The vast majority of people change the way they think because of changing narratives, tellable stories with morals, not by looking at data, equations, or diagrams. Most economists don’t study this but it is all but assured that mass ...

Came here after watching the Mandela Effect, and was wondering if since (i think) schizophrenics are people that have trouble staying grounded to reality, and possibly have “multiple reality disorder”, and that they bounce around between what’s really happening and shift into different realities they also fully believe in. Shifting between worlds or timelines in their head one may say. What this would mean is that it is plausible autistic people would be MORE rooted into certain realities, meaning possibly major and unexpected change in environment disturbs them, (loud noises, a dramatic fight between parents) but what about the need to complete tasks? And their repetitive nature? Well, aren’t they narrowing the scope of their environment? They like things organized, consistent, and whole. Including their reality. The best way to achieve this desire is using patterns (ie using sets of 3). In the end, wouldn’t all of these things root them more firmly into a certain way of thinking, a certain pattern, and therefore a concrete and singular reality? I would think Schizophrenic people people have the opposite tendencies that’s why so many homeless people are schizophrenic and why the Middle East which has much higher rates of autism developed a strict, firm, simple, and honest religion?
thanks!
thanks!

evolutionary theory is rife with anthropomorphism and general projection of logic. Until evolutionary science acknowledges its inherent bias towards "logic" and "purpose" of random mutations: this conversation cannot begin. and yes: i did not watch this video. you are correct.

I looked in to Schizophrenia for quite a few years, I would say since 2016 and, I have a very difficult question: So, if an autistic baby or toddler has a schizophrenic mother she would just give in to the high demands because she is neurologically less demanding of the child, and because of warped thinking patterns the mother will be overly concerned and take the sign of the baby being bigger to mean he is healthier as a justification to deny her own needs to overly protect the baby and this would create a circle of a more demanding child ensuring that the child will grow up with autism? This is ofcourse assuming that the mother despite being schizophrenic still maintains a level of mental health improved by the love of her kid increasing the motivation to overly care for the kid but would this be accurate?
Judges in Alabama nowadays cannot override, the statue was changed in 2017, I think.
I come from a family of people, most of whom are autistic, some of whom are diagnosed Schizophrenic. I've wondered for years now why schizophrenia isn't viewed as part of autism spectrum. My mother was unmedicated my entire childhood, and having been immersed in it I have often described it as "autism gone wrong". It's like a neural hyperactivity where some of the wires are crossed or missing.

RAPE statute (a) Rape is unlawful sexual penetration of a victim by the defendant or of the defendant by a victim accompanied by any of the following circumstances: (4) The sexual penetration is accomplished by fraud. TENN. CODE ANN. § 39-13-503 Rape by fraud is defined as such in Tennessee: 39-11-106a Title definitions. (13) Fraud means as used in normal parlance and includes, but is not limited to, deceit, trickery, misrepresentation and subterfuge, and shall be broadly construed to accomplish the purposes of this title; who decides fraud, the law or the personal experience of a thrid party with hindsight from the onset? Obtaining intercourse through fraud, just as force or coercion, constitutes rape because it vitiates the consent of the victim. Tennessee prohibits intercourse "induced by deception," "accomplished by fraud," and obtained by "ruse." Finally, Tennessee provides that consent is not effective when it is induced by deception Effective consent means assent in fact, whether express or apparent, including assent by one legally authorized to act for another. Consent is not effective when: (A) Induced by deception or coercion; TENN. CODE ANN. § 39-11-106(a)(9)(A) (1997) (6) (A) Deception means that a person knowingly: (i) Creates or reinforces a false impression by words or conduct, including false impressions of fact, law, value or intention or other state of mind that the person does not believe to be true; (ii) Prevents another from acquiring information which would likely affect the other's judgment in the transaction; (iii) Fails to correct a false impression of law or fact the person knows to be false and: (a) The person created; or (b) Knows is likely to influence another; According to Fraud is a false representation of the essential characteristics of the act, subjecting the defrauded victim to imprisonment is clearly an essential characteristic of the act. age and lawfulness of the act was a material fact. make-up can make you look younger, older, alive or even dead combined with many women's use of make-up to look younger, it actually makes "older" the easier to enact. fraud, in fact, means a false representation of a matter of fact, whether by words or by conduct, which deceives and is intended to deceive another person. Rape committed by fraud incapacitates the victim as consent is not freely