It’s all B.S. it’s about representation first then story. Instead of what it should be. Story first then the people who make that story what it should be about. Naturally Diversity takes place where it should. Instead it’s finding Diversity then trying to build a story to support it. It’s just backwards. I am all for it. Don’t get me wrong. I am mixed as most of are. As far as Race goes I am White and American Indian. Ethnicity wise I am Hispanic and Irish. All I am saying is what started out as something positive, like most things unfortunately, has turned into something completely different. Representation and inclusion has now been weaponized and is actually now excluding people. Decisions being made not on performance, skill, ability or earned. But, on what boxes need to be checked off. Edit: She has been a huge part of this and appears to have created a Toxic environment and work place as a result of her position and stance. But we all know she wasn’t alone. In fact she embraced most of the same things Disney has. This can’t be fixed by one firing. Disney is the problem for Disney. They would have to gut or overhaul its company completely to get things back on track.
