised her perfectly. So much happiness.
What a beautiful bond you guys have. You've been so selfless and caring. Well done 👏🙂
Watching from Fiji.... Sooo cute.. There is a presence of peace around you both. Much love.

Im soooo unbelievably glad that she came back to them… she felt safest in their presence
And love. All beings feel love.
@Louie Vito that's mother nature...my dear
And that she was, she never learned how to be wild.😍
It’s incredible that you provided this bird an incredible life and your bond and trust with her is so uplifting!
This is so beautiful. I literally have tears in my eyes

WOW! They can live longer than a dog! ❤
@Patrick Pon true. Life time contract of care.
@Zzygyy parrots have been known to live to 100 yrs.
yep i would keep the 3 years with the booze
It is amazing to be able to go out into the world and have such a delicate beautiful creature to fly back and sit on you and share their love

Ty for taking Chibi in & treating her as your child & giving her a great life 🙌💓
One of the most beautiful videos on KZclip! Especially love the "sitting in your hand" photo at 4:46 . . . so blissful!!!
I don’t blame her for not wanting to leave her family filled with so much love! 💗
What an amazing couple. Also their English is amazing! The vocabulary they use is spectacular. Also good sense of humour. I love them!
All animals are sooo precious (人’∀’)

If you love something set it free, and it’d it comes back to you, it’s yours. She came right back to them so it shows she accepts them as her family
it wasnt the right thing, she couldn't survive
It's so beautiful and satisfying to see the little sparrow being taken care so perfectly.
I also rescued one 8 days small pigeon. Now she has become my 3rd child. 🥰
Facts never saw the point in people getting birds just to keep them in cages and clipped
São dos animais que vem o verdadeiro amor, parabéns !
This is what I genuinely want. For all creatures and humans to co-exist.
What a beautiful video! Beautiful souls, thank you.
Please keep her she’s too special! ❤️❤️❤️❤️What a beautiful story part of your life. ❤️❤️❤️
This is an incredibly beautiful story. What a wonderful responsibility you took on for this lovely creature. Both of you are wonderful parents for this tiny little creature and you shared a wonderful piece of your life.
I heard one saying: "Set a bird free. If it returns it will be yours". Appears that it's true 🥰
I hope that's not a British saying.
i wish i could say that with our black birds. they racked off and went completely wild. oh well thats what they are .
@Negan So wrong...
I rescued a baby bird and helped it to grow healthy, once i knew it was old enough to take care by itself i putted him into a three and he flew around after a couple of minutes...
I still went to visit him a couple of weeks later and it had a nest near by where i left it...
They are smarter than you think ;)
We used to say that in England. There was a slightly different interpretation...
This made me cry ❤️❤️ Pure love
This is a wonderful story. Our little birds are important. And you have done an amazing job raising her. Thank you for sharing it.
It is a unique and strong bond you formed with your bird that it preferred to stay with you!👍😊🌺
You're both wonderful people! Thank you for showing kindness and love to this beautiful, little bird.
Just heartwarming !!!
She was like, "no, I stay with you, your my family".
Sparrows around here travel in packs. They are social and community oriented. I always see them in large groups. So it makes sense that she didn't want to be alone or try to find others. She sees them as her tribe 😉
That makes a lot of sense. :)
yes that is true
Thank you for your kindness and compassion ❤️🙏 🐦
EU SEMPRE IMAGINEI ESSE TIPO DE COISA, SIMPLESMENTE INCRÍVEL, QUE DEUS OS ABENÇOE.
I can never explain the subtle yet profound magnitude of connected balance when watching two species come together as a whole. God bless all. Truly a beautiful realm to experience. Thankyou
What a beautiful bird with caring loving family 🥰
This is the sweetest story I've ever heard. I absolutely loved this video. She loves you so much she didn't want to be on her own. they donot force her to leave. She seems happy with them and they with her. so you made her a part of your lives. It’s amazing story filled with compassion.
How heartwarming. Even the smallest bird is so precious. The sparrow is so wise, not to fly away from love.

“If you love something set it free. If it comes back it’s yours. If not, it was never meant to be.”💕
This little bird is so blessed to have this couple love her like parents! How precious! ❤🕊🇨🇦
You 2 are beautiful souls & I thank you dearly for this. 💗💗
It's so heartwarming to see good humans giving back to nature. We may be small and powerless, but we can do our best to make a small change.
I love this comment so much!
We really need more people like this couple in the world. People who embody the best qualities in man. Kindness, Compassion, Love, and all the others.
꧁Breezy🍁Ravetastic꧂ thanks🐈❤️😻
Sorry, i feed stray cats they need your support😻🐈🙏
One of the many sweetest stories I've ever seen 😍 ❤️
Since she was just a baby when you found her she never learned how to hunt and survive without you guys I don't think it's bad if you keep her. She knows that you guys are her family and she doesn't want to leave. So cute🥺
This was so beautiful 🥰 I had s sparrow, male one, and we lived happy life together for 15 years. He passed away in 2019, and he is still missed. Wishing you lot of beautiful and funny moments together with your little flying princess ❤️. Greetings from Zagreb.