given if secured thru deception. Adult impersonation already qualifies as rape by fraud under the existing standards, tests, and rationales for rape-by-fraud liability. The victim of adult impersonation consents to one act, but receives something entirely different. Consenting to a treatment that has no medical uses is rape, being misled, the victim receives something different than they agreed to. NOT applying the rape law would imply intent to be raped, or expect a victim to judged on how culpable they are for their own rape. risk as consent : should a person be held to the standard that a proscutor believes, based on their life experience and not the victims, -Fraud rendering the victim unaware of essential characteristics" of the sexual intercourse constitutes rape by fraud. The age of one's sexual partner is a crucially significant and material matter when it makes the difference between lawful intercourse and criminal intercourse (statutory rape). Exposure to criminal liability for statutory rape, is as significant and material as virtually any consequence imaginable. since a juvenile's misrepresentation as to age generally has been treated as irrelevant for purposes of statutory rape liability, we naturally assume that it is irrelevant in general. But its irrelevance for one type of rape (statutory rape) does not preclude its relevance for another type of rape. Obtaining intercourse through material and false representations is precisely what constitutes rape by fraud. Do statutory rape laws permit rape, also transfer criminal liability onto the victim? A rape perpetrators ability to consent is not an element of the offense of rape. Rape committed while intoxicated would not make the perpetrator innocent because they themselves could not consent, why should statutory rape allow someone to commit rape because they could not consent to interecurse. This would make the victim, the perpetrator, for no other reason. If a male juvenile rapes an adult female would the adult be prosecuted for the minors inability to consent. a victim of their own actions? statutory rape laws were not meant to shield acts of rape, or to protect a perpetrator of rape from intercourse. one should not be criminally liable as a perpetrator of statutory rape for the very act of intercourse by which one is a victim of rape. Rape law as a protection It is easy to see how this is true when juxtopose treatment by gender. i.e. when a female reports a rape by a minor male, even if not prosecuted, she would NOT be strictly liable, the case would not default to a statutory case if rape was not prosecuted, and the female would not be named other than as jane doe. this is still regardless of prosecution. was this explained to thengrand jury criminal liability should not attach to a victim of rape strict liability imposes on the adult the risk of an underage sexual partner but cannot impose, on the adult, the assumption of risk of being raped. Adult impersonation more convincingly qualifies as rape by fraud than any other currently accepted forms of rape by fraud, as the victim is unaware of the nature of the act. Fraud does not require you to know you were being defrauded. A Victim of adult impersonation could consent to an act but receives something entirely different, an act of a different nature. lawful vs. criminal status of the intercourse is an integral part of the act or nature of the act. where statutory rape liability is determined by not only the minor's age but the relative age of the defendant and the law requires a mathematical formula for its application, no one can say being provided the wrong number is immaterial, especially with consent, the defendant agrees to one thing and is provided something materially different by the supposed victim. with adult impersonation, the victim agrees to "AN" act but not "THE" act. Even the strictest liability laws provide the assumption of risk that one's partner could be underage but does not provide the assumption of risk of being raped. Under the assumption-of-risk rationale, holding an adult victim of rape by fraud criminally liable for statutory rape is to impose on the adult the assumption of risk of being raped by an underage perpetrator or that one's rapist may turn out to be underage. Criminal liability should not attach to one who becomes a perpetrator of statutory rape because s/he became a victim of rape by fraud. In broader terms, one should not be criminally liable for statutory rape for the very act of intercourse by which one is a victim of rape. Consent is MANDATORY before Statory consent Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-13-506(a). Neither the statute nor the sentencing commission comments following the statute specify a culpable mental state. A literal reading of this statute could lead to absurd results. Because there is no requirement in the statute that the proscribed sexual penetration be unlawful, and because the consent of the victim is no defense, a gynecological or proctological examination of a child between thirteen and seventeen years of age would be literally prohibited by the statute. therefore, unlike consent, statutory is NOT MANDATORY. Cases such as State v. Tizard have treated this statute as effectively abolishing the traditional fraud in the factum-fraud in the inducement distinction. See 897 S.W.2d 732
