But somehow my butter melts a lot during baking process, the bottom part of my pastry are so greasy and it was like a fried puff pastry (?). Somebody says that lower temperature might help, since the butter can't melt easily on lower temperature. I'm planning to make another one this morning. Wish me luck this time

The video didn’t tell us what kind of butter you have used. According to Preppy Kitchen’s Puff Pastry Recipe, he suggested “Kerrygold pure Irish unsalted butter”. At Walmart in US it cost $5.49 for 8 oz (227 g) on date 11/28/2022. I’m going to try it someday definitely.
Don't you have normal butter in the US (besides Kerrygold)? I don't know where the video maker comes from, but here in Austria noone would ever ask about using real or "not real" butter. But yeah, natural (of course unsalted) butter without any additives is what you need for this.

Most butter made by American dairies is 80% fat and these types of pastries do better with 82% as is in European butter so that is what most recipes suggest. As long as you keep the temperature cool enough, most butters work fine but if you can find 82% it is a little better. Plugra is a good American brand that is 82% fat.

Is a must to cold the dough in the freezer for 30 min after rolling or fold it. This way the butter will form the layers. Also if you powder a little of maizena over the butter before rolling & folding the dough you are helping the butter to separate the layers before cooling it in the freezer. Now you can flatten the dough, cut it & process .