Fraud, along with force and coercion, is one of the three principal means by which a person can commit rape. Obtaining intercourse through fraud, just as through force and coercion, constitutes rape because it vitiates the consent of the victim. See, e.g., People v. Crosswell, 13 Mich. 427, 437 (1865) (upholding defendant's conviction for rape by fraud and explaining that "[the outrage upon the woman.., is just as great in these cases as if actual force had been employed; ... the act can[not] be ... any less against the will of the woman when her consent is obtained by fraud, than when it is extorted by threats or force"); where sex is not consented to, the force requirement is satisfied by the act of sexual intercourse itself. the law is unambiguous, and for the purpose of protection and equal treatment, all we ask the court is to rule: penetration is penetration fraud is fraud consent is consent the ambiguity of lenity covers his belief that she was an adult and can't be dismissed for court mandated consent. the court cannot account for every mental state for each message as it was experienced. this wasn't a magic show, where he was informed of deception from the onset and still fooled. statutory rights Failure to realize a danger for which you are deceived is not consent, and should not make you the perpetrator of another's intentions, and is not the same as being an accomplice in a crime. "should have known" argument states in itself that the deception was effective and alienates beliefs with a third parties foresight. this is NOT consent. Intent matters, you cannot become a sex offender for what is essentially a sex offense against you this marks someone as infallible to fraud and therefore liable for the very fraud launched against them, and denies protections enshrined in law and confirmed by the states highest court. the Law itself accepts people are fallible and provides protection for fraud. gullibility is NOT consent: gullibility of the victim of not a standard for consent or fraud, if fraud required you to be prudent and reasonable, there would be no fraud. people do fall for nigerian prince scams, it's still illegal sexual autonmy, a human right, gives you more control over your body than another. you are not property Rape law does not require an age of 18 Consent is mandatory for intercourse, statutory consent is only mandatory, where there is consent from both parties, otherwise it would be rape. a contrary ruling on well defined consent would create a 2nd class version of consent, less whole by gender, to exchange an order of magnitude, statutory consent for actual consent. man can only be a perpetrators, and the rape law wouldn't exist if not for sexism. for example, if the evidence exists for both rape and statutory rape, only rape is charged, and not both. rape law encompasses statutory rape and cannot exist in it's presence. the legislature does not list any of the court's bias for prosecution as a threshold for rape. if both rape and statutory rape cannot be charged together for the same act, then statutory rape cannot be charged in the presence of rape. this would not be a prosecution of statutory rape, but a prosecution of the victim of rape. no one should carry the guilt of both being a victim of rape and perpetrator of rape for the same act. principle of implied even the principle of implied consent to the consequences requires consent to be freely and voluntarily given to assume a known risk. voluntarily implies without coercion, without deception, without ruse. implied by laws detailing and protecting consent, consent of a person to an act shall not necessarily be implied merely from not taking steps to prevent it. remaining passive intentionally to an act, rgardless of likelyhood does not import consent to the act, especially when set apart by law as lacking consent. thompson vs state, the fact the owner being advised of iminent burglary, took no action, is not consent to the criminality of the act. even creating an oppotunity for the commssion of an act is not implied consent to that act. 22kan 498
Fraud without Limitation. Numerous jurisdictions criminalize obtaining intercourse by fraud, as such, a rape perpetrator's consent is not an element of the offense of rape. Thus, even if a juvenile is deemed legally incapable of consenting to intercourse, a juvenile still may be criminally liable for that intercourse. fraud having it's own definition, broadly construed, the law would only require minimum scrutiny to understand consent the principle of sexual autonomy would have to reject rape law’s force requirement and recognize that consent can be vitiated through other means, such as fraud. From autonomy’s point of view, “nonconsensual sex is rape” whether force is used or not. No court action can provide a process for effective consent, after the fact, forcing the responsibility of consent on a victim of fraud, rape
I dislike the analogy as the privilege to park in space X is correlated to purchasing said privilege, it says nothing about inalienable rights. This is not useful when examining normative claims of morality, and what "ought" be done as it related to rights.
Evolutionary theory is so funny. It's just the waste of time...
@Therian13 Some scientists accept this theory and some don't. It's most critical theory. Some people believe and some don't. Personally I don't believe...
Only to the ones that don't know how it works. But just keep ignoring what this guy is teaching. That way you can keep your strawman arguments and avoid cognitive dissonance.
What a clear explanation.
